Paid for the gold wash and got way less, my interior was still dirty and now has wet spots all over, gonna have to get it cleaned properly and my windows still have smears all over, their quality has gone downhill bad, didn't go for a while because of how bad it's gotten and decided to give them another shot in redemption, and hot dam I shouldn’t have gone back

It’s just ok. Never a line, but that probably is because of what you get. I feel that they don’t use enough soap or product to wash the cars. It’s ok in a pinch, but there are better places-especially considering they just raised their prices.

I paid for a mini detailing and got the cheapest regular car wash ever! Let the owner know and I was told to just let the know what issues I was having??? They were obviously visible, will not take any vehicle there again!!! RIP off!

Triple Deluxe is worth the price. And they know what they are doing, i always tip the workers. Only reason it isn't 5 stars is the waiting space could use a few benches or more shaded seating space.

DO NOT COME HERE! Very poor service even though they have over 10 employees. I paid $36 for a halfass car wash. It was still dirty. They did not even vacuum. Employees are too busy gossiping instead of cleaning. Save your money and a headache.

I bought the tickets for ten times last year. I had personal reason I didn't go to this car wash. 12/16/2020 I went to do the car wash,the owner of the lady told me that tickets was expired already. So I let her show me the sign of the information or help me find out the expired date on tickets. She couldn't. She said there was a sign on somewhere but she doesn't have it now. I asked her for a picture is fine too. She also couldn't bring it. So she told me I have to pay for two or three tickets per car. I didn't agree so I called police officer came. And She start yelling at me she saids that's not nice to call the police here. I told her do not yelled at me because I'm pregnant but she keeps argue with me. I know covid time all business is slow but you can't being hungry for money like this. Hopefully every one just don't get cheat.

Fast, friendly service. The personnel was polite, the owner or manager; to bad I didn't get her name this time, is a real sweetheart. Good pricing and being at a busy intersection helps keep this crew on their toes all day. No slouching... Everyone's doing something here. It's what a customer wants to see from ANY business. Took a 15 year old Honda Odyssey in to get detailed just after buying it. Was very dirty. Lots of stains. The workers take great pride in their work. They pay attention to little details. Reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this place if you want excellent results! 5 stars easily!

This is the worst place to get a car wash. I used it a couple of times and so did a couple of my friends. One of my friends took their car in with no issues and once they got it back the tire pressure light was on. They took a look and the car wash cracked their rim. They went to tell them and they just yelled at her and didn’t want to acknowledge that they cracked her rim. The front counter women and her husband do not have good customer service will never go there or recommend to anyone.

First time here i used my credit card i ask for a couple dollars back so I can tip. The car got cleaned was ok. The cashier told me the person who lets these go sometimes is not here..if you trust your cashier let them give customers 5.00 max so I can tip the person. This credit card machine charging a 1.00 is insane. First time a car wash charged a service me. I will never come back here not professional a 1.00 fee and can't get cash back. Let's see how important my comment is if you respond back.

Not a good service, maybe because it was getting close to closing time, but they didn’t even do a good job on vaccuming my car. Looks like instead of using cloth towels they use paper towels. No like never again. I was hoping they did a good derived to make a a home car wash

I’ve been a customer here, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning after an experience on April 5, 2025. While I was waiting to pay, the business owner was having a conversation with another customer, making offensive comments about immigrants — stating things like “it’s so easy to get citizenship” and that undocumented people “don’t pay taxes or are all criminals.” The other customer agreed, and neither of them acknowledged me as I stood there. Regardless of personal beliefs, this kind of language is inappropriate and unprofessional in a customer-facing business. It made me extremely uncomfortable, and I can no longer support a place where that kind of rhetoric is tolerated.
