My friend and I go to this BP location to get gas there, but we do compare prices and from what we see, we get BP gas for at least 2 to 3 cents cheaper than what we see elsewhere.

The staff here is always so welcoming and warm. They tame the time to know their cutomers. They ask how my boys are everytime I see them becauae we have been shopping here since my oldest was 4 , he is 9 now.

08/24/18 stopped for gas , was DOUBLE CHARGED . Tried to call , number disconnected. I'll have to stop by in person to try to get money back. Better off shopping somewhere else. BP says I have to deal with them . BP says can't really do anything , privately owned . luckily it was a credit card so i can at least dispute the charge. Disappointed in BP for not having a roll to play other than their name.

This store has always treated me unwelcome.The older guy is sooo hateful and disrespectful from my POV. I Dont understand because their customers are black. If people do not like black people, they should not take their money and post up in urban communities.

Bad gas!!!!!! Luckily it was only my mower that died IMMEDIATELY after filling it with gas from this station and not my vehicle. Should have known better. This neighborhood would be better if they just shut this place down. Broken pump handles that you have to hold manually the entire time. Extremely slow gas pumping. That combination stinks. Half of the pumps don't work because of credit card reader problems. Go somewhere else.

Very disappointed with the customer service here. I purchased a replacement vape here for when my current vape ran out. It was about 36 hours later I opened the brand new vape and it did not work whatsoever, the blinking light that flashes when a vape no longer has anymore puffs left didn't even work. The next morning I try and return it and have it replaced and the lady said once it leaves the store there's nothing she can do. I show her that the vape doesn't even have power and she still refuses to replace. Says the customer has to open it right there in front of them and that's the only way they will refund. I'm very upset and disappointed as I am a regular customer and the young woman recognizes me every time I come in and have never asked for a refund before. To prove a point I purchased another vape and purposely made the other customers aware of their "policy" and apologized bc I didn't want to be scammed out of another $10! BEWARE IF U BUY ANY VAPE PRODUCTS HERE, MAKE SURE TO TRY THEM HERE AT THE COUNTER, OTHERWISE THEY WILL NOT REFUND OR REPLACE THEIR PRODUCTS UNLESS THEY ARE OPENED UNDER THEIR SUPERVISION. Never had any problems with this location before but now I don't want to spend another dime here after this. Smh

Idk how this place is even here! So sketchy looking. I feel so unsafe and have to continuously be looking around to make sure nothing is going to happen to me or my family. WAWA is a bit far yet safer in the sense that it’s cleaner and has more surveillance and it Doesn’t look dingy. I’ll make sure to always have a full tank to never stop at this gas station.

I am a paying customer yet I don't get the same customer service or even communication. How disgusting to deal with sicking individuals who believe they have the mental capacity to give people worth then have the nerve to give me none. I have a "look" you don't want to serve so why should I give you my money. I'm disgusted. What a waste of time and money. I don't even want to buy gas here I'm so disgusted.

Do NOT Get gas here. I stay near the area and yesterday I finally decided to grab a couple gallons of gas from here. I waited too long to fuel up and just needed $15 to keep me going until I fuel up later. Immediately after fueling up here my car started to shake and the engine light came on. My car has never done that before. I was parked down the street at a restaurant and it would still shake even with it in park. I knew immediately it had to be the gasoline. Today, it stalled on me at a red light. I had to shut my car off and start it again before it would move. Luckily I didn’t fill my car up, so I was able to ride the gas out in a day. To fix it I went to Walmart, got fuel injector cleaner and added that in with gas from a more trusted station. Not sure if this is a normal occurrence with them and their gas quality but I won’t ever be fueling there again. Do so at your own risk
