I’ve been coming here since at least 2011-2012. Sadly, the quality of service has been in steady decline. I brought my car on Saturday for a ‘Q-tip’ DETAILED cleaning. I drove over half an hour to get here because of my loyalty to this place. Upon arrival to pick up my car, I was disappointed to see that the clerk had to go outside to my parked car & retrieve my keys (security risk?). Then on my inspection, I found the seat backs had not been cleaned, meaning there were stains and dust left there. Also, the trunk had been vacuumed but the backs of the headrests were not cleaned (drool from my dog was still evident) nor was the back lift gate cleaned inside. Needless to say, I was disappointed. ☹️. As the owner expressed when booking my service, the prices are pretty much on trend for inflation. However, the service used to be impeccable! Guess I’ll have to find another vendor.

I've been getting my car detailed here for years. I took it today for an interior detailing, paid $255, and they neglected to do simple things like wipe down the rear view mirror and interior windows and windshield. My car was definitely very dirty so I didn't mind paying but I was expecting a clean car.

Today I went to the shop to get my car wash Which came with the wheel clean. I drove down the street to go through the grocery store to pick up some food and notice this atrocious wheel cleaning. I would never recommend this place to get your car clean and of you do decide to get it cleaned, please inspect your rim cleaning, because there is zero attention to detail in this part of the cleaning process

My second time taking my car thru the wash...I heard good things about this place...and I don't like the heavy brushes at most washes.... they were very careful with my car and the detailing work I can still see the shine 2 weeks later !!!!!! Great customer service 👏

The best car wash in Gambrills/Crofton area. I get my vehicles cleaned here all the time. They spend time on your vehicle and make sure its done right. Management is attentive and responsive and makes sure their customers are happy with the finished product.

Service is very much poor. Paid way too much for such a bad service and they got their priorities messed up. Might damage your vehicle throughout their cleaning process and damages occurs to the point the car can still be driven, they won’t have no urgency to repair the damages that they’ve caused. Would not recommend.

I brought my car in for detailing expecting professional care, but instead I left with new damage that was not there before. my vehicle was returned with visible damage to the paint on the outside of the screen that was not present prior to service. Once again, this is the kind of issue you do not expect from a professional detailing business that advertises attention to detail and care. What made the situation worse was the response when I addressed it. Instead of taking responsibility or even attempting to investigate the issue, the owner became dismissive, defensive, and rude. My concerns were brushed off, and I was made to feel as though the damage was somehow my fault rather than the result of improper handling during the detailing process. When similar problems happen more than once, it points to a pattern of carelessness and poor customer service, not an isolated mistake. Accidents can happen, but refusing to acknowledge them and treating customers disrespectfully is unacceptable. Because this is now a repeated issue, I cannot recommend this shop to anyone who values their vehicle or expects professionalism and accountability.

I have been a customer for 10 years, but unfortunately, the service has deteriorated to the point where I won’t be returning. During my last visit, I paid for the top car wash package, yet my car was returned with a very poor result. Meanwhile, several employees were standing around joking and laughing instead of working. If the owner cares about the business, there should be better supervision to ensure quality service.

Do not ever go to this place for any sort of car detailing. They damaged my car and the manager Steven told me it’s not a priority to fix it because to him it’s “driveable” which is completely unacceptable. I took my car here to make it look better, not for them to destroy my property. I hate mechanics who try to take advantage of young women, it’s disgusting. Please do not give them your money, you will only be funding their complete disregard for true customer service.

Totally dissatisfied with the outcome of my service. I’ve been a customer for several years and service continues to get worst yet the cost is expensive l. The vacuuming that was performed on my vehicle on 5/10 was terrible. The female worker advised to take my car back around to get another vacuum but that was not an option since the line was already extended beyond the entrance line for vacuuming. I’ll take my business elsewhere so that my vehicle can get serviced properly.

My car has been dirty for a while so I thought I'd try this place since my mom said they did really well on her car in the past. Their services are fairly priced and they are quick; I've never had any issues. My car was pretty dirty and the exterior plus did not get off most of the dirt. However, I felt as though this issue could have been addressed earlier by recommending a different wash/service prior to my payment and run through the wash. The front desk and manager were kind and recommended a different service - due to timing, (10 min til close) I feel as though they handled it well. 👍🏽 I would recommended to others

The customer service was poor. The workers I interacted with were unfriendly and their attitude made it clear they did not want to be there. I paid for the most expensive service, the "Ultimate" for $29. My car was not cleaned well. There were many dirty areas left on the body of the car and on the windows, and the interior had areas with debris where they were supposed to have vacuumed. I do not recommend this car wash. The price is not worth it.

I paid $329 to get my car detailed, only to come back and find it DAMAGED. The manager, Steven, later told me he had other priorities to deal with, which is why he hadn’t gotten back to me about fixing my car. I called a 8 days after the incident, and he returned my call the next day. In his own words, the damage “doesn’t hinder me from driving,” so I should be fine to wait a lil longer before he orders the part & gets it fixed. Any damage done to someone’s car while it’s under your care… big or small should be treated with the same level of urgency. Being told it’s not a priority because the car is still drivable is unacceptable.
