Wanted to give a review a few weeks ago but better late then never,my first time going to this car wash I choose the next to the best wash on there the the nice young man help me out ask me if you want full detailed or just wheel and tire shine? I was just there and while they did an amazing job with my detail, the team also went the extra mile and helped jumped my car when it wouldn’t start. Although it was embarrassing to have happen, I was assured by them that there was no cause for concern and I wasn’t a nuisance. I really appreciate their kindness and compassion!

They have always done a great job as far as I am concerned. My husband gets his truck washed here all the time, and gets a coupon with his wash for a free $6.00 wash, which I can use or upgrade within 7 days! The people wiping our vehicles have always done a good job, never rude. Nothing is perfect 100% of the time. If there is a problem talk to the manager while you are there, as they want their customers happy.

Bought monthly unlimited. Super respectful - even opening doors for you as you enter the lobby!! They do a good job wiping the car down. I mean not fabulous. We are all human. I’ve only been twice and both times left with one dirty wheel. But it’s not so bad that I want to cancel. And the people are nice. Nice matters!

I used to absolutely love this place! Told everyone to go here! They had me for $50 a month for several years with many more years to look forward to because I am very loyal. Had a few bumps along the way but nothing that couldn't be overcome. Facility got a new manager (which was someone promoted off the line) and things changed so drastically. Additionally he bad-mouthed previous managers. New manager told me personal personnel issues - even that the last manager got fired. He should not have shared anything but at the very maximum said " ___ is no longer at this location." My last time through the facility, there were three people working their tails off. I mentioned I had never seen such a small crew (remember I have been coming for years and the manager often worked the line also). The reply was that the new manager took another worker and left for lunch. We all need to eat but you don't allow 40% of the workers to leave at a time of day that is historically busy. I was there way longer than usual and they still had not returned when I finally left. I sent an email and one of the managers from the OKC location told me to call the next day early in the morning and we would talk through it. I had some family things going on so couldn't make the call. If they really wanted to know what was going on - they would have called me. If I had lost such a good and loyal client you can bet your bottom dollar I would be figuring out why!!

I hate to give a bad review but I just pulled into this car wash about 11:30ish on June 8th and before I got to the line and I saw the prices and wasn’t sure which package I wanted so I pulled over into an open parking spot. Immediately a young gentleman with long hair in a bun (no beard) came up to my car asking me what I was doing. I told him I was parking there for a minute. He asked me to leave because “this is business”. I clarified that I was planning on going to the car wash in a minute. He said ok and walked away but his whole demeanor was very dry and unfriendly as if I was annoying him and causing a problem. Now, keep in mind that I parked in an open parking spot a couple of spots away from any vacuums or where anyone was working and wasn’t obviously in the way of anything. I would have just moved on from the interaction seeing it as a simple misunderstanding from a young guy that doesn’t understand customer service skills. However, shortly after wards he walked out of the car wash to go back to the detailing area near the vacuums and stared directly at me as he was walking. I stared back and he made and flinching move, made a sour face and mouthed something at me as if to say, “what are you looking at?” I’m taking it he’s not the owner lol because I left to go to the car wash down the road even though this had been the only car wash I had used since I moved to Bixby about a year ago.

Ah that new car smell is back! They did an amazing job, friendly! This is now my new car washing place! They even got the back windshield that normally gets miss alot! Very happy with it. And shot out to Grant kirkbride for making sure my dog won't lick the seats before using the leather cleaner on the inside!

UPDATE 10/29/2024: I sent an email to the email address provided for "assistance", that was over two weeks ago now without any response. Keeping up with the poor customer service! Damaged my vehicle and on top of that the job done not so well. Went in and got their full carwash, a bit expensive but figured if done right well worth it. After done, I noticed a few stains still left on my headliner. Asked to schedule work to have headliner fully shampoo'ed. Dropped off vehicle, was called three times asking what I needed to have done. The last call was 4 hours after I had dropped it off. They had accidentally cleaned the roof of the vehicle instead of the headliner. Final result: had to wait almost 6 hours for headliner shampoo. When I got the vehicle the headliner still had some stains, and on top of that I now noticed a scratch in my paint near the roof that wasn't there before.

Someone gave me a card for a free wash here. Pushed the help button so I could use the card and it told me to call an attendant. What kind of lazy ass place are you running? 3 employees sitting on their butts not caring about anyone or anything. Y’all need to really rethink some stuff. Don’t give out those cards if this is the experience you get.

WORST CAR WASH EXPERIENCE EVER! DONT COME HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND JUST DO IT YOURSELF! I got the full service and even added the seat wash add on, only for the picture attached to be the end result! They didn’t even vacuum! The car felt dirtier than before I took it in! If I could give it 0 stars I would. Just so much money down the drain. I can’t describe this experience enough. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Part of the wash said it would have a 4x4 under wash, and clearly, nothing was washed.

