I wanted to give only 4 with good intention. I went there in the morning and I think only finished the car by late afternoon, it was all wet (81F outside). Rather than they hang the parts out to sun, put into the car all wet.. Seatbelts and surroundings were not properly cleaned. Otherwise they did good job. When I opened the hood I was surprised how well they cleaned the engine and part which leaves me 5* them. Thanks again for the good service. /I'll take care of the seat belt area.

We have been leasing for the past 20 years and decided to buy our current vehicles out. The one problem we ran into is that we didn’t have a mechanic that we trusted. I had two different friends recommend Bison, so I decided to give them a call. They got me in the next day for a brake job on our 2021 Mazda. Bob was was great when I dropped it off in the morning, and Charlie was great when I picked it up. Pricing was very fair and I know they stand by their work. Happy to have this shop in my neighborhood.

My first time with Bison. They immediately had me in to diagnose the problem and gave me an appointment quickly to fix it. I go my car back on time and with a very noticeable improvement in the performance of my front end. These guys have a lot of experience and they are reasonably priced. I will definitely be back.

Horrible experience. Went there with a blown tire to start. Was told I need a realignment, two new tires and an oil change costing $1200 bucks. Two weeks later, one of the new tires popped. Three weeks later, the other tire popped. Just had another tire pop. I am now in for over $1800 with these guys. Five tires in two months and I’ve never popped a tire before in my entire life. Came back and got no discounts for their shoddy work. DO. NOT. COME. HERE.

I called Bison Automotive to ask if they offer pre-purchase inspections — a basic, paid service that many people use to understand the condition of a vehicle, especially when there are concerns about previous damage or non-original parts.Instead of helping, the man who answered the phone talked over me, didn’t ask for any details, and made me feel completely disrespected. The moment I mentioned I had the car for three years, he cut me off and said “Who cares? You’ve been driving it for three years.” That alone was hurtful — but what made it worse was how he continued to judge me without even hearing my full reason for calling.I wasn’t asking for anything free. I was ready to pay the $150. I wasn’t looking to blame anyone. I simply wanted help and clarification. But instead, he said “I don’t even know what you’re trying to accomplish,” and told me they probably couldn’t help — without asking what kind of car it was, what service I needed, or even my name.As a small business owner myself, I would never treat people this way — whether they’re paying or not. Sometimes customers come in just needing help or guidance. That’s what service means. It’s not our place to judge. It’s our place to listen and provide value if we can. Even if someone doesn’t end up using your service, you can still treat them with respect.I left the call feeling belittled, like I wasn’t even worth talking to. I don’t know who that man was, but I hope the business owners see this. This was not professional, and it’s not how any client should be treated

I put in a call for roadside service via aaa. 3 hours after that call Bison automotive was assigned to me. Being that I was at home and not an urgent call that amount of time was understandable. Another 1 1/2 hours passed and I got the exact same text message that bison was assigned to me and that they would be contacting me shortly. Another 1 or so passed so I called bison automotive, and they told me they were done with service calls for the day and to call aaa again. Why did they accept the service request, and why did they not reach out when they realized they couldn't fulfill their obligation? If I hadn't called them I wouldn't have known, and I wasted one of my 3 free roadside calls. Thanks for nothing.

I had all 4 tires replaced on my Toyota Tundra as the I was still driving on the original tires, and they just weren't cutting it for our Buffalo winters. They helped me pick the right tire for my truck and as always did a great job with the replacement. I never feel like I'm getting oversold with Bison, and I appreciate that. They do good work for a fair price. I always recommend them whenever someone asks if I have a trusted auto shop.
