I shop here for my furniture and toiletries. $5 for a huge thing of Charmin. $20 for a huge area rug that costs $45 elsewhere. Desk was $50 instead of $95. Awesome deals, tons of stuff, and good quality.

No customer service at all unfortunately. I went in there to buy a twin size bed for my son and after waiting awhile I asked the cashier if she could get someone to help us. We waited amd then two more customers came and we all waited and no one showed up. After the two other customers left I waited a little longer and still no one showed up. I left without being helped. Very disappointing.

We went inn for furniture, we had the BEST customer service, as well as good prices! I don’t remember the woman’s name but she was working this Sunday morning at the furniture department and made everything easy for us! Also the gentleman that helped us load up the furniture! We will for sure be returning to this location!

I bought four swivel and rocking exterior chairs that go for $399 each for a hundred bucks per. Sometimes you can just get a deal if you don't mind walking into something less than a Macy's. You could probably figure by now that I'm not a Macy's shopper.

They've rearranged all the shelves and moved larger items to the front. Fresh new look. But right now they're having the same issues as every other store. Very low inventory-empty shelves. Welcoming & friendly staff!

Absolutely love biglots. It's my go-to store for all my cleaning supplies, batteries, cold medicines, toilet paper/ paper towels, christmas presents, decor & so much more . Plus, tons of stuff for dogs like for my dog Theodore

Great store to shop for Thrifty and one of a kind type items. They have a variety of different products. The feel of an upgraded dollar store. If you're doing a paint project for example and you would like cheaper products to just dispose of when you are done, this would be the go to place. One low point if you need help with anything you will need to ask for it. Customer service is on an as needed basis.

Their merchandise is fantastic if you're looking for something to decorate your home. 50 count denier bed. sheets you can even get bed in a bag which includes everything! And the best place in the universe for Christmas decor! The people are friendly, helpful and they know but customer service is all about, it's something that is lacking in so many stores.

This place has gone DOWN HILL the last 3 years. Used to be one of my favorite places to shop. Frustrating experience today, again. But! The bright side is I found better stuff for a better price at Ross! Just upset I wasted an hour of my day in Big Lots. Won't be going back!

I bought furniture here before and when I tried putting it together the holes for the screws were not where they were supposed to be, leaving my furniture not as stable as I’d like. Good prices for cute home decor. The workers are always kind and helpful!

I really like how they have remodeled the entire store. Before it had black painted walls and made the place look dark. Now it has light color paint and way better lighting. It looks like a real store now. They have used the space they have at this location with purpose. Their prices are so-so but every once in a while you can find a good deal.

They have great prices and great sales. Some things you do get what you pay for but most of the time you get a quality item for a HUGE discount. I always look at this store first before I go to other stores. For furniture, bedroom stuff, bathroom, kitchen appliances, and definitely decorations. I have a 2 yr old so this store is perfect for me. I know I don't have to be anxious about what happens to my things since I paid literally half the price. Puts my mind at ease:)

Omg! DO NOT GO TO THIS BIG LOTs! Store is in shambles. I went up to the cashier and she was so rude to me! I was at the point of tears, I had a question about an item that was supposed to be on sale that I was confused about and she just kept ridiculing me! Ruined my whole day. When I walked away I could see the employee talk to her co-worker about me and they started laughing at me! Definitely reporting to head management. STAY AWAY!.
