This was an awful gas station. For some reason I had to prepay inside.... so I put down $60 on my card and asked if they would refund whatever I don't use, "Yeah, of course." Filled my tank which costed $45 and left. Got my bank statement today and they charged me the full $60 -.-

Every day for at least the last week they have not opened on time. If you arent going to open your business by a certain time, dont post that as the time you open. You might want to have a talk with this new person working in the morning. Bad business practices.....

Terrible car wash.... barely washed the dirt off my car. I could have done a better job with a garden hose. I tried calling to notify them of their poor car wash service, and the phone number printed on their receipt is no longer in service. Dont waste your time or money.

This is a well run gas station /convenience store. The General Mgr/Owner is very conscientious and willingto serve. It is kept clean and BP Gas is superior to other brands they have 93 Octane and non-oxy gas as well,so we go here when we are in the area.

I fuel here almost exclusively. Usually, it's the same guy when I go, and he is super friendly. He remembers me every time I go. People complain about the car wash, but it's a car wash at a gas station. What do you expect for a $5 wash. Do it yourself or go pay $20 for a slap and scratch wash.

Maybe don't use debit cards at their pumps. Bank declined my purchase and told me there were "issues" at this location.

Not a good place. Unfriendly staff, terrible location. If you use car wash, don't try to pay at the wash, it's broken for good. Car wash is falling apart. Dryer in car wash only dries 1/2 of your car. Pay at the pump or prepay only. This store feels likes its in the middle if the ghetto when in reality. Its just in Richfield.

Friendly staff! I think the carwash is great for the value. Just fill up and buy it from the pump for a discount. Yeah the dryer barely works but everything else about it is great.

Apparently only one person works at a time cause when they are helping someone with the car wash they lock the store. I went some where else after that.

one of the locations around here for a bp gas stations did not have any signs showing Minneapolis-filtered tap water from the faucet cost anything to use. I was yelled at without any explanation while heading out by a guy with creepy spiky hair guy fieri style. He said it was like 50 cents a cup so I put down a dollar on the counter and left. I did not feel comfortable properly finishing the transaction. In hindsight I should have made him properly ring me up in case he was lying, but I was much younger and naive and he was probably taking advantage of that to intimidate me. I will never go to this gas station again.

The pumps are really old and don't except debit cards so you have to go in and pay for gas. The inside is extremely small and barely sell any beverages.

I have had few problems in the 20 years that I’ve been going there, I tell the owner right away. There is a new car wash and it works great! I have been shown only respect. When I have difficulty they will explain and one time the guy came out to help me. They also have a punch card for the car wash based on gas purchase, if you haven’t already just paid for a wash at the pump.

To the managers- bringing this to the manager‘s attention: this is the second time I’ve seen the same employee behind the counter. 1st time was normal, but today 1/30/26 shortly after 4:20pm -I went to THIS BP ON THE CORNER OF PENN to simply purchase something, I told the employee what I was interested in buying and he gave me an UNPROFESSIONAL attitude. Behaving as if I didn’t understand what he was saying. which I did 100%, but he just wasn’t having it. He was making all kinds of funny faces with an attitude behind the counter. Really a cringe experience. After that treatment, I chose to not give this place my business. Because of the employees unnecessary attitude, for whatever reason he was being unprofessional towards me, I don’t know if it was because of my race, but on my end, it was not about color of skin. he was a darker complexion guy, wearing a big gold cross necklace, wears heavy cologne, Guy is about 50 or a little bit older short dark hair, making all kinds of disgusted faces at me behind the counter, really cringey “customer service”. He could be more professional. Managers may want to address this behavior promptly - As he’s “representing BP company”, and it did not look good. He could learn to use the “active listening skills” that are a part of good customer service. The guy was quite Arrogant, and one could definitely notice he thinks he’s a big deal and I did not appreciate the unprofessionalism. He cost BP to lose money. I was having a fine day, until I walked in this location to make a purchase. Attention BP corporate, as a customer I did not expect to be treated like that. It was completely unnecessary and disgusting behavior to treat paying customer like that, to be honest. I walked out unsatisfied because the associate provided poor customer service and was arrogant and mostly because I was standing there just looking to purchase something and watching him make disgusted exaggerated faces behind the counter, corporate are You happy about this?
