I have been there like in 10 minutes ago the worst experience ever I washed my car with triple phone, and the collar was like just all over my car and it didn’t come off after like 10 minute washing my car, steal the colors on my car and I have the worst experience ever in the Car Wash like this

the advertised three-color foam spat foam like soap bubbles in two garages, I didn't get any pressure or proper car wash, I threw money down the drain, I don't recommend it

Machine dispenses token but the car wash machines don't work. All four of the stalls don't work I called the phone number and got a busy signal forever. Don't go here! It's a scam. I'm out $5.

I put $3 in the vacuum machine. I realized it was quarters after and it there's no coin return button. And it only accepted tokenso I got three dollars in tokens I put them in the vacuum as accepted.2 of them suspected no kept the third one.So I got another token for a dollar.But that didn't do the same thing.Seven dollars and never get to vacuum. Now I go on here and read. All the reviewspace is a scam. And when I pulled out there was a green minivan here he was working around the premises. He seen i have trouble with the vacuum and he just took off right past me And his green minivan...

No phone number. No website. Unable to contact anyone about this business. I was excited to try this location out. I have washed my cars there in the past, before the remodel. I put in a $5 bill and got my 5 tokens and deposited them into the machine. It only registered 4 and would not return them. So I had to buy a 6th token to start the machine. I started to spray and suds up my car and the machine shut down. I had no more money (and only planned on $5), so I had to drive home covered in soap. I rinsed it off at home, but now my car is covered with streaks and stains. Now I have to go to a regular carwash to undo the mess. I should have gone to Q.Q. in the first place. So disappointed!!!

Hi , I have lost my passport at your car wash today, around noon, I saw it at my camera later on , I was calling numerous times but phone doesn’t work, I can’t find there nobody to ask even , may be you have cameras there guys, I am so upset. This place is a complete turn around than what it was last year!! All brand new equipment and an iron fence around the perimeter to keep the homeless away! All stalls work with new nozzles and everything! Love it! Going to bring all the cars here

My boyfriend and I wanted to come here to wash my truck a few days ago. We thought it was a great deal because the signs around implied it would be $5 for a 30-minute increment. We did the first $5 and the machine shut down after 15-minutes.. however, even with this price, we thought it was still better than most washes. We ended up finishing in just under 45-minutes. (everytime the machine shut off, we paid another $5). I thought i paid a total of $15 and It was a good experience until today when my card got charged a total of $43… seems that the pricing is about a dollar a minute.. which would be great if you could get any car clean in under 10 minutes.. but it’s almost impossible.. the signage around gives the wrong pricing, and it doesn’t make sense. just wanted to warn anyone about this wash. also, it is very weird that they do not have a website, number, etc.. there is no way to contact them or get ahold of a customer service member in any way. incidentally, their yelp page is even unclaimed.. very weird.

You guys charged me $30 and I did it my self?!!!!!! Way too expensive and a big time RIP OFF!!! $30 for what???? There was no additional pricing per minute and I didn’t even use it for that long!!! What the hell is wrong with you people! I’d rather go to a car wash that won’t surprise charge me! Big time rip off! Thieves.

Was charged 25$ when the machine says $5 definitely will be disputing this. I need a refund! I chose self service because I’m a single parent who can’t afford much! Was totally ripped off. Don’t recommend this place at all!

Tried to go here instead of a automated car wash down the street. Parked in the first bay. Water was coming from the top but refused to come out of the pressure washer. Waste of time and money. This is a newly remodeled location as well.

I've been to this place before the remodel as well as all the other self serve car washes in the area. The Now that it's been renovated, this is by far the best self service car wash in the area. The amount of products you can choose from is more than any other self service. The best part is that when you move the selector switch, you almost instantly get the product you selected (ie tire cleaner almost instantly comes out). This place has a true spot free rinse also which is rare to find. The vacuums are extremely strong. I only gave it a four-star because of the price. I do believe it does put a temp hold on your card when you swipe so the price you see pop up does not reflect what you get charged. It does seem a little expensive. I've had no bad experiences And I will continue to go here. I also wish it was open a little bit later. I prefer to wash vehicles later at night when it's cooler and there's not so many people out but that's just my preference. The lot is very well lit and there are tons of security cameras around.

Of course I picked the vacuum that didn't work. Attempted to call the number, and text, no response. Clearly this place is just a rip off. Since when does a self car wash not stop after a certain time? Trying to figure out how to stop it is inconvenient. No car wash has ever had this many bad reviews, wish I checked them 1st.

The car wash seemed to be in great shape, and if the stall I went to all attachments worked perfectly. Just make sure you have one extra token in case you need extra time, cuz if you run out of time. I just didn't think I had so remember to get one extra token
