I have been a member of this car wash for years and it is always top notch. My car comes out sparkling clean and shiny. Their vacuum area is well laid out with space for many vehicles to be in use at one time. Their drying towels are always stocked, and the vac area is always kept tidy. I feel the membership is a great value. People are always complimenting me on my clean car.

This is a nice convenient car wash with modern wash equipment that pulls your vehicle forward through the wash. I did the $15 brush wash in order to get an under carriage wash to clean the road salt off. It took 1-2 minutes to go through. The wash did pretty well, leaving a light layer of dirt on the back of my vehicle. The dryer got my car about 80 percent dry but left droplets covering most of my car including all of my windows which is a bit disappointing for the price. There is a huge parking/self detailing area with vacuums available upon exiting the car wash, however I didn't use it since it was below freezing when I went through the wash.

Always preferred self service car wash. But out all of the car washes I’ve been to this is the BEST car wash! Highly Recommend! There equipment work great! There vacuums always running, air pressure is provided to get all that debris out the edges. AND provide towels!

My family is in the car wash business (no connection to Blu water), and I can say this is the best express wash in the area by far. It’s locally owner, not PE owned like most of the other washes. Equipment is maintained extremely well and site is super clean. I recommend it to all my friends who live in the crofton area. I actually have a membership for my wife’s car because it’s more convenient to take her car here vs. me driving it to our family’s wash in Glen Burnie.

On June 19th, 2025, I visited this car wash. The owner of this establishment made a very racist comment towards my husband and I in regards to our membership. Additionally he demanded we get our car washed elsewhere. Horrible experience, stay away. There are 3 other car washes on Route 3 that offer the same services.

While it has tons of space, it's lacking in some key options. No place to get item to clean car, like a vending machine. The hose only has the nozzle attachment which does not make it easy to vacuum mats. No towel upgrade. I opted for the top of the line with the additional wax option when I put over the side to start cleaning up my car and vacuuming I noticed my back windshield was filled with spots from the car wash which was really disappointing. Not that great for price, room for improvement.

Good concept, but pricey. Could use some improvements, such as vacuums. There were no towels because of the snow. But in retrospect, I could have gotten full service for a just at tad bit more elsewhere

Love BluWater!! Recently started going pretty often as I volunteer at the local animal shelter, and my car has seen some…dog love haha. Today an older gentleman (possibly owner or manager) assisted me in figuring out the mat cleaners and was very kind, really appreciate the time and care! Most car washes don’t have a pressurized air spray to use, plus as long as it’s not full, you can take virtually as long as you need. Totally recommend for those who don’t have the money for expensive detailing but need to get into the nitty-gritty of car cleaning!

Really nice car wash! I live close by so it’s pretty convenient. I liked the wash, the air, vacuum and the moist towels! Got my car really clean for only $13. I took one star off because my front license plate got completely bent up in the wash. I would recommend making sure you remove your plates that only use two bolts! I don’t think it would a problem with a 4 bolt plate but my RAV4 only uses 2 due to bumper shape (it’s a 3rd gen). Next time I’ll make sure to remove it first, not a huge deal as I can flatten it back to shape but good to be mindful of if your front plate only uses top bolts. :)

Blue Water Car Wash is GREAT… & CLEAN! I went on 7/4 expecting it to be a REAL circus. It was not! Drove right up to the machine & paid, then drove around to enter the actual car wash. The stud who waived me into it was real chill! Shout out to her & her smile! Car wash was quick & painless. Hadn’t washed the Terrain in over a year, so it was an absolute mess. I had to do a bunch of wiping, BUT the car wash had great FREE amenities… blower, vacuum & ALL the towels I could use. Will certainly be going back! THANK YOU BWCW! See you again SOON!

I have used a lot of different car washes over the years and I have to say this is by far my favorite. It's clean, convenient, priced right and the equipment is always working. The staff is friendly and professional and I also find it easy to get in and out of the facility itself and most importantly, it does a great job at cleaning my vehicle. The do-it-yourself spots where you vacuum and wipe down your vehicle are always well maintained and clean. Definitely my favorite car wash! They also offer monthly memberships which are super convenient too.

