What a great experience! Old Southern fashioned customer service! Greet you with a smile and treat you like a friend! My daughter scratched the entire front right end of the car going into the garage. The owner, Anthony, got Porter to buff it right out! Like magic, it looks brand new. I'm definitely a new member!😊

Paid $60 for full service and got the worst exterior detail ive ever received from a car wash company. They did not even finish detailing the inside. I will not be back.

Worst car wash ever. The kid could care less hitting spots with his brush. A customer service lesson might help or someone who cares. I know you dont care but I want be back to hoover car wash. Other great car washes to spend my money.!!

Anthony’s for the money is not worth it. I remember growing up Vestavia and Anthony’s was the place to go for your car needs. They would make your car look beautiful then came the automated make money make money make money just went through the one for 25 bucks in HOOVER by Oak Grove and it was horrible half the brushes were not working correctly the attendant half ass clean my window and the tire shine was only half of the tire. What kind of crap is that? Remember, who I am? I know you Anthony , it should not always be about the money.

Gm I paid for a Full Service on May 16 @6 o’clock It was $60 wash, I tip $20 and walked off to stars bucks like I always do !! Guys finished up wave me back over to drive off ! I was ok with the exterior but this morning putting my Luggage in travel out state . Too find the Interior wasn’t touched!!

I paid $35 dollars and my truck still has dirt on the outside. My windows look like they haven’t been touched. I am very unhappy about my first experience here.

The location near the mall is much better. I'm a membership participant and I visit weekly (sometime twice a week) customer full service and the over all quality of service is much better at the location near the mall.

When you pay for a top of the line full service wash, you expect the cargo space of the SUV to be vacuumed. This was not the case, and attention to detail was very lacking the last couple of times I’ve been to this location. The girl inside was basically asleep to get change to tip the guys outside. Just all in all a pretty unprofessional experience for the price paid. I don’t believe I’ll be back to this one.

Expensive car wash but not well maintained machinery gets a pretty lackluster clean. I purchased the top of the line for my car and it looks like I left it out in the rain. It's been going downhill slowly; most of the time the free vacuums aren't working and there's not really an employee around to help much. The carpet washer/dryer doesn't work. It saturates your carpets with no ways to get them dry again. Felt like a waste of money 😞

This is a HORRIBLE car wash. Half of the brushes/mechanisms in the tunnel do not spin/turn/work at all. They do not compensate for this by reducing the prices, but rather they have INCREASED the prices. There is ONE singular detailer that makes up for what the wash lacks. Terry. If it were not for him, I would have stopped coming years ago. This car wash is nothing short of shameful. I would be humiliated to acknowledge that I owned and or managed this business.

It was my first time visiting this car wash, and I am not satisfied with the service they provided. I paid for a complete service, but it didn't take long to "clean" my car, I tipped the employee and left in a hurry without checking well what they did. Once I had the time to check my car, I noticed they just vacuumed the carpets inside, cleaned the windows, and wiped here and there. A candy wrap was still in the driver's doors, which meant they didn't clean there. The outside mirrors still have bugs stuck there. They never opened the trunk to clean there either. There's a lack of detail overall. It's not worth the money for a poor job.

I truly believe that after 2pm they all stop working. 😆 Man I used to love that place. Go early in the morning when they feel up to taking your hard earned money 💰 I find crumbs in my seat, paper. To all those who work at Anthony's Full Service Express who don't like their jobs, we agree with your sentiment 😆 🤣 😂 we dont like your work...

I chose to get the subscription due to the price of just one wash, which is working out ok. Most of the time I leave satisfied, but depending on the person washing at the beginning, you will get what you pay for or a quick brush on your front and back windshield. For the cost that shouldn’t be the case.

Have been coming here for years and was pleasantly surprised to see everything has been updated and is brand new! Ava assisted me with selecting my car wash and was very kind and personable. When i had a question about the mat cleaners (they have a different kind now), Daniel explained the new system and then insisted he do it for me! Very impressed with the new set up and staff! Will be coming back!

