Reina was so helpful for myself and husband when we came in. She explained all the plans including the family plan for multiple vehicles. The car service drive thru was immaculate. I’ve never gone to a drive-through car wash that clean my car this well. And as a previous member of other car washes this Car Wash actually gives towel for you to dry your car off. They have the machine that clean the rugs for cars that have plastic or leather mat lining. It’s well worth it.

So this just happened at this location which I have been a member since they opened. I was chastised for using the All Customers entrance. I was told by the attendant "Next time use the Members Lane, this lane is for new members". No please, no greeting, nothing, next time use the members lane. I'm not one to get upset about things but it was a rude statement and rude tone. There are so many car washes to choose from so why go to one that is rude to existing members. I know me leaving with my two cars isn't going to cause them any problems. I try to be polite and friendly when interacting with business employees I would expect the same especially if they are enforcing a rule that doesn't exist. Oh well onto the next car wash.

Just want to give a shout out to Big Dan's Car Wash. I lost my $100 at the car wash. But they did the right thing and gave us a call and gave us back the hundred bucks that we lost. I’ve been a monthly member at this car wash for over six months, and unfortunately today was the worst experience I’ve ever had here. After going through the wash, I pulled into the drying area and immediately noticed that two of my tires were completely flat. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, I realized I wasn’t alone — at least three other customers also had flat tires at the same time. After reviewing the video footage, management said they identified a person whose loose tools fell out of his truck bed while going through the wash. One of the tools had a sharp prong that punctured the tires of six or more vehicles, including mine. Police arrived but could only file an incident report. When the driver returned, he refused to take responsibility, and the car wash also refused to help or cover any repairs. We were told the owner would “look into it within 48 hours,” but in the meantime, we were left stranded for nearly four hours trying to resolve the situation ourselves. Another customer eventually helped plug the tires, because the car wash offered no assistance, no compensation, and no support. To be a loyal member and be treated this way — especially in a situation that happened on their property and affected multiple customers — is extremely disappointing. The lack of accountability and customer care was unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and improves how they handle incidents like this in the future.

Big Dan’s is one of the best places to go get your car washed. The attendance are great and if you need anything, they’re right there. They have towels for you to use and plenty of them. Also, they have cleaning products to get your vehicles really clean. They also have blowers and vacuums that are well maintained. There are monthly payment plans that you can choose from and are very good and well priced. If you want to come to a good place to get your vehicle washed Big Dan’s is the place.
