I use the car wash here all the time, and I absolutely love it. They keep the wash bays very clean and I have never had a problem with the machines working or stealing coins. I've been using their wash for 1+ years and I won't go anywhere else. My birthday is the 29th of May and I keep asking everyone for a detail cleaning from their real shop. Great place to self wash!!

In the last month, we have had both of our vehicles (2018 Volvo XC90 and 2021 Ram 1500) detailed here. After having a TERRIBLE experience at another detailing place in town (cough, cough, Casey's, cough, cough) we were a bit nervous to go down that path again. These guys are amazing. They are personable, friendly and they did an amazing job. We recently lost our golden retriever and we wanted to make sure all of the dog hair was out of both cars. They understood the importance of what we were asking and were very empathetic. When we picked up both vehicles, they were impeccable. I cannot recommend them highly enough and this is coming from a CPA and an engineer. If they can impress us, they will not let you down.

I brought my car in for an interior detail and I got it back looking brand new. He made it clear he didn’t want to cut corners and he most definitely did not. I have all black cloth interior and two years worth of white dog hair build up and I got my car back without a single hair to be found. I’m so pleased with Neal and his team - not only did they do an amazing job but they are SO kind and friendly. Will be back!

I needed to get my car detailed before I left on a road trip, I called places in town nobody could get me in or bothered to call back. Nick called me right back and managed to fit me in his day with other work. Nick and Neal are true professionals, take pride in their work and provide impeccable customer service. my back car seat is like new after the great wing sauce incidence, mixed with coffee and dog hair, you can't even tell there was ever a spill of any kind or dogs in my car. It smells fresh not chemically and like new. I so appreciate their level of customer service, they have a new customer as long as they are there, THANK YOU!!!

My go to car wash because I like to wash my jeep myself. I like that i can do a quick wash or a longer one. It makes it very affordable. Good vacuums and area to clean your inside of vehicle as well.

I recently had my truck detailed and ceramic coated by Neal at BigHorn, and I am beyond impressed with the results. Neal did a phenomenal job – the level of detail and care he put into his work is truly exceptional. He is very patient, flexible, and understanding, ensuring that all my needs were met. Even after two weeks, Neal had me bring the truck back so he could check up on the coating and give it a complimentary wash. This level of dedication and customer service is rare to find. I am just thrilled with the "brand new" car I picked up after a deep clean and detail. My Ford Escape previously 'lived' in Leadville and yanou probably can't imagine what a few winters of snow, ice, dirt, and even tree sap had accumulated in/on this vehicle. Leadville is RUGGED. My Escape now looks like a pampered City Girl. AMAZING difference and I am so grateful for the professional care and skill Big Horn (looking at you, Neil!) brought to the job. Huge thanks. I had just bought a new BMW X7 and paid extra for the ceramic coating thinking my car was protected from the elements for 7 years. Within a week I was told by several respected sources that the treatment put on my car wasn’t what a true ceramic coating should look or feel like. I’d also heard about Neal K from Bighorn Detailing and how he was truly an expert with ceramic coating and was exceptionally meticulous with every vehicle he does and takes extreme pride in his work. After meeting Neal and seeing examples of what he’s done, I made an appointment and a few days later picked the car up. Truly amazing what the improvement is, and to a brand new car’s finish! I couldn’t be more pleased; it’s outstanding and even comes with a 10 year warranty. I give Neal my highest recommendation, and to anyone that values their cars as I do. I consider his work an investment in my BMW’s value and will be enjoying it for many years to come. Thank you, Neal! He’s a dedicated professional by every standard.

I went to the automatic car wash 6/7 and paid $12 but the computer seemed to think someone was in the car wash, and yet there was nobody there. The car wash never worked for us so we had to leave. I called the phone number for this business on 6/9 and 6/16 and had to leave a message both times to try and get my refund. I have not heard a word back from this business. It's definitely disappointing. My whole family used this car wash for all of our cars, but we will find a new business that works with their customers to refund them their money when they don't get the service that they paid for.

I needed to get my dad’s car ready to sell. He was a heavy smoker. They did a fabulous job of removing the smoke smell. The car felt like it was brand new. These guys are amazing! Thank you to whoever canceled and got me this last minute appointment.

I normally come here to my vehicle and I have noticed that when I go to the vacuum area a guy comes out of the building next to the car wash and today the same guy and another guy stood there and watched me clean my vehicle out so I turned and asked what is going on and why they are watching me clean my vehicle one said we are standing here talking I said can you stand somewhere else and talk your making me uncomfortable the guy who later identified his self as the owner said for what I told both of them they are making me uncomfortable one said is that a guy or a lady better call ice I asked who the owner of Gm was and one guy refused to identify his self said Iam I asked him for his information and refused again and left the other guy stayed and continue to say derogatory words and discriminatory thing towards me and my husband. Never again will I use this establishment or any other company connected with this car wash

So I will tell you that Neal is the best at what he does. He was the one that cleaned my new car and used the clay bar treatment. He buffed and polished some of these very worrysome scratches out that happened when something hit the hood while driving in high wind. After all that work he laid down the best ceramic coating there is on the market. I did my research and found the products he uses are the best out there. Now my ride looks like the most clean and shiny ride out there... even after it rains and gets dirty, it still outshines every other black car out there. I will always continue to take my car to him so he can fix anything I'm worried about. Now I never need to worry about the sun's uv rays damaging my clear coat. The whole reason I wanted him to get my ceramic coating done was to protect my paint and clear coat from fading and getting damaged by the sun. Thank you so much for all your help and professional care you took. 😊 my ride looks so amazing like a black mirror. Now I just need to install my big audio system with my 2 15s in the back 😊

Touchless carwash available. Classic coin-op stalls as well to hand wash. The vacuum cleaners are coin-op as well and did a fantastic job of fitting between my seats and had so much suction power that I actually got the crumbs out of the chair rails under the seat. Don't fret if you don't have quarters there's a coin machine inside as well as a wall of purchasable cleaning products. If you need a snack after arm wrestling the vacuum there's a snack machine. (There's a drink machine too but the refrigerant is out.) I spent 10$ on the wash, $2 on the vacuum, and $4 on cleaning products that seem to have worked very well. Overall I'm happy with the place. It was fairly busy and felt safe.
