I would give this 0 stars if I could.The “touches” carwash hit the back of my car and left a sizable dent. I went into to talk to the manager and instead of apologizing she immediately assigned blame to me and was extremely rude. The manager is probably going to respond and say that there are signs that say there are that say no bike racks but that is just an excuse because she can not own up to the cheaply make carwash. Just go another half mile to the next car wash, it’s not worth it.(there were obvious damage to the vehicle)

*DO NOT GO TO BLUE WAVE AUTO SPA* I rarely complain about any service, even if it is shotty, but I'm so angry after my experience today. I just picked up my SUV that I paid over 300.00 to have the executive detail. They had my vehicle for over 7 hours and I had to go outside with paper towels from their bathroom before leaving, in attempt to clean the areas that weren't even touched!!! The man that charged me came out with a rag and spray bottle to help me. He said several times, "I'll get it, you shouldn't have to clean it." No kidding!!! The ceiling interior literally wipes clean with a damp cloth, but obviously NOT touched and was filthy. ALL 4 of the doors, door handles, back hatch, jambs, steering wheel, grab bars, visors, center console, UNTOUCHED! If I had money and time to throw away, I wouldn't have cared so much, but I work very hard for what I have. Keeping my composure, I politely asked to be removed from the 6 month call list (to remind customers to continue service). The man grabs a business card from the front and says to me "If you come back in 6 months and pay for another detail, I'll throw in a free oil change." What kind of idiot would pay AGAIN for full priced, poor service, and then let you start to mess with the mechanical aspects of the car? You must be huffing the goopy gobs of leather conditioner that is sloped all over the seats. I'm done! At least they offered something, I guess, but what a joke! I will give credit where credit is due, the exterior of the vehicle looks nice, but I will NEVER go back there again.

I went through the car wash and it didn't work properly. I called the next day and spoke to Mark who was very nice. He apologized and offered me an upgraded wash. He even sprayed it down first! Great service and friendly staff.

I had my Scion's windows tinted 2 years ago, 5% tint all around. It's still in near perfect condition, just a few crinkles on the very edge of the front windows but can only be seen when the window is down. My brother also had his windows tinted on his BMW a year ago. The only bad thing was when i picked the car up, the doors were greasy from the soap solution they used which wasn't a big deal at all. Overall good experience, and worth all of the tickets i get for limo tint.

This is the only place I will go for my self-serve wash. No other car wash in the Pgh area has done the job that Blue Wave did. You can go anytime, it’s economical and it keeps the dirt and grime off your whole car. I went here after the WetGo experience where most of the jets failed to even reach my car.

Needed to get our car detailed for a wedding and they got us in quickly and were able to offer us services within our budget. And honestly the car looks fantastic - way cleaner than we thought they would be able to get it. So impressed and I know we'll use them again.

I don't have anything negative to say about my experience with Blue Wave. I took my car to get the windows tinted, and the interior and exterior detailed. They did a great job, and the prices were reasonable. Will return for a detailing every 6 months!

This review is based on the auto-wash, not the detailing or other services. There are significantly better auto wash locations, including one just up the road. The wash didn't get my car anywhere close to being clean The water pressure is laughably low, there's no presoak, just the underbody wash on the way in (which left actual dirt still stuck to the lower trim of my car). They put soap directly on the car and then rinse it off. Nothing even remotely "high pressure", and the absolute bare minimum of passes (1 to rinse off the soap, and then a very light rinse for some reason). The dryers are the kind that you have to creep through and time yourself. They're honestly the best part of the carwash, and even then they're still the old kind... I inspected the car after the wash and not one panel was actually clean - I could lightly drag my finger across all of them and draw a line in the dirt that was left over. Skip this wash, it's not worth it.

Took my car here to get an interior and exterior detail. I had a hard water stain on my car for months that I couldn't get off, and there was also a spot of white paint where another driver scraped my car. Both spots are gone! My car is so shiny and clean. I definitely recommend this place!!!

