I GIVE IT ZERO STARS......Who ever the woman with dreadlocks in her hair....SHE NEEDS TO NOT TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS....OMG I FELT SO BAD FOR MY FRIEND BECAUSE SHE IS KINDLY SPEAKING TO THIS WOMAN AND SHE LOUD YELLING AT HER ALL OVER A MISUNDERSTANDING ABOUT THE CUP PRICES......SHE REALLY NEEDS EXTRA TRAINING CLASSES WHEN DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS.....I WAS AFRAID TO EVEN GO TO HER...I LEFT

This store never opens on time. It will not be open at 530 ever. Sometimes not even at 6. Smh... thus store needs new employees who can open on time.

If I could give zero stars I would ... I went to this location today and was informed by the cashier she couldn’t sell me my cigarettes because my daughter was with me who is a minor she “claimed” that it was a NC law however after leaving I went to another BP who sold me my cigarettes with my daughter I asked the mgr If that was a NC law she says no and she doesn’t know where the lady got that ridiculous idea from ; I attempted to call Corp however being after 5 they are closed ; VERY DISSATISFIED.!!!!

The only city gas station that i have ever been to thats has a separate pump for diesel. Perfect! I hate gas car drivers that take the end spots that have diesel then go inside for an hour to shop.

I am disgusted with the service I received from who I was told the manager, Chet Stein. A $12 mistake was made with my debit card while paying at the pump. When I brought it the their attention, I was told Chet was in a meeting, not working today and too busy with a customer to speak with me all in the same converation. Its a sad day when a manager puts their employee on the phone to lie for them when I could clearly hear him in the background. This is whats wrong with America...we dont give a crap about anything or anybody anymore!!!

If im a paying customer there should be no reason why the bathroom is block off and the store is still open....this is crazy. When i ask the employee whats going on all she can say is the bathroom is closed.....BP is this your policy? I WAS AT THE STORE AT 1O:30PM!!

Let me explain something .. I called about 2 separate transactions where I paid at the pump and it wouldn’t allow me to pump gas . I call the store and right off the bat the lady was rude on phone she kept explaining to me it was something to do with the bank and not them . I didn’t need her to keep explaining to me the same thing when I never asked her to . Right before I get off the phone I asked her what her name was … then she thought she wanted to get hype and say “I’m the store manager” my name is Christy .. lady I didn’t ask who you were I asked for your name . I will be contacting higher authorities.

It is 2/13/22 at 8:50pm. My pump wasn’t working. I went to knock on the window to ask them what was going on with their pumps and the girl looked at me, looked away, and ignored me. She was young, white, kinda ugly, got school girl acne all over face, and brunette. This gas station Im assuming shuts down their pumps at night but at 9pm though? Im glad they do. So the better gas stations that operate like actual gas stations get the money.

Might want to update the hours online. We pulled in to grab something quick and there were several cars pulling out. The girl runs up to the door and locks it so we cannot come in. It says open until 12 am. We are traveling so not a fan of misinformation and rudeness.

Service here is great. I stop here frequently for fuel and other items. I mostly stop in the mornings, but occasionally drop in on an afternoon. The staff here are very nice and pleasant to do business with. Prices are prices are prices.........Maybe sometimes one thing is 20 cents more, but the next is 19 cents less than the competitor. So if you want service with a smile and good morning.......go here!

Loss on mutiple sale bc they register isn’t calibrated to the correct time. So I can’t be sold my items at 7am bc the register say 6:51……instead of them reprograming the register for the right times so they can make Proper sales.. it’s easier to turn the customer away… LAZY
