I just went for the first time today. I paid for the premium wash but they left the front rim dirty. Also the interior seats had crust on them. Lastly they didn’t vacume the seats well or wipe down the interior too well either. The premium service is around $30. I also didn’t like that they left my car running with the keys in it. I feel like anyone could’ve take my car. Net net they have room for growth.

This is my go to place. I got at least twice a week because I have a monthly. ALL the staff are friendly, recognizes me and my cars and treats them with care. Roberto makes sure to always speak and is extra pleasant. He also alerted me when there was a nail in my tire which I was able to fix immediately at the oil change location connected to the car wash. This place is somewhere I would definitely recommend to make your go to car wash- the prices are also very reasonable.

Hands down worst car wash ever they SCRATCHED MY CAR ON THE HOOD. I would like to im touch with a manger or someone im charge because this is awful work!! I have more photos as well. I don’t mind driving back to the car wash and showing them more of the scratches.

I have a monthly pass, good value but there is much to be desired with the details. The crew seems miserable using dirty rags at times. The crew puts no details in hooking my rugs back on the car. The crew with Thier wet pants or boots sit on my leather black seats and leave my seats dirty. They sometimes forget to put tire dressing. Sometimes it is not dry and soap is left on the car. Much to be desired with the details. But for 45 a month washing 6 times a month, I think for 9 dollars a wash I cannot complain. However for you all this is my objective opinion comming here weekly

The guys at big daddy were great I had a issue with my car battery and the swap it out with no problems. One of the techs suggested taking the car to the mechanic because my battery was training to much juice and it could be a electrical issue they did multiple test, which I appeciate it and gave me great advice. These guys are are professional and knowledgeable. For oil changes and any car maintenance please visit big daddy's in north bergen. Thank you again

They broke my roof light and they say you will fixed with laugh, i have maybe mistake to I didn't have to take machine car wash with that light but i was not know about this , someone could warn me about it , i don't have experience gor car wash but they have it , i don't know but they have to know and second part is they don't even clean car , they do vacuum but so superficial and they never take any responsibility, if you take your car to this place becareful , if they do something wrong you will pay it, make yourself ready and go this place!!! This place does an outstanding job with the car wash and it’s totally worth it for the 60$ 20 min ultimate care. It is basic spa minor detail job. WORTH IT LADIES AND GENTS! I was seen quickly given I went at 9:30am and then it started getting busy . The guys are articulate and great with cleaning with care. There are polite and very thorough. 10 stars if I could

I rarely write bad reviews, but I’m really disappointed with this car wash. After getting my car washed, I noticed a noticeable scratch on the hood that wasn’t there before. I called to let them know, and instead of being understanding or helpful, the woman I spoke to talked to me like I was stupid. Very rude and unprofessional. I expected better customer service and accountability. I won’t be returning.

The worst service that you will get from a bad team and management. You paid good money to NOT get your car clean, my car rims were dirty when they gave me my car back, their excuse: if the machine don't clean it, is not my problem. I had to clean them myself.

I never write reviews, but I was livid after this experience. First of all, when they told me my car was ready I had to point out that the side of my car clearly wasn’t cleaned and had them wipe off mud. They also didn’t clean the fenders so I had to do it myself. Then I noticed that there was sticky residue on my windshield. They made no attempt to clean it and when I pointed that out they told me they don’t clean it. They suggested I take rubbing alcohol when I get home and clean it myself. The manager was extremely rude and disinterested in helping, in fact, he just walked away. Never going to this place again.

I was in the area and needed an oil change. Not only did they change my oil, but topped my fluids and added air to my tires at no cost. After that surprise, I got a free full service car wash. Great Service and Great Quality.

Hi everyone. I found the perfect place fir my car’s oil change and tune up. More than 20 years in this country, but had never been to Big Daddy’s!! It is super cool and entertaining to see your car go in and get washed by this mega machine!!. Alonzo was the mechanic that changed my car’s oil, and a few other that were due for check up!!.. :) I recommend these guys anywhere, i had a wonderful experience!!

Did oil change and car wash at Big Daddy’s. Decided to do the wash ‘cause had bird shit on the hood. Next day realized bird shit was still there😔 Kind of tells you the reason of the bad reviews.

Bad service, I do not recommend it. Speed doesn't equal quality. It's expensive and lacking in quality. The cleaning machine is poor. Parts of the car are still wet. Don't waste your money here.

Bad car wash. Paid 26 plus service and 3 extra for tire dressing. Half of tires not dressed. No good vacuum had to ask to do again. Basic dirt on exteriors still exist after exterior wash.

*****WARNING*****Do not go to this place !!!!!! I got the so called Delux wash for $25.00. The wash and detailing is pretty bad. I guess because it's near to closing time I went, the workers must be cold , hungry, or tired. Or maybe they feel they just dont care about their lousy shitty performance. Nonetheless I paid for the complete service I should have received and not the half ass uncaring finish i got. I suggest you go around your car and inspect before you leave, I know from now on I will. I didn't do it and when I pulled into my driveway is I when I saw the shitty cleaning I got inside and out. And I gave $10.00 tip. I've enclosed a copy of my receipt.

Love this place. They always do a great job cleaning my car — it looks super clean every time. The service is consistently good and the staff is really friendly and welcoming. You can tell they care. Definitely my go-to spot. Jacob the owner is great, i’ve been to four different car washes in this area and this is by far the best one!