I am really surprised at the ratings given by other people about Blue Wave auto spa! I have taken my vehicle to them several times, I have been other places many times and I have found going to other places they seem to sabotage my vehicle rather than fix it! Ever since I've been taking it to Blue Wave I have not had that problem nor have I paid outrageous prices and they asked plenty of questions to get to the detail they don't just go to the vehicle and start from there they listen to the customer. I am very very pleased and for as long as I own a vehicle and blue Wave auto spa is open that's where I will go! From the front desk to the garage nothing but positive experience! Thank you for listening and taking care of my vehicle as well as me!

I dropped my Camry off to get the full interior detail service. The interior was completely covered in some kind of greasy armor all of some kind. They did not clean anything, just sprayed everything with this liquid that left drip marks on the bottom of the side panels. When I put my seat back I could still see all the dirt between the cushions as well as beside the arm rests. They also did not clean anything over head either by my sun visors or sunroof. For a service that costs $130 I am very disappointed. Would not go back.

I used the touchless automatic car wash and it ranks up there as one of the worst. There was barely any prewash, absolutely no triple foam, and the rinse equipment didn't even travel to the driver side of the car. This was my first time at this car wash and definitely my last. Now I understand why there were no cars in line on this 50 degree day in February in Pittsburgh. Complete rip off.

Became the "designated driver" for a group, and would have been embarrassed to do so with the condition of my Hyundai Santa Fe. I don't mind the grandkids' fries or last summer's beach sand, but my pride prefers not to share the "memories" with travel companions. So last minute I got in touch with Blue Wave. Not only did they get my vehicle in the same day, they worked past closing to complete the detail. It's beautifully cleaned inside & out, it smells great, and they went over & beyond to accommodate me. I'm SO pleased. Great job! Thank you. Highly recommend!

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE DO NOT COME HERE. Used the touchless premium wash, left soap on my vehicle on a cold day. Had to immediately remove the soap and dry the vehicle, thank god i had a lot of micro fiber towels. Then the change machine proceeded to rob me. Put in the 5 golden dollars I got back as change from using the wash and nothing came out. Couldn't even use the vacuum since the change machine robbed me and I had no quarters. Absolutely ridiculous anyone would review this place positively...the experience was horrible.

I recently had my Yukon Denali detailed at Blue Wave. They did an amazing job! They accommodated my schedule, were very professional and even called me the next day to make sure I was happy with the service. They detailed the inside of the vehicle and washed and waxed the outside also. It looked so good I couldn't wait to drive it around and show it off! I am very particular about my vehicle and keep it very clean. But it looked ten times better when they were done with it! I would recommend Blue Wave and will definitely use them again.

4 star only because they show the price for ultimate wash is $10 and it charges you $15. NEED TO UPDATE PRICING ACCORDINGLY or that’s considering false advertising and taking peoples money.

False advertising, car wash is NOT 24/7. I was looking for a car wash, the first place I tried had a line over 30 minutes long. This place is advertised as a 24/7 car wash, even on their own website, but when I showed up (~9am on a Saturday) it looked like the lot hadn't been plowed in many days, and both car washes were closed with cones in front of them!

Had my work car tinted there to hide inventory that sits in plain sight and they did a great job! I wish I had asked what type of tinting film they used, maybe they can respond on here and let me know? Got all windows tinted on an Outback for $350, which is VERY reasonable considering it has 11+ windows! Lady I spoke to that gave me a quote over the phone was amazing!!! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and followed up perfectly!! The tinting guy met with me quick to go over the car and what I wanted when I dropped it off, he was very friendly and seemed like he knew what he was doing! Guy there late when I went to pick the car up was neither great nor terrible, but i only dealt with him to pay 2 minutes before they were closing. After 2 weeks, the tint is still flawless with perfect edges and NO BUBBLES!!! Would definitely bring my personal car in for tinting based on the job done, would confirm the type of tinting film used before I did though (dye, metallic, ceramic?). Thanks for all the help, if Blue Wave reads this, please let me know what type of tinting film you think I may have gotten, just curious now.

I was coming here pretty regularly since it’s close to my home, but they keep upping the price. The last time I chose the button for the lowest priced car wash, which said $10, I was charged $15. Nope, that’s it for me.
