Stopped by this location on a long road trip back from the city at around 11:00pm. Gassed up my car and went into the store to use the bathroom. The sales clerk with the dyed hair refused to allow me to use the bathroom, even though I was a paying customer. The flimsy excuse given was that the "bathroom is closed at night." Not really sure why they would close the bathroom to paying customers. People still need to pee at night time. I would advise other travellers to avoid this location unless necessary.

Stopped woth a blown tire. Nice Hispanic guy delivering ice that worked for BP stopped to help us. We were very grateful. This was Labpr day amd we were 1.5hrs from home. Great staff

Half the pumps are broken so you either have to hold the nozzle the entire time or sit there and click it every 5 seconds to get gas. If you're unfortunate enough to go in the cashiers take their sweet time ignoring you and act like it's a hassle that you're there. The gas is also always like 30 cents more expensive than anywhere else near by.

I come here every day and after this morning, I will drive further down the street to the Thornton’s and do my every day purchases there. Just this morning told that paying in change is not going to accepted. I’m sorry, is change not money? Is a quarter not worth something , so much so that I couldn’t get a candy bar once being .25cents short. Do yourself a favor and go find a gas station that has employees who know how to count, are happy to do their job, and don’t discriminate against people who pay for products with change. Edit: so I thought wow they responded , this is going to be a solved problem. Nope. Wrong. Sergio, who is a Mexican employee has a nasty attitude with my spouse who has a disability. Refuses to take coupons, won’t let spouse give him any change, the moment he sees my spouse he starts with his nasty attitude. The manager is useless. She can’t handle her employees, so why even bother. You’re risking a lawsuit for one employee. If you are desperate for workers, email me BP, I’ll find you someone in 24 hours.

I recently visited the BP gas station located at the intersection of Brookdale Road and Illinois 59, and I am compelled to share my experience as a warning for potential customers. The overall quality of service I received there was severely lacking, and the establishment left much to be desired. To begin with, the staff at this location exhibited a level of rudeness that was quite unexpected and unwelcome. As a customer, I expect a certain degree of courtesy when interacting with employees, but that was not the case here. Their unprofessional behavior significantly detracted from my experience. Additionally, I decided to give their car wash service a try for the first time yesterday, and it proved to be an utter waste of money. My car came out looking nearly identical to how it appeared before entering the wash – in other words, grimy and far from clean. This lack of effectiveness in their car wash service is both bewildering and frustrating for customers who pay for this amenity. There are various other aspects of this BP gas station that contribute to an overall unpleasant environment. While the scope of these issues may vary in severity, it becomes clear that improvements are desperately needed across the board. In closing, I sincerely hope that this location can undergo a transformation through being purchased by a more customer-centric company such as Wawa, Cumberland Farms, Sheets or Quiktrip. These brands would likely address the deficiencies currently plaguing this BP gas station while offering a better overall experience to its patrons. Until such time, I cannot recommend this particular BP gas station for those seeking fuel or other amenities in the area.

I came inside this location earlier today because I wanted a coffee. I took a cup and dispensed a small amount of “horchata” flavored iced coffee to see if I would like it (I DID NOT, it was terrible) so I threw away my plastic cup and proceeded to shop around. I was then informed that there was a charge for plastic cups, whether it is empty or not. In addition to the extremely rude and unhelpful staff…I do not recommend shopping at this location. Much better off going to Speedway about .50 miles down which is what I did today. This BP is a rip off and is committing highway robbery!

Their gas price is always $3.99, and while it's not illegal for a gas station to set their own price, it is illegal in IL for a gas station to price gouge it's customers. With no other gas station around, I can see whythis BP thinks it can get away with bad business practices. I will be following up with relevant state authorities.

From 11pm-4am they are closed inside. Which I understand. But then you need to attend to your walk up area/box. Rang the door bell 3 times. I shouldn't have to call for someone to come over. Gas prices fluctuate I know but this specific gas station always seems pricier than other in the area. Thornton's down the street is 4.35, Speedway is 4.36. BP 4.49

No wonder why they have 2 stars rating on google! This gas station is a highway robbery the picture I took Took shows the gas prices here at 3.99 a gallon! Right down the street every other gas station is 3.29-3.39 a gallon! I highly recommend getting gas elsewhere

The gas pumps pump gas. I'm not sure how to review this gas station as I had to leave a separate review for the store. So I'm guessing this is just about the gas itself, which is fine. It's good. You should use UPSIDE and EARNIFY you're going to be BP Stations.

They got new gas pumps that are all digital which is fine except it’s asking me multiple times to join their rewards. Not the end of the world, but there’s such a lag when you tap the screen it makes you think that it isn’t working. It is 20 degrees outside and I found myself just begging the machine for gas so I could seek refuge in my car. I’m sure it was expensive to switch to these machines, but very much not worth it.

Their car wash never works or it gives to the basic wash even if you pay for the expensive one. They think we won't care because it's right off the highway and people will never come back but trust me there's a lot of people who come back who live in the area.

Who the hell closes the inside of the gas station down as early as 11:30pm? I'd understand 1-2am. They also have camera's in your face at the counter. I wont be spending money on gas at this location ever again.

This gas station has a car wash and air pressure filler stations, bathrooms, snacks, drinks, and a Dunkin’ Donuts w BR ice cream right across the way on the same street. Everything you need for a quick stop.
