Have you ever chosen not to valet park at an event because of what the inside of your car looks like? The inside of mine generally looks like the inside of a kitchen junk drawer with a few stale french fries thrown in for good measure (thanks, kids). Today I decided to treat myself to the new interior detail at Blue Rain Express 280. In 20 minutes, Richard and his lovely team have my car looking and smelling like I’m driving off the lot for the first time. I could not be happier with the results and highly recommend them. #princesstreatment

Very attentive with the prep before the wash and after at the vacuums. They made sure everything was ok, asked regularly if I needed anything, and assisted me when needed. Heard something beating against my passenger side windows and ended up with scratches. Notified someone and they said they would look into it. Caution if you have a newer vehicle and care about scratches that are difficult to have removed!

Just left 12:59pm 9/10/2025. Gentleman at car wash entrance was helpful and nice. Gentleman at the tunnel entrance with his Air Pods in didn’t say a word. Put down his phone and walked up to my car and started scrubbing. He then waved me in with one hand while looking away but tbh I had no clue what to do. I was kind scared for my car for a second. Maybe have clearer instructions.

It’s now $12 for a basic wash. The employees dip brushes in dirty water and then scrub parts of your car with them. The car wash is very basic and does not remove a lot of the dirt from the paint. The tire shine is a total joke and squirts a couple spots on the tires and that’s it. If you want your paint to show scratch marks that will require buffing to remove, this is a great place to go. Also, the vacuums don’t have enough suction.

My first visit but definitely not my last! I am so impressed with the customer service and it was only $20 to have them clean the interior. My car was so dirty and now it looks like new! That did a FANTASTIC job! I will be back to buy a membership to keep the cleanliness up! Thank y'all so much!

Manager there today on 11/23/25 was so rude. I am a member have been for months and months, go through the scanner it doesn't work today. Pop up on screen says it needs my debit card again! I feel like it does this every time to rescan my debit card! Although it sure takes it out every month!!!!! She was extremely rude and went as far to call out the other manager, Richard, saying he must have done his job bc there was no reason why it should be asking for my card again. UNPROFESSIONAL! Whomever owns this place, you need to get rid of her asap! Couldn’t believe her behavior!

A modern updated car wash. New equipment, including a easy way to pull your car into the wash tunnel. No more trying to align your tires into the 2 metal bars. This location has vacuum, window cleaner and towels. The attendant did a pre wash cleaning with the brush.

Too bad I can’t give 10 star…. Absolutely AMAZING service! The staff were super friendly and made me feel VERY welcome from the moment I arrived. My car looks spotless inside and out and it smells amazing too! They paid attention to every detail and finished quickly without cutting corners. Highly recommend this place. I wanted to share how great Blue Rain car wash is. It is located immediately off Hwy 280 on Hwy 119 near the Tattersall shopping area in Birmingham . They have different price wash clubs where you can wash your car every 24 hours if you want for the one price. They are currently running a special where any wash club is $9.99 each month for three months and then reverts to regular club price, but you can cancel any time. They have started doing the interior of cars also for $15 or $20 depending on the chosen club. I have paid hundreds of dollars for detailing that was not as good as what Blue Rain did today. They got all the dog hair stuck in my seats, shined the tires, cleaned all windows, all the interior and vacuumed. I was amazed how great my car looked. So for $25 I got a detailed car!! I highly recommend this place. The attendants were all professional, friendly and helpful. Update: My sister drove from Alexander City to the Hoover location to get her car washed and interior done after hearing about the outstanding service on my car. Blue Rain came through once again with superb customer service and results. There was a medical emergency that occurred while we were there. That situation was handled quickly and professionally. My sister and I never felt unattended. Richard, in particular, was kind and patient while tending to so many details.

I sort of hate to let this out into the world because it was a pretty good secret until now. I took my truck to get washed Saturday morning and accidentally hit the interior cleaning button on the touchscreen. It was only $15 so I just let it slide. Richard and another guy did such a great job on my truck. I will never call a mobile detailer again. I spent $50 total and my truck looks better than all the times I spent $200 or $300 having someone come to my house to detail my truck. And while they were detailing my truck, I remembered that I was supposed to have my daughter at school. They let me run her to school and come back and they finished the job and they did a fantastic job. Cannot recommend them more highly

My tacoma looked great after my Monsoon wash. The guys did an excellent job pre-scrubbing the tuck and it came through the wash wonderfully. The vacuums are excellent with two different nozels to help clean the interior.