I took my my 2017 Tacoma in to be detailed a couple of weeks ago. It need to have the seats shampooed, the carpets cleaned of the dirt, and all the other normal Detailing stuff (vacuuming, windows, plastic wiped down). I was asked if I wanted to have a hand wax added on for $25 more so I did. Well I dropped it off and when I originally made the appointment they told me that it would take a couple of hours and with the wax being added on it could take up to four hours to do. I was fine with that. Let me tell you I keep my truck in really good shape there was only a couple of little spots on the back seat and front passenger seat, the reasoning for the shampooing. So I drop it off and 2 hours later they call to tell me my truck was done. Well I get there and look at it and there is still dog hair on the back of the seats, I lift up the mats and you can tell that they were not cleaned, (I know it's hard to tell on the photos) when you lift up the mats you can see none of the carpets were done. There was still the spots on the front seats and also on the back ones. I pointed it out to them and they said they scrubbed with brushed and used there best cleaners and they wouldn't come out. I had the interior scotch guarded at the dealership when I bought and the only thing that should leave a mark should be bleach and you would know if there was bleach on it. So I made them at least get the dog hair off the back of the seats and paid the $175 plus tip for the detailing. When I got home I took a wet wipe and wiped the spot off the seat and magically it went away. I called them and told them that there was a lot of the truck was still dirty and I was able to wipe some of the spots off with a wet wipe.The was also still chocolate in the cup holder and sunflower shells under the e-brake. So the next day I had to take the truck back up there and sit and watch them shampoo the seats. The funny thing is, is the manager goes well with doing it a second time ALL the spots came out. They thought sense the true was in really good shape they didn't have to do as much and try to rip me off. I would never take my truck to this place again and if I were you don't even try it. They lie to you don't do any of the things you are paying for. I feel incredibly ripped off going to this place. STAY AWAY

**EDIT: Edited to add that I received a response from the owner on this review 3 weeks ago and was asked to email them with more details. I did email them - 3 weeks ago - and have yet to receive a response to that email. Please don't be fooled by these owner comments where they pretend to care about customer service. Nothing could be further from the truth! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I hope someone can benefit from my loss and avoid the mistake that I made by using this company. I was excited to find what I thought was a good detailer, but I was so wrong. I paid $300.00 in March of this year, for a full detail of my compact SUV, which took all day to complete. When I picked up my car, the employee who did the work showed me the finished product. I noticed the console area was left untouched, even though when I dropped it off they asked if they should pay special attention to anything specific and I said "the console area", which the employee wrote down. I also noticed that the roof didn't look as shiny as the rest of the car and when I questioned it I was told "I couldn't reach it". Seriously? The rest of the car looked ok enough so I paid and left. It was the end of the day and they were closing so I did not fully inspect every inch of my car and clearly neither did they!! Over the next several days I found what I assume is soap residue all over my car! As I write this 4 months later, my car has been thru rain storms, car washes (both hand and drive-thru) and the residue will not come off!! I will certainly have to pay for yet another detail at a more reputable place to get this resolved - and let's hope that it can be! If not, that will be a whole other type of issue!! And just in case that's not bad enough, I had my car serviced on a Sunday - dropped it off in the morning and picked it up the same day at closing. On Tuesday I received a call from the shop telling me that my vehicle was ready and needed to be picked up. I told them that I had picked up my car on Sunday. The caller (I believe he said his name was Kwan?) continued to insist that I come pick up my vehicle. I asked what kind of vehicle he was referring to - he said a van. I advised him that I did not own a van, I owned a compact SUV and stated again that my vehicle had already been picked up and was currently sitting in my garage. He confirmed my first and last name (which was correct), then told me for a third time to come and get my vehicle. After advising for the third time that I did not own a van and the vehicle that I did own had been picked up 2 days ago and was sitting in my garage, I told him that if he would like me to come pick up the vehicle that did not belong to me I would be happy to do so. He hung up. You would think this would be enough... but NO! I received ANOTHER call on Thursday to advise me that my appointment on Sunday would need to be rescheduled because they would not be able to fit me in for service that day after all. I advised the caller (same guy that called before) that I do not have an appointment on Sunday. I told him that I did have an appointment LAST Sunday and (again) my car has already been picked up! It was at this time that I advised him of all the residue that remained on my car and how terrible it looked and asked to speak to a manager. He said that he was the manager. I obviously did not care to deal with this person as I couldn't even get him to understand that the vehicle he was trying to have me pick up wasn't even mine, so I asked to speak to his supervisor. I believe he said his name was Justin (I could be wrong on that) but he told me that he did not have a phone number/email, etc, where he could be reached and also did not have specific hours. I asked that in order to speak with him am I expected to just come up to the shop, hang out in the parking lot all day and hope for the best? He said yes. This place is seriously unbelievable. There is nothing more that I can say about this truly egregious lack of customer service, from every possible angle, except to avoid this place at all costs!!
