Their car wash machine was down, failed to tell me, hand washed my car didn’t even do a good job outside or in ! I could’ve done a better job at home definitely a rip off !

I come to bubble bath car wash today 6/13/2022. I pay for my carwash but they doesn’t do anything to my car, cleaning and washing isn’t clean still very dirty, also I bring my brother car before to wash it it’s still the same way doesn’t clean at all.

I like going here bc is near my home and cheap, but not worth it! I took my new car 2 weeks ago (a Mercedes) and they broke the left side view mirror, I was late to pick it up and when I got there they had closed already there was only a worker waiting for me I was in a hurry that I did not check, later on I saw what has happen but I decided not to blame it on them bci had not checked right away, however I just went in yesterday and right after I found scratches on my car on the same side (left) that it didn't have before! Obviously they denied it! ;( and said it was not there fault!!!!!! I am so pist off! Totally ruined my paint job! Will never go back, pole when you take your car in but very impolite when you communicate to them your issues.

Never wash your car in this place!!!! They hit and damaged my car . When I told i showed the manager Gerardo the damages . His response was it's not there fault and that I had no proof that they damaged my car ... so if you ever take your car to that place please make sure to check it really good.

Worst place to wash your car they really cant get it right, over and over they skipped the rear windows and the others were done horribly, try using a dry towel to do the windows, their watered down armor all lasts about thirty seconds and the management there is at best mentally challenged. If you want a better car wash go to the coin operated wash and have the local crackhead do it for you, I guarantee you'll be happier with the results. Bubble Bath car wash in El Monte needs to give itself a bubble bath the place is filthy.

I been waiting for my car for half-hour and still have not came out from the car wash. I hate find how long it's going to take to dry it. And I was the only one when I got here. I'll never come back.

After having paid $35.00 for a car wash and interior clean, I was disappointed to find dust still in the crevices of my car, besides dry cleaning spray on my rear interior window. If you want a consistent, well-done service, you're better off washing your own car.

Paid extra for a good wash and car was still dirty inside and out. When I told the worker, he said it couldn't come off yet I wiped off the dirt with my hands. Don't waste your money as you are better off at a $5, $7 car wash. It will do a better job. Will never go there again. Poor customer service.

I drive my car to the carwash the windshield was fine when I got back by the car it was already cracking they were not responsible they told me if I wanted to go with the judge would only lose time

I'd give no stars if I could. I stopped coming here years ago. They had locked my keys in my car and pulled my antenna off to try to open my car. They ended up scratching my car and would not take fault for the damages. Today, they did not have on the machines to wash the car. They did it to all vehicles that came in. They charge so much for terrible service. Stay away from this place.

Go somewhere else this place is slow i told them if they can do it fast because I have to go they said yes and had my car with the door open sitting there for a long time.... manager has a spray and on the phone at the same time... and my car was still dirty

We asked them for manual wash and not to pass it through a machine since I got my bumper fixed just yesterday and when he returned the car to us the bumper came out and he didn’t even own up to it. We said it’s because you passed it through the machines when said to NOT do it and he straight up denied and said “Hell No” just plain rude no explanation nothing and walked out! Also got rude when I got the basic wash after him trying to make me buy the expensive one. So, If you take the basic package you aren’t respected here! The manager is just rude here and won’t own to his peoples mistakes.

Well,here i am again to give this place a second chance. And what can I tell you? It's the same,but even worse. It seems like the prices went up,and the same slow service. Been here 20 minutes and my car hasn't even gone through the wash cycle. It's still waiting to get washed. Never coming back.

GOOGLE! Change their name. Bubble Coin Lavanderia. The premise is clean, and I loved that it was not crowded. Staff (Marina) was endless helpful and friendly. This Laundromat offers free drying if you wash there your clothes. Also, they do raffle, asking for your name and phone number. My clothes became cleaner than at other places! Con1: there is not bathroom, despite you are there even for two hours. Con2: wash machines don't make pre-wash. Pro: their "warm water" is really warm, and "hot water" is really hot (it is not common at other places). All together, I'm very satisfied and definitely I will go back.