This is hands down the absolute best drive through car wash in the whole DMV. Nothing compares, NOTHING!! All the other ones will leave your car scratches, still dirty, rims won't be clean etc. This one makes you question if it was cleaned by hand or not!! It even put tire shine on while you exit the wash. It's remarkable

I like the unlimited vacuum service. I also like the damp towel they provide to use for wiping your vehicle after going through the automated car wash. There are a few dirt in the back of my vehicle that the automated car wash didn’t remove but having the damp towel available to detail your vehicle is a plus for me.

I will be cancelling both of my memberships today after 3.5 years of paying money to this company faithfully. I traded in one of my suvs on Friday and my husband tried to transfer my old membership to my new vehicle. The manager and owner refused to do this even though I still have 17 days left in the month to use my old membership. They want me to pay for a new membership because each car has its own membership. If that is the case a policy should be written on their website stating this. The right thing would have been to credit me for the remaining days of the membership and I would have purchased the new one. The owner just told my husband to cancel his memberships which is sad since we have given them so much money. You lost good customers and we will be going back to Mister Car Wash. The membership page needs to be updated on the website so that customers can be informed about policy changes, restrictions, etc. If the owner does respond to my post, please make sure to include the policy in your response. Thank you

Minus 5 stars. Had a huge scratch from the car wash, owner pretty much could care less. Customers beware- I completely understand "entering at your own risk" ..but this was pretty significant, and certainly not there prior to going through. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place at all costs.

I came here once in March and left with a screw in my tire. Initially I was not inclined to leave a review as the car wash was good and the vacuums as well but after the way they treated my father, I no longer trust this business at all and will not be returning. EDIT: I apologize for my incorrect account of events! I have checked my credit card statements and I now have an accurate story. On Tuesday, January 21, 2025 I entered the Blu Water Car Wash and paid $19 for my wash. Upon leaving the physical car wash before driving to the vacuums, I immediately noticed my tire pressure was low, though it was not before. The tire pressure did not drop further until Sunday, 1/26 when I filled my tire with air for $2.75. The following day I went to Wilson Tire, across the street from the car wash, to get the hole patched. As previously stated, perhaps the screw isn't your fault, you can't control every variable of what occurs inside of the wash, hence why I did not leave a bad review 8 months ago. Disrespecting my father is another story and again, is why I no longer feel comfortable with this business. Thank you. EDIT 2: An employee CAME INTO our place of work and demanded to speak with my father to intimidate us into removing our reviews. He then mocked us for having "slow business" on our lunch break. I would've expected a phone call first or something. I'd like to say that we were wrong and remove the review but doubting my credibility AND harassing us is not improving my feelings towards Blu.

Normally I wouldn’t leave a review but today that young man hit a core. I paid $25 plus $5.00 because the machines was my car really good but today my car paused in the middle of my wash snd my car showed it when I pulled out. I walked back to the office and explain this to the young guy but he proceeded to say the car wash can I clean everything you have bugs on the front of your car but that wasn’t my main focus my car was dirty all around from front to back and all I asked him was let me take it back through the car wash because it pulls in the middle of my wash. instead, he wanted to proceed to tell me about other items that’s on the car which I am well aware that will not come off on a car wash what I’m talking about. It took me 20 minutes on one side of my car, wiping it myself until I noticed, I’m not doing that on the other side as well because it wasn’t washed. He replied to me. You’re just demanding another wash really I’m like look. I don’t have time to sit here and hear you explain why I have bugs on the front of my car which has nothing to do what I’m talking about. Normally this is a nice car wash. but by dealing with him today, if I come back again, it definitely would be basic. Why waste your money.

Don’t waste your time coming here. My vehicle paint was scratched. I will admit there were prior scratches but I had new scratches after coming here. The owner is incompetent and not resolution based. Denied all liability and refused to provide me with an incident report. Instead of trying to rectify the issue he felt the need to tell me about how this is a 2 million dollar tunnel and no one has ever reported scratches. I then pulled up reviews while on the phone with him and proceeded to read reviews aloud to him where people stated they left with their vehicles scratched. I would also like to add for this car wash tunnel to be so “expensive” it didn’t do the greatest job cleaning. Please see attachments as proof of incident since he likes to argue with customers who leave bad reviews. After making me wait for the “incident report” I requested Joey told the owner Matt Porter I refused to take it after he refused to make updates of the proper model of my vehicle. Matt then told me to go through my insurance and he will no longer “accommodate me” (there were never any accommodations).
