Pretty good store. I can find a lot of stuff. BUT, I wish they would get in some Breeze litter box pellets! I have to go to WAL-MART and my husband hates WAL-Mart..... so I'd rather buy it from you! Thank you, A regular Shopper! Virginia

There's not a Big Lots where I live, so go check things out any time I'm close. Fantastic deals. Great selection of seasonal items (Christmas now) with exceptional prices!!

This signed was on front of the door for female restroom. This what it says in english and spanish Please keep clean for other customer Por favor mantengan limpio para otros clientes Por favor no sean puercos The translation is not the same as the english. In spanish letter it says Please keep clean for other customer please don't be pigs This is unaccetable language. Why doesn't it says the same as the english. This is discriminating latinos. They know latinos won't make a complain. Please take the signe down and put a other one up that says the same thing as the english signe. I hope they do something about there employees.

Kesha the store manager in Gainesville GA is absolutely wonderful. She truly went way out of her way to make sure we were completely satisfied with our Sealy Mattress. We will continue to shop big lots gville for more furniture needs in the future. Great job on excellent customer service Kesha, it's hard to find nice people like you that care and go out of there way

Great selection of product at very reasonable prices. Employees were friendly and helpful. Had not shopped at a big lots in years and was shocked at the low prices on furniture, home decor, and serta matresses. Glad I stopped in and will definitely be returning.

My hubby and decided we needed new recliners, so I saw the ad on TV for Lane recliners for $199.00 each. We went to the store in Gainesville, Ga. They have a lot of nice furniture! The people were really nice, helpful and went out of there way to load the chairs. So go check it out, they have a lot of good things cheap !

The wife will always visit if we're in the area. On this visit, it seemed that inventory may have been lower than usual. Other places had big time sales but nothing really special from Big Lots this time. Maybe better on the next visit.

Store nice stuff to look but I sorry bathroom was not clear at all. Tissue was everywhere no soap. And toilet not clean and tissue holder not clean in years. My Fiance and I was not happy about bathroom at all.

FILTHY. I understand the employees are probably paid minimum wage, but do the best job you can do. Prove you deserve more than minimum wage. It wasn't just the restroom that was covered in a thin layer of grime.

I love Big Lots! I could see myself shopping there at least once a week if not even more than that. Unfortunately there's not one any where ' near my town. So my shopping has been getting done at some local area stores.. I really would prefer to do it at Big Lots!

Clean, organized, staff was ok only spoke to register person. Other staff walked by but were not overly friendly or engaged with customers (didn't even try). Staff at register were younger and seems to be tired or just didn't want to be there. (Been a few times with same person).

This Big Lots has changed so much and not for the good. Yes it is nice and clean but I couldn't find anything and they don't have the merchandise they used to. The employees were very nice though and tried to help me find what I was looking for. Zelda was very helpful.

I enjoyed walking through the whole store with 1 exception. A lot of shelf items didn't have prices on the item nor the shelf. Very aggravating and to many items to take to the check-out to get the prices. More than likely I would have purchased more if prices had been available when I was looking at the items. The associates were very nice! This store (Gainesville, GA.) is large and clean.

I ordered a TV online this morning and it was ready for pickup by early afternoon. That's great service. However when I went to pickup the TV I was not asked for ID nor was I asked to sign for it. I feel like anyone would have been given the TV if they had showed up and asked for it. : (

The store is closing. Items are marked 5% to 50%. The only 50% was the Christmas stuff. Most is 10% off so don't expect huge savings. The cashier was really sweet. The store was clean but expect to see empty shelves as they are closing.
