One of the newer lady’s work had a very bad attitude and when she was starting to be rude with a tone in her voice I asked her if its been a ruff day she says yes it has and continued to be disrespectful as I have been coming here for 10-15 years never had a issue with anyone before she hands me my money back after I tell her I’ve never had a issue with anyone before an have been coming here for years then tells me go some where else if your employees can’t respect customers or know how to hold there attitude they shouldn’t be behind a register as I have known the owner for years he is very nice guy but the lady hired is terrible at customer service please do something about it!!!!!

The manager refused to even look at his video to see if a plate # could be read on a jeep that did a hit and run on a disabled woman. I was a regular customer there but that is no longer not at any bp. Glad your lazyness cost bp money.

This is my go to cedar rapids BP station the prices are usually cheaper and with the upside app I get a 10% discount on stuff inside the store as well as being able to use the BP app to get further discounts on gas

A quick place to gas up if you're in a hurry. they have cheap prices on everything inside the store their service is excellent. Parking can be a bit challenging but it's worth the wait.

The night time worker was very rude to my son that went to buy a couple 20oz drinks and a cup of Ice. My son went in the store with a debit card and was unable to find the drinks he was asked to get so he got the cup of ice and the worker told him In a very rude way “don’t forget to come in with a quarter next time” I went in after my son got the drinks and told the man that he made my son feel very uncomfortable the way he spoke to him and the man immediately tried to refuse my service. That is ridiculous I even offered for him to add the quarter On to my current purchase because a card was the form of payment not like we were trying to get out of paying for a cup of ice. We will never shop there again and to parents go in with your children because people should have respect for your child as if they would if you were standing there with them. Definitely a learning experience.

815 on a Saturday night and I was disrespected like I have never been disrespected by any customer service worker in my life. A foreign man… I wanna say Arabian but I have no idea so I'm not going to be ignorant. And told me he didn't care that I was a paying customer if I didn't shut my mouth about him hanging up in my face twice… because I was trying to call to see if my chips were in stock that I usually buy. Very unprofessional and needs to be fired
