Very rude people. Half wash your car always saying it's a scratch when it's literally dirt or bugs that you pay extra to have removed. Owner doesn't take accountability or correct staff. He talks about tipping when I paid $40 for service and $180 previously for special protection on my new vehicle. In which they didn't armor all my insides like I paid for.

I was just traveling through the area and needed a good wash on my truck and they went above and beyond. I wasn’t expecting the detail that went into my wash but I would recommend this place to anyone. Will come back if I’m in the area.

Can’t believe I wasn’t more observant before giving them the keys. I drive a big truck, considerably larger than a typical ‘big truck’. The services and prices are clearly listed in the line, 20$ for the silver and 25$ for the gold etc. I didn’t need the inside cleaned just the exterior. Without checking the receipt/paper first, they started washing the truck then I realized my receipt said SEVENTY DOLLARS. After asking the manager there (who was definitely nice and friendly), he explained an exterior wash for a normal sized car was the 20/25 dollar option. My truck is not four times the size of a standard SUV etc. Absolutely hilarious… There’s a reason after 300 reviews this car wash has a 3 star rating. They finished washing my truck before I even finished typing this review.

Paid $60 dollars for a "super clean" car wash. Car was ran through the automatic car wash and wiped down and was still dirty. I complained to the owner and he said thats what I paid for. I am never going there again.

I paid 39.99 for a car wash, inside and out. I was so disappointed since the salesperson offered everything they had..judge for yourself below. I definitely would not expect this service for the price I paid. Granted, the car was messy since i just got back from the beach..but again for the price, i expected more. Outside was ok...

A car wash that charges extra for a dirty car? (Visible dirt on doors) salesman very pushy tells you what you need instead of letting you make the decision of your own. I'm an uber driver on a budget I already know what I need. Watched an upset customer walk away because he was going to be charged extra for Visible dirt on his truck. Salesman said he would not clean the cup holders or around the shifter counsel unless I paid extra. Owner came out and said to salesman charge for platinum I'm assuming he asked for the same wash as me which is 25 for the diamond. However they did a nice job on my vehicle it's fine as long as your a person who knows what they want and need they will do a nice job on your car for 25 bucks.

I paid $35 for an interior service only, which I thought was pricey. As you can see in the pictures, they haven’t even wiped/cleaned the obvious spots. They were done with my car within 10 minutes and just seemed to want me out of there as quickly as possible. DO NOT recommend this place.

Horrible. $25 dollars for a terrible car wash. Guy told me to make sure I tip. I walked around the car and it was still covered in issues. I grabbed a towel to finish the job myself and he came out and yelled at me to take it to a self car wash next time since I wasn’t happy.

Those guys are “scammers” I went there today and gave my car for engine bay cleaning for which they charge me $80. They did only pressure water wash and wipe with cloth that’s it after that they said it’s done. In actual it’s looking soo bad. Still there are oil stains and grease stains clearly seen. I highly recommend go somewhere else instead because they are stealing money only. “I talked to owner after that and he was sooo was soo rude he said we did it but when I show him actual stains so he tried to hit me as well which was soo scary. Don’t go over there guys just go to Raceway car wash or superstar car wash because those guys has done really really good. I paid $80 just for nothing.

I just got my car washed today I selected the basic clean and this is what I got. I got there at 8am I was the first customer. Car got finished around 8:30 as soon as I get in I notice there still ashes and crumbs in the cup holder so I wiped it out with a Lysol wipe. I pulled out started looking around the car. I immediately called back lady told me to come back in I told her I couldn’t cause I start work at 9 I stated I would come back once I got off. I arrived home opened my back door to do some more looking around. The back floor still had trash on it. The driver floor and passenger floor still had trash. So I called back down there told the lady I wouldn’t e coming back I just want my money back. She told me they did the job so I couldn’t get my money back. Oh yeah and the prices they have listed are not the correct prices Judy an FYI No stars POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR JOB I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS

I’ve been a loyal customer to this place for over than a year. Even though their prices are not the best. This time i came and I paid 30$ for the diamond wash which includes a wheel wash and shine as I always do. I told the owner that i need my wheels to be really clean and he told me i have to pay extra 5$ per wheel to get it cleaned from inside and outside. I agreed and paid 50$ in total. When the car was done, my wheels were not too clean from outside and super dirty from inside. I told the owner about it and he told me my wheels are rusty from inside so they couldn’t clean it . While he was talking to me he took a towel and started wiping from inside and all the dirt is getting cleaned without any hard pressure. Literally if he put a small effort into cleaning the wheels, it would be shiny clean . Which means he’s a liar. When I started arguing with him that not only the wheels are dirty from outside but also super dirty from inside , he started to being so rude with me and told me not to come again. I told him I’m not gonna come again and he lost a loyal customer and I’m gonna put an honest review on google maps , he told me he would FIGHT ME !! . I will put pictures of my wheels to show you a better image of what I mean.

Been going here for the last 3 years with either an SUV or pickup truck. For some reason today when I brought my pickup in and only did the diamond package which only $24.99 the owner charges me an extra $35! What?! I understand there is an additional cost for larger trucks, but $35? Really? Total rip off. Plus the owner says that what they charge...huh your the owner. He's just making things up. This is my last visit to this car was...over priced.

I had not been to this place in years, but I happened to drive by and pulled in. They hand-washed my 2018 Lexus 350 rx and did a great job. They were very nice, so I asked them about detailing my 2006 Tundra truck. I had just had it painted and wanted to really have a nice detail done on the interior, wheels, wells, and so forth. The owner looked it over, listened to what I wanted, and gave me a price. Ouch! But it was about what I had paid another company in the past. Jeff (the owner) assured me that his workers had been there for many years and do good work and that he had owned the business for more than 30 years. He explained that this was his guys' specialty: detailing, shampooing carpets, and upholstery. I shook his hand and took an Uber home and came back at 5:00. I could not stop smiling! The interior looked like new! Everything was wiped with a treatment. They did the interior of the console, the glovebox, and behind the fold-down seats and all the door pockets! Carpets and upholstery looked nice and fresh. They had cleaned and painted my wheel wells. With the new paint job, it was a new truck with 204,000 miles on it—all put on by me! I still can't believe how good a job those 4 or 5 guys did on my truck! I am so proud to drive it again! I would highly recommend Broadway Car Wash for hand washing, but especially for professional detailing. I could not have asked for a better job. Thank you, Jeff and staff!
