So I took my truck to the car wash today after a long week on vacation with kids in the vehicle. I paid for the Diamond Service but needless to say what I got wasn’t even close to the basic service. The attendant pulled the vehicle up and pulled both molded floor mats out of the front of the truck. They did power wash these mats but never pulled the back mat out nor did they even vacuum the truck. When the attendant finally pulled the truck up onto the rail he went so fast that the truck almost hopped the rail. Also to note they didn’t even pre-wash the truck. After the truck came out on the other side there was soap all over it. I pointed out that issue as well as the back floor mat was still dirty. Needless to say when I got home there was spots all over the truck, non of the windows on the passenger side were cleaned, the seat were never vacuumed and the dash and console weren’t wiped down. At this point I wouldn’t even take my kids bike through this car wash. I’m note sure how it gets voted as one of the best in the area.

They do a good and cheap quick wash in the winter... fill up your gas tank and the attendant will give you a pass for $3 off. Only $4 to wash salt off your car. No interior cleaning, but they have free self-use vacuums outside.

UPDATE - It cost us $300 to purchase a new mirror that we have to install ourselves! Turned out to e a very expensive car wash! We took our car through this car wash when you had to sit in the car The attendant asked if our mirrors were Electric folding. We replied no at which time the attendant at the driver side pushed in the mirror. The attendant on the passenger side did not push in the mirror. Upon exiting the car wash, we noticed the passenger side mirror dangling by the wires. We spoke with the manager on site who took our phone number and indicated that the owner would call us as he was not on site. Having not heard from the owner, we stopped in and spoke with the manager once again. He assured us that the owner would call that he had been very busy. We called a month and a half later to be told that he lost our number. An appointment was scheduled with the owner. That appointment was canceled by the owner in which he stated that he had camera view showing that the mirror was loose before entering the car wash. Another appointment was scheduled to meet and once again canceled by the owner who at this point said he had sold the business and was no longer the owner. He has made no attempt to rectify the situation and we still have a broken mirror.

Wouldn't even give one star but you have too. Worst car wash ever!! I paid for better package and they left soap on car and dash was dirty. Windows were dirty too when I said something they did nothing about it. I have a new car and expect a good job even if i had older car i would expect a good job for the price!! Don't go here I warned you just awful!!!!!!! UGHHHH...👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Took my truck there got the diamond. The job was decent. There was alot of spots that did not get cleaned.The worker drying the truck was good. And there alot of extra this extra that. it's Not like it used to be.

I'm giving four stars because this was my first experience here. So far so good after I reached my destination, I re-inspect the job and a couple of missed spots...So my next visit I should see a difference. The Guys were very friendly. I do like the Old School Car Wash though...Plus the price was very good!!

They removed my all weather plastic mat that protects the cloth mat and never put it back. They said it was not there which is a lie because I keep my car in great condition and I have protectant mats for the front and back of my car. Plus I got the diamond package and was not offered a scent and the car still had visible dirty spots. Beware of this place.

They do dry cleaning your vehicle. I dont recommend it. They saw its full of dirt but left it like this.

Horrible!!! Do not waste your time or money! I would not recommend this car wash at all!! I paid $26.71 for the Diamond package. No triple polish came out onto my vehicle at all. Soap was still on my vehicle when it came out! Dirty rags were used to dry off my car, interior and windows. I'm not happy at all. I will never come here again. I'll go a few miles down the highway to Sunshine for now on!!

For A Free Car wash It was Better Than Nothing! My Car had Dirt All over it from Snow, To Rain, to Finally being Nice outside. So I Really wanted it to Look Nice for the first Time in SO LONG/All Winter. I thought it came out Clean & Shiny. Not Amazing but pretty Decent. I'll Be going Back Again Soon.

I washed my car here after it was washed i showed the guy who charged me all the dirt on it he told me if you want to wash it again I will charge you again. The service is horrible, I don't recommend

I paid the $40 for the best. It was supposed to come with trunk vacuum which is the reason I paid that. I cant post pics but they did not even remove the couple of pieces of lose debris.

Website says open, I just came from there, no one in site. Norhing stating they are closed today. I called, went to voicemail & voicemail is full. Not a way to run a business 😡

Was there today and chose the highest package thinking my car would come out great, well at least cleaner then I took it. Take a look at these pictures now I don't expect miracles but come on

Had my car cleaned inside and out, they did a terrible job. Windows where not cleaned and the carpet was hardly vacuumed. Will never go back again

I paid for Diamond wash and extra to do back hatch area. Passenger mat had puddle of water in it, I had to stop to empty it. The vacuum used must have no suction because there are lots of seeable dirt not cleaned up. Did a shoddy job of wiping down the interior. I'll go elsewhere for car wash from now on.

Upon inspection of my vehicle after the "car wash" I noticed that my "Diamond" (which is supposed to be the top choice selection of car wash was treated like I paid for the exterior wash only. My rims came out more dirtier than before the wash, NOTHING was wiped down in the inside nor looked vacuumed, then I asked the attendant if he wants me to tip him he could at least assist me with wiping down the rims and inside the door jams he simply looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and they all stood by and watched me do their job. This is definitely my very Last time using this car wash after experiencing what I did today. If it was a way to give up 0 stars I would. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY MY CADILLAC CTS CAME OUT AFTER BEING TAKEN TO brite-way car wash. 🤬😡😡😡😡😡

These guys do not know how to clean a car rims were dirty and my cup holder in the back seat were not clean I tried to give them a chance since they were nearby but never again

Decent job for $20 but not great. Which of these levels do I need to buy to get the brake dust cleaned from my wheels, though? I didn't want Tire Shine but I didn't realize that meant my wheels wouldn't get any cleaning at all.
