I had the $140 detail. I was very impressed as they were able to do the detail 1 hour before they closed. I loved that they cleaned the seats and the back. I did ask for get a stain from the carpet but they didn’t. I did point it out before the detail. But for the waxing and the price. They are the nearest service car wash to me. I love that they support the pals programs. When I go back, I will mention it.

This is a great car wash. Love the speediness getting thru the wash, the friendly staff and the free vacuums. Only complaint I have is that I’ve been taking my moms car here for three months and their scanners have been broken (we have to finagle the sticker in order for it to scan) since I’ve been here. As many people go thru here they SHOULD be able to fix these or the scanner company should have fixed it by now??? It’s kind of a pain.

The people who work here are always so kind and give excellent customer service. I always choose the cheapest most basic wash because I’m really there to use the vacuums afterwards. They’ve offered (and even insisted) that I go through the drive thru wash another time if my car doesn’t look spotless after the first time. One time while I was vacuuming an employee came and unclogged the tube for me and I didn’t even know it was clogged. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been friendly and goes out of their way to help me.

My car was getting a bit rough inside between dog hair, sand, dirt and spilled milk from my son. I called Bubbas and asked for a full detail inside and out, because she needed it. Let me tell you I am thoroughly amazed at how every inch of my car is sparkling. I paid for the same service last year for $450 somewhere else and this surpassed it by far! I am a very happy customer and will be telling everyone about Bubbas. Great customer service as well. The gentleman I spoke to was professional and very sweet. I won't be going anywhere else but Bubbas from now on.

Stopped in on Sunday morning - no wait. Literally 3 minute drive through wash. Car was really bad shape, but looks like new now. After wash I could use DIY vacuums on carpets, but the seats had spilled coffee and stuff on them, so went with full detail and wash... Awesome job! Seats & carpet look like new, wheels dressed, glass spotless, and no funny smells - all for $45 and finished in 20 minutes. I'm a happy camper. Really friendly and helpful people that want you to be happy with the service. If I lived local, I'd definitely go with their all you can wash fixed price option. Great value!

Please be aware that if you purchase a membership, the car wash is not open every day. For example, on 11/21/2024 at 2:30 PM, it was closed. Other than that, the car wash service is satisfactory. 11/22 Update: The owner clarified that the car wash is closed for maintenance on rainy days. That’s understandable, but in this case, please consider extending the membership on a pro-rata basis. I paid for 30 days of access, not 27 or 25 (especially since it’s expected to rain all week).

Bubba’s Express Car Wash is hands down the best spot to get your car looking fresh! The whole process is quick, efficient, and leaves my car sparkling every time. The staff is super friendly and makes sure you have everything you need. I love that they offer free vacuums—they’re powerful and make it easy to get my interior spotless. 8/14/2025 took my Chevy Yukon thru Bubba’s Carwash. While on the conveyor track, the air dryer sucked out my rear car window and dislodged my third brake light bar. 8/18/2025 Bubba’s assured me that they would make everything right. They installed a rear window but did not repair/replace the third brake light. Manager was argumentative and refused to make things right. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. Driving my car without a third brake light now.

Today, August 7th at 6:57 PM, I washed my car at this car wash and was very pleased with the staff’s work. Before entering the tunnel, they carefully washed my car with brushes, doing everything attentively and thoroughly. These are very kind and respectful men. No one asked me to leave this review — I’m doing it on my own. I would like the management to appreciate these employees and, if possible, reward them for their excellent work.

What a horrible job cleaning the car. $45 is way over priced for the wash and inside/ outside wipe down. Car and wheels were still visibly dirty. Windows have large dirt spots that weren't cleaned. And a bottle of cleaner was left in the back seat on the floor. This wash is maybe worth $20

I’ve never had such bad service from a car wash. After entering the car wash their pole came down on my windshield cracking it. I went to report it but only could tell the cashier. She was supposed to tell the manager to call me. I called numerous times leaving a message with no returned call. I went there multiple times and the manager was never there. My windshield split from this crack requiring me to replace it. I have never heard back from anyone to reimburse me for the windshield. I recommend that you DO NOT go the Bubbas Car Wash.

Just another one of the many automated car washes trying to get your money. The towels, you're allowed to use to dry your car are pathetically low end. However, the folks prewashing your car seem to be detailed and diligent.
