BEWARE of using this carwash. One of my new vehicles was scratched real bad because of negligence on their part by a cart left out near the wash and was knocked into my car and dragged along the side of the car. Manager said I would be contacted and a month later still no one has reached out. This is $1300 in damage to repair!! Definitely bad business.

I used to go to splash and dash but they are a complete rip-off this place however not only has a attendant to make sure you can't screw up going into the car wash it actually rinses the car off. Not only that they also have free vacuum cleaners. Basically $10 gets me a good car wash and I'm able to vacuum my car afterwards. i 100% recommend this place. And will come back again.

This car wash is a joke. If your vehicle gets damaged by carelessness in their wash, you'll need to cover your own damage. Somewhere along the line, they've forgotten ethics. Save your money, Pitt stop is much better, and the employees actually care.

They had a problem with spraying this black stuff, guessing the armor oil stuff they spray on the tires, on my left drivers side tire rims and I had to wipe the stuff off every time. I guess they fixed it because I went today and my tires were fine. Also, I get the $27 a month package and I don’t know what is spraying what throughout the Carwash, but the very last sprayer’s before they rinse your car off hadn’t been spraying the last few times I went, but again, today, it worked. The towels were a little more damp than usual when I dried the remaining water off my car, but I just had to use more to complete the job. They do the place very clean and well stocked with windex, armor oil and towels. Also, I’ve been going for a year now and everyone is really nice and helpful. For the price, it’s the best in town for their monthly packages.

I've been a member for well over a year now, but earlier this year something changed with their tire shine application. (I've owned the same vehicle the whole time) I never would get this funky grease on my rims, but now I do! Look how far into the center it goes... I have no clue how it travels that far in! It's unreal and this only happens on the Driver's side of my vehicle. The staff and self service area are great, but I'm no longer interested in coming to this location when I have to clean my wheels once I get home which defeats the purpose of my membership with the tire shine application.

Alex went above and beyond with helping me clean my car. I got the unlimited wash because my fiance does a lot of traveling and she had caked up bugs that had been on there for months. Alex came and scrubbed my car while I vacuumed and got all the bugs off. My car feels and looks much nicer.

I like the fact that Take 5 offers cleaning towels, glass cleaner and multipurpose cleaner, for detailing. However, the tire shine option is inconsistent. Many times the system will only shine the tires on one side of the car. Secondly, sometimes the employees will Offer a complimentary air freshener and sometimes they don’t…again, another inconsistency. Finally , the tracks always leave black marks on my wheels. The marks come with some scrubbing but it’s extra work that shouldn’t be necessary.