I purchased the $45 wash. 3 young men “cleaned” the interior. I should’ve inspected before I drove off, but did not. I genuinely don’t know what they were doing for the 15 minutes they had my vehicle. I think the interior was vacuumed, but not well. The back storage compartment was not touched, as you can see in the pictures. I ended up having to clean the interior of my car myself after paying $45 plus tip for someone else to do it. Who is managing this place and the employees? Perhaps another training session is needed.

I loved this carwash and the cleaning service offered. I even purchased a memebership and became a loyal customer. However, when I had my car cleaned yesterday with a full service I had an unpleasant experience. I have a push to start vehichle and left with my button missing off of my car. This button is not easily removable, but I was told by management how reliable my car is and that the button that has been on the car for YEARS might've just fallen off by mistake due to manufacturing reasons or age. I can say for sure that the push to start key was lost at this establishment and the people who cleaned my car are likely not being honest about what happened. I do not like feeling insane... I know my button was present when I left the vehichle with staff and I know it was missing when I tried to turn my car off once I arrived at home. Management informed me that they can not help me because they trust and know the workers personally, and they would be honest if something happend. I was also informed that because my car is over 7 years old they are not responsible for issues with my vehicle- like this one. This was 100% preventable if I did not go to the carwash yesterday. I will not be returning because I was not respected enough to be shown the security phootage- the phootage that everyone watched except for me, that apparently shows how my car was only wiped with a towel.. When everyone knows that staff does more than wipe the car down with a towel. I was told yesterday that the staff that serviced me were new employees so they do not know any better... management stated they are not new. I watched one of the workers handle my vehichle and they clearly do not all have the same knowledge about cars that they should have to be providing cleaning services and moving cars. DO NOT TRUST these people to start and move your vehicle because staff is not being trained properly. I always tip because it is hard work to stand outside and vaccum cars all day. I tipped twenty dollars yesterday...You all lost my push button start and are not being honest about it. Also, looking at some of the reviews I see that I am not alone in poor customer service. Maybe I would have kept my membership if management did not account for the employees integrity, because you just do not know a persons true intenetions until they show you what they are capable of. I do not care how long you have known someone. I thought I found a great carwash...

Great car wash. The employees are helpful, and do a great job with suggestions and helping you decide which package best suits your needs. They work hard to keep customers happy. This visit I was not able to go through the automatic wash, due to the tires on my husbands truck being too massive. I would have actually fit but would have risked tearing up their equipment or his tires. The staff was kind enough to come out to the auto kiosk while I was paying and help me make an informed decision. I got a good interior clean up and it looked much better. Unfortunately the staff forgot to put back a container with my husbands hitch,and ball and several ratchet straps of various sizes and I was in panic mode the next day when I realized it. The staff promptly returned my phone calls. Each person I had tried to contact and/or left messages for during non-business hours, immediately called me back as soon as they got to work. They were accommodating and made every effort possible to see that I got the stuff back exactly in the condition it was left in. I live over an hour away. My dad was actually able to swing by and grab it while he was near the city where the car wash is located, so that worked out well. I stayed in contact with the managers and staff and we now have everything back in his truck, it’s still nice and clean and they offered my dad a free exterior wash for his trouble. He declined, as he was in a rush, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. I had a great experience overall. It was unfortunate they forgot to put the personals back in, but it ended well and for that I’m grateful. If I’m ever in the area again I will certainly take my truck for an exterior wash and an interior clean up. They also have little items you can shop while waiting. I frequented this wash years ago when I lived and worked in the area and I’ve never had to wait long for services. Great experience. Good prices. Check them out!

While the place is now showing its age, the prices are reasonable for a wash subscription, the employees are friendly and do a great job, and despite the occasional technical issue with the scanner access, the manager Cam is absolutely outstanding in terms of the high level or responsiveness and quality customer service and follow through he provides to resolve an issue on the rare occasion something arises. Would highly recommend this local car wash and would only expect it to improve when it undergoes its upcoming remodel.
