Come in every morning, but never get a greeting or told the total of purchase. I thinking the clerk is mute, but hear her greet and hold door for other customers. Will do business elsewhere.

Cold coffee and terrible service, no greetings just a blank stare from cashier. Nothing has changed, morning girl greet people as they walk in and greet people after I walk in I get no greetings. Say good morning to her and get nothing, nothing not even the amount the cost is I have to look at the display. Wont be back, tired of being treated as though my business isn't worth open your mouth and saying a greeting. Many times I have come in in the evening and no coffee. Like I said will take my business elsewhere.

Had to use the restroom here and after a few minutes in could hear employees complaining about how long I was taking and the door was knocked on twice by the employee, comment was made about how I could have just went to the bathroom at home. Never had this issue ever in my life until now.

Thought it was pretty cool how when I went to the BP on State & Mackinaw in Saginaw after work on 9/30 to grab some energy drinks that when I got to the register the clerk basically ignored me. She was too deep in her phone worried about who she was texting. I had to ask if our transaction was done because she was too busy with her phone and not speaking to me. Nice 👌🏻 pretty crappy service

I would give 0 stars if i could but that lady Rita is not good at all she is letting someone come in there who is considered a threat and she doesn’t ban him but bans me when he caused the problem first she let both of us know that we need to stop bringing our issues up to the gas station so when she said that when I seen them I removed myself and then would come up there when there gone but on march 24 one of the people I had a issue with came up there and got in my face and at this point he was making me and my dog uncomfortable I gave him a chance to back up and he choose not to he got closer and then he threatened to shoot me so of course police got involved and I spoke to Rita yesterday and she banning me and I found out today that she didn’t ban him when he caused the situation so I did go to corporate and if you’re seeing this Rita, either you banned him or I’m going to make sure you lose your job that’s your choice because he put my dog life in Danger and me so you have one or two choices to either ban him now like you banned me or I will follow through with corporate. I already spoke to corporate and they have all the information and everything like that so I said To them that you either ban him on the spot or to fall through with it and I’m gonna press charges not only on you for allowing him to keep coming in there but him too because you’re putting other people‘s life in danger by letting him still come in there and you’re playing favoritism so like I said you have until some amount of time to ban him as well like you banned me or suffer for the consequences and that’s not a threat. It’s a promise or the other option is you can let me still come in there because he’s just as guilty as I am so if you don’t ban him then you need to let me come back or if not, you need to ban him cause I will press charges on both of you guys. I’m not playing. I don’t play when it comes to my dog and I don’t play when it comes to my safety and if you’re not gonna do anything, then I’m gonna press charges on both of y’all and I’m not playing either.

Pump wouldn't work to allow me to get the $1 off a gallon using my earnify rewards. Pump wouldn't even accept my payment method. Went to ask the cashier and he didn't know anything about it. Please educate your staff on promotions going on that involve BP gas stations. Ended up not getting gas and drove to a BP in the next county where I knew the promotion would work.
