I have been to this location 2x. My company pays for a wash, in-frame, motor, and brightener. Well, they don't do the "in-frame" and mirrors as well as Kansas City, Joplin, Oak Grove MO, and Sioux Falls SD. I assumed this location would have the same standards as the others, but they screwed me again. So, drivers, look at your truck before you pull out, don't take this location for granted cause their nothing like the other ones.

Another blue beacon another 3+ hour wait. Every location should’ve had washout only lanes a decade ago. That’s all I need and I’m forced to wait for hours and hours and hours to get a basic task done because my pickup is nearby, requires a receipt, and this is the only place In the area for washouts. This company does not care about the drivers time and clock that is actively counting down while I sit here with my thumb up my rear.

It's the average streakin' Beacon. Meaning it's a wash that's fairly quick and will cost more than it's really worth, but it's paid for by my employer, so it's not my money at stake. The body of the truck was fine and the trailer looked alright. Everything below looks about like what's in the pics.

If you see something that you don’t think is right, let them know. They will correct it Good People.

Brought my truck for wash and very disappointed how they did unprofessional job. This is not how blue beacon does their job. 1st I requested conversational wash for both tractor and trailer, engine wash and rainx on the tractor. When they called to say truck is done i realized they did not do engine was and the gentleman says am the one who is supposedto open the hood before going in to pay and so if i still need engine wash i need to pay $11. Job done pulled the truck to parking and surprisingly very many mistakes. 1 close to exhaust wasn't cleaned at all 2. Truck chasis between the tractor and trailer not washed. 3. Underneath reefer unit not washed. 4. Right hand side steer wheel not washed. My question is when we pay for truck wash do we have to physically open the hood? Do we normally pay extra money for engine wash?

I come here 2 to 4 times per month for tractor and trailer wash, they do a decent job but I can't stand the shady tactics they use to try to charge you more money for upgrades I didn't ask for. Incredibly unprofessional and out of line. Gonna find somewhere else to go. They also get an attitude when you don't buy their overpriced extra wash services. Can't stand these people!!!

Who is in the left-hand stall they supervisor did a really good job at all the small detail on my truck. I was impressed for the first time at blue Peak and doing such a good job. I always get the rain next this time I skipped on it, but they did a really awesome job. Thank you guys

In the past I have had pretty good luck with the truck and livestock trailer washed I've gotten but...last night was not a good experience. There were several missed spots on the truck and I have to get it washed again somewhere else to have it look decent. The manager was pushing the workers way faster than I've seen before and it made all the difference in the quality of work. The side that I couldn't see (passenger) while they were working on it had an entire panel that wasn't even touched. I'll try to find a better place to use in the future to spend my $189.71.

Customer service is friendly, but the actual service is amateur. Not worth the money they charge. All those powerful hoses and sprayers they have? smh? I stated that there was still mud on the tractor and they said they weren’t done and that they would be spraying it off on my way out. Lol Won’t be falling for that again.

Courteous professional staff , does a great job on trailer washouts , and tractor trailer ! I think y'all should have some sort of coupons like a card with 1-10 on it and every time we use your services you stamp the card with a unique stamp and after 10 stamps we get a free wash. Might attract some more loyal customers. Just an idea ! I appreciate y'all ! 🙌🏼

Don't go this place unless you want to waste your money they don't wash your truck properly and they don't have professional customer service. I paid $75 dollars for truck wash they told me they cannot wash the truck frame and the wheels, because it isn't not including with the truck body wash.🤣🤣🤣 I have been 5 years customer with blue beacon. I have been a lot of places. They never changed me for frame. The only thing they don't wash wheel. But this place a joke 👎 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Paid $133.30 for a full wash at Blue Beacon, and honestly, it wasn’t worth anywhere near that. After they finished, I walked around the truck and immediately saw areas that were still dirty — fenders, fairings, and panels with obvious grime and streaks left behind. Even the wheels looked like they barely got attention. For a place that’s supposed to specialize in cleaning commercial trucks, the results felt rushed and careless. When you’re paying over a hundred dollars, you expect at least the basics to be done right. Instead, I left feeling like I needed to wash half the truck myself. Definitely one of the most disappointing washes I’ve had.
