Had a friend get truck cleaned here and dented his hood and cracked his windshield. Took 2 weeks to get ahold of a manager after calling and showing up in person. They told him it was not their responsibility even though it was a malfunction on their equipment. Definitely reporting to BBB. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Edit: He did try so don't act like you all cared.

I got the $9.99 package but I feel like I got around a $5 wash. There's still a lot of dirt on the front of my car (I mean first impressions right?) And the back. I'm just... Disappointed I guess. I would give it a "meh".

TL/DR: So anyway, in short, come for the friendly atmosphere, but keep going for a pretty clean car and being able to save a little while doing so!!! 😀 This is the cool carwash of Cass County, y'all. All of the employees make the experience top tier. Special mention to Art, Olivia, and Braeden! They are the reason why I love this carwash over any other! Art and Olivia calmed me down, and we're super profesh when I had a question about how the carwash worked, and very understanding and patient with my BS! I really appreciate those two! Then Braeden (the long-haired guy) is the reason why I first started a subscription service here! He's hilarious and friendly, and I liked his little bit.

Excellent experience from the pay center, where you choose the wash level, to the self serve detailing area after the wash. Btw: best vacuums I can remember using. Friendly staff all the way through and excellent value.

I have used this car wash MANY times, for my current car, and NEVER had a problem. Today, the rollers weren't moving my car. Twice, the truck behind me almost hit me. The man who came to my car both times insinuated it was MY fault and I would be responsible for any damages to the car behind me! He then told me I should find another car wash. OH I WILL! I will NEVER return to this car wash again! EDIT: I also want to mention I paid for the Premium package with a couple of add-ons ($24.98) and am pretty sure I didn't get everything I paid for......you can see dirt in the wheel wells and there are brush marks on my hood.

Amazing experience and amazing staff!!! They definitely go above and beyond for their customers, my wheels were extremely dirty from brake dust and they have the option to hand clean your wheels which is amazing and i do t no many car washes that offer that!! Definitely getting a membership!

The wash itself has always been this mediocre. I never complained. I didn't complaint when they broke my light either. I went today and the guy at the beginning was SO GREAT. I got into the wash, he barely touched my car to pre rinse. But, the problem is when I went to vacuum. I asked the guy if any of the vacuums worked.. he YELLED at me. I asked him why he was yelling and he immediately retracted saying it's because I didn't hear him and he didn't want to repeat himself, but he angry yelled at me for asking. I wasn't gonna do a review, but I tried to privately reach out with no answers. I will never go back. That was crazy, I've had a membership for years and never complained about the things mentioned above.

Lots of missed spots. I payed $16 for this?!?! Horrible. All the up charges are annoying as well. Not sure if I want to come back to this location for this kind of car wash. I have not tried the detailing but I am skeptical of using it. Maybe another day I will try it out and update my review.

Have their monthly plan. Have had this plan $19.99 per month since June. Every other time we have gone for a wash, they have done a prep. We went this past weekend no prep. Went through the tunnel and also no soap. Complained to the worker in the kiosk out front-end she said there was never a prep included in our plan. Sorry about the soap, but we could run the car through again. If we had received a prep before, it was just over zealous workers. For approximately once a week since June? I don't think so. We cancelled our plan and will find another car wash.

Scratched up car badly, doesnt matter if they are foam brushes, the brushes hold dirt, sand, and sometimes rocks in them they are not cleaned every time a car passes through so there is no way of knowing if yours will get scratched after the next car in line, bad lines all along the sides of both sides of my car, consist with brushes patterns. Avoid all carwashes with brushes if possible!!! The automatic brushless ones are the best ones to use. They are also very high priced and it does not get it clean for the price. Staff is very friendly at front, the guys inside the wash not so much didnt even pre spray car. Won't be back and now have to get with insurance company about damages.

I paid about $35 and have no regrets. Truck came in very dirty and left looking brand new. They gave me an air freshener and they have free vacuums in the back. Definitely will be getting a membership. Highly recommend.
