Went to store at 8:12pm to use/redeem Keno lottery scan ticket . Gentleman did not want to read instructions above scan code and did not know how to scan the code for a ticket from the VA lottery. Left and went down street to Shell and had NO PROBLEM.

I will not come here again. The guys at the register arguing looked at me like I was a nuisance trying to pay for my things. The customers who come in were awful as well. One drunk guy couldn't stop trying to put his hands on me and another who pulls up on me in the parking lot just starts yelling at me. I go to shell now. They are kind and don't act like you're a bother. The clientele is much more courteous as well. This BP has made me uncomfortable enough.

Again, the worker behind the desk in the mornings have proven time after time to be rude and arrogant and has no respect for customers. This specific individual MAY be the owner, so contacting the owner to fix the problem is not going to work these complaints need to go above him. Awful experience any time he is behind that counter, the faces of the customers are appalling and I have absolutely no idea how these complaints have this business still up and running with him as an employee. Please contact me directly so I can provide further information on who this employee is and proof of unprofessional and unfound behavior, I have several videos I’ve taken and videos from friends and family alike. PLEASE DO NOT DO TRAMSACTIONS WHEN THIS MAN IS WORKING. IT WILL RUIN YOUR DAY WITH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Never open when they say they are, closes ridiculously early. Why list open and closed hours for your business, then go out of the eay to not adhere to them? If I wasn't too disabled to go far; I'd go to a shop that gives a damn about it's customers.

This station info incorrectly states that it sells Ethanol Free gas and has a car wash. It has neither. It sells unleaded 87, 89, & 93 octane gasoline and 40 Diesel. They do have a vacuum & air pump machine. The staff are very friendly.

Star Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a gas station. The cashier acted like I was bothering them just by asking a simple question. Extremely rude and unprofessional—no greeting, no eye contact, and full of attitude. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers at all. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I had a very disappointing experience at this gas station. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of treating customers with basic respect, they spoke in a harsh and unfriendly manner, which made me feel very uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I expect at least decent service — but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this gas station to others who value respectful treatment.

So today I was disrespected by the Indian employee with the glasses ,tall skinny guy, I was gonna buy something but nobody will buy something with that person's attitude or disrespect,I left it happened today at 9:07 then when I told him he should have more respect for the customers he is just disrespecting the Hispanic customers like it's something trending,And me being born her my mother and my grandmother and he came here ,Its not making sense, OWNER NEEDS TO SIT DOWN AND HAVE A 1 ON 1 TALK WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL BECAUSE HE IS SCARING THE CUSTOMERS MAYBE HE HAD A BAD DAY BUT U DONT TAKE IT OUT ON ANY1
