Over priced!!!! Do not go here if you can help it. Today prices are $2.09 when a couple miles away prices are 20 cents cheaper! I filled up only a mile or so down the freeway for $1.89.

This corner gas station always seems a little homely, but they are usually friendly and talkative depending on whos working. Bbq truck in the lot usually helps me decide where i want to get gas

This was awful, place says when you look it up 24 hours, going there from 2 miles away from our hotel comfort suites at 10:30pm it was completely dark and closed. We're from Chicago, change your hours of operation!!!

Veteran owned and operated very interesting 24 cents a gallon higher than everyone else 1 mile down the road 3.43 and 3.49 thanks I supported your Station by buying 2 gallons to get to the next one

Beware of this Gas Station. You will typically pay over 17 cents more per gallon than the Citgo at Lilly and Appleton or the BP at 117th and Hampton. Also they are one of the few stations around to charge $ 1.75 surcharge on a purchased BP Gift Card. You will be paying a fee to use YOUR OWN MONEY. I have given them one star since they are clean, convenient and friendly enough, I just don't appreciate the price gouging.

The carwash bumped my rear tire because I wasn't forward far enough. Dave came out right away and helped reset the machine. He was great to work with and very respectful. I really appreciated his quick response.

I've been going to Menomonee Falls BP since it first opened. Today 05/20/2023 I paid $12.00 for the worst carwash I've ever had at this store. During the soap process it appeared that none was coming out. When into the store and was not offered a refund or rewash. I possibly will not go back again.

I've visited the store numerous times over the years, always parking right outside the door as I am handicapped. I stopped today and was rudely told not to park there but to park at a pump instead. I informed her that I had a displayed handicap tag and could park pretty much straight anywhere according to ADA guidelines. I was then told that I was creating a traffic jam which really wasn't possible due to the size of the lot, and it's better to block the pump? If I was able to walk from the parking off to the side of the lot I would, but I felt really disrespected as a handicapped individual. In addition, after all this she never said another word, no thank you, no nothing. As a posted veteran owned business I guess I expected them to be disability friendly. I was wrong.

On several occasions the card readers will take the card lock it in and not register it until you jiggle it around. I got scared my card got stuck. They need to fix this or at least offer an alternative of tap pay so I don’t have to mess with the pump to get my card back.

I rarely if ever, leave a review for a gas station but I feel it is very important to do so for this location. We came in a few days ago-on 12/26/22, and there was a young man working. The customer care experience is a welcome change from so many places these days. The young man was kind, helpful, gracious. That experience has captured us to make this our new location. Today (12/28/22) we came back in need of a car wash and air for our tires. The young lady working the counter today was just as gracious and more! Very kind, courteous, helpful, and informative. Thank you thank you for the gracious customer service you provide to your customers! We are so happy to make this our new spot!

The Car wash is awful. When I go there I always get a pump that the cc machine is broken. The owner said the car wash is working fine. But it does not wash or add soap like it used too. Avoid the car wash until it is update.

Staff knows that their car wash is down, yet continues to sell car wash codes, lets people use their codes, and then (when their cars are left soapy because the car wash doesn’t work) tells customers that car washes aren’t refundable. They refuse to put out signs.

I’ve been a long-time customer of this station since it’s right by my home. On 12/7 I pulled up to pump gas and noticed the price on the pump didn’t match the price on the main sign. The sign showed 2.59, but the pump showed 2.69. I went inside before pumping to let the attendant know and asked if it could be corrected. She said no and told me the manager must have forgotten. I then asked if she could at least confirm I’d be charged the posted price, since the mismatch felt like false advertising. She again said no and told me to go to another station. Being brushed off like that, with zero effort to help, was really disappointing. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere whenever I can.
