The guy who helped me out was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything that was being done. He answered all my questions with a smile and even gave me a few helpful tips for keeping my car in top shape. It’s hard to find service this good these days—definitely coming back for my next oil change. Highly recommended.

The employees were very friendly and professional. They offered several upsells including our air filter which we chose to let them replace. They offered A/C, water, etc. Just a great service all around! We have decided that this location will be our go to for oil changes from now on.

From the time I got there until I left I had the most incredible experience. Josh was super friendly! I’m not sure of the name of the other man that helped me, but he was really tall and he explained everything he was doing with my car in full detail. He answered all of my questions as well. The service he did on my car was very professional . Great customer service is hard to find these days, but I must say the service I received from both men was exceptional. Not pleased with service, had the oil changed, now have an oil leak on my carport. Brought back twice, first time, they said they didn’t clean the area after oil change, the second day, after we noticed a new oil leak, they claim it is not leaking. Can’t explain why there is oil leaking onto my carport. Hope we are able to resolve this issue. We like Benny’s and have not had an issue in the past.

I purchased the monthly full service package. The staff is friendly, they make sure to apply tape to parts of my car that may be damaged in the car wash and the employees in charge of detailing consistently do a very good job. If I look over my car and if I see something missed (which is almost never) they take care of it right away.

The oil change and service is a 5 star. The detail job was lazy. Benny's on Essen. He asked what part was most important. I said all of it. Dashboard was not wiped, doors, steering not wiped. He vacuumed the floors but that was it. No air freshener, did not empty my trash. Did not wipe down the outside at all after wash. I paid for a full detail.

While I highly recommend their oil change. Their car wash isn’t worth it. This is my truck 1 min after going through the car wash. Something clearly isn’t right. Things were spinning and spraying before and after passed through but not during my vehicle was passing through the conveyor.
