★★☆☆☆ Very displeased with my visit this time. Called out 3 times saying my truck was ready and each time right away, I saw many very obvious misses. First time I've gotten such bad service at a BB. I've shown a few things that anybody could have missed in the past, however the photos (not showing well) is after having enough and leaving.

★★★★★ These guys did a really great job on my truck. I came in Monday around 12am and I was just really impressed with the job they did. Corey was the lead and it was really cool the way the was shouting out his cadence and the guys responded. I couldn't find a single thing missed on my whole truck. Great group here and I'ma definitely keep visiting this location when I come through Jackson. Appreciate the quality and ownership of your work men. Thank you

★☆☆☆☆ Most of the time this place is awesome but tonight Jacoby shook is what the lady inside said his name was he ask me when I went in what I wanted I said truck and trailer cleaned good he said brush trailer I said yes Dupre will pay for it all he went outside mind you there was 6 trucks and trailers next door at the truck wash and not one truck at blue beacon and he sprayed chemical on truck and trailer and rinse it off and said that was good and when I showed him all the grime still on the trailer that I wiped off with my hand go look at camera ,he said that won't come off that's a waste of my time I told him they always brush the tank when I come in he said that's another charge for brushing I said OK I won't it clean he went in office and told lady to charge me for that which I thought I was already getting and brushed a few spots on tank and quit I went around to the other side the other two guys were working hard doing it correct and he said rinse it off that's good and turned on overhead sprayer and soaked us and then told me to pull outside and go to office to pay extra charge I guess he doesn't want work good business just bad employee I just thought management should know have a good day
