I love Breeze thru & have been a member of their car wash club for two years. I was very excited when I saw they opened up a new location closer to my home. However, this wash is constantly busy, none of the vacuums are in working order- they are either shut off or barely suck up any of the debris from your car. I wish they would remember quality over quantity and do something about this location!!

I think Breeze Thru car washes are the most convenient car washes out there. Plus, they have free vacuums! This location runs smoothly and the attendants are always nice and helpful. My biggest complaints are: The attendants are very forceful with trying to grab your card and run it for you. This was a problem for me before the pandemic and my feelings haven’t changed. I’m more than capable of running my own card. No need to be grabby. The other complaint I have is that I worry about the lack of distance the attendants create between the cars. Cars are packed in with minimal space between them. I always worry I’m going to get crunched in there. Someone told me that there are sensors inside the wash that separate the cars as needed. I just don’t know if that’s true or not.

Not a great wash for $20. They really push the $29/mo. unlimited deal but I have better things to do than drive in circles through the car wash until the vehicle finally comes out clean. I did speak to an employee who was nice and gave me an additional wash, but after pulling through a second time and the same spots were missed I decided it would be more worthwhile to wash the vehicle myself.

The employees at the Johnstown location always have a smile and a thumbs-up everytime I stop in. It's such a small, little thing, but it always brightens my day. I never expected getting my car washed to be one of my favorite parts of my Monday routine, but here we are. :)

Absolute worst wash I've ever had. First time at a Breeze Thru. I paid for Breeze Thru's most expensive wash on my pickup. Bird poop remained. It wasn't even in a hard to reach area; it was right on the hood. The bed cover was still covered with tree debris that was barely stuck on and could be easily flicked off with a finger. The large brushes clearly don't even touch the bed cover. There was dirt and grime everywhere. I expect much better and have had MUCH better results at every other automated tunnel wash I've ever been to. Total waste of money.

Great deal on membership. Free vacuums. Would like to see them add compressed air at the vacuums to blow out car vents and provide shams. They're my favorite for Northern CO due to having many locations. It isn’t touch less if that's what you're looking for.

I asked them to take ownership of the wash they provided and they did! Machines need to work the way they were meant to. Love this wash again, now that all the brushes are working properly once more. Signed back up for monthly unlimited service again. Will keep an eye on the quality, however, happy again so far 😃

I have had a membership with Breeze Thru for a very long time now the price is great . I love coming to this location its very close to our home you can air up your tires if needed its very convenient . The staff is also very friendly and have a smile on they greet you upon arrival on daily basis 😊!!!!!!!!

I gave this place three chances, as it is very close to my home, but I’ve been very disappointed after every visit. No matter which wash I’ve purchased (basic/deluxe) my car is still dirty when I come outside the other side! The only reason I gave it 2 stars is the free vacuum and air pump.

Highly disappointed with my experience at this car wash. Twice through their wash (2nd time complimentary after a contentious interaction with staff) and this is still the result. Hardly any water used in the wash and inadequate pressure. Ice on the road surface out of the car wash leaves car spinning out upon exiting as well. Thankfully nobody hurt by spinning car in parking lot.

The guy running the wash completely ignored us. Then sprayed soap inside our car. When we got out windows rolled up he didn't have the car wash track running so we just say there while things were going without our car loving or in the wash. Eventually we just had to drive through and leave... With our car covered in soap. Horrible customer service.

been here multiple times, was never satisfied with the washes but never had any issues until this last time. an error occured with the carwash before i entered, so i was instructed to reverse out of the railing then go back forward. my rims were damaged severely by the railing, after submitting an incident report, i was told 2 days later that the damage couldnt have been from the wash as the cam footage didnt show the railing touching my rims, even after i explained how i HEARD the scraping at the time. terrible customer service, was being talked to like i am incompetent when all i wanted was an explanation.

It cleans well enough, but the drying portion leaves an awful lot to be desired, especially compared to other options in Loveland and Fort Collins. We use this wash because of convenience, but you really have to hand-dry it because the track spits you out before it even dries the back half of the car. Only reason we do single washes rather than a membership.
