Decided to try this car wash since I now work in the area and I like to wash my car at least once a week. I bought the was and added the wax, drying of the rims, removing the bugs, and tire shine. All were extra costs things like removing the bugs and drying the rims should be something covered with A WASH and DRY! Waiting on my car as the drying is finishing I point out that the bottom part of the fenders are still dirty and ask if they could be wiped. The "employee" proceeds to tell me to stop talking and listen, and he says it's just a spot dry. This evidently means he gets to do it as he pleases and he's done when he's done. He should have judged me by the car I drive and taken ten seconds to wipe the fender. Thanks for saving me good tip money! As for the business? Never going again. I should have known by how empty the business is never to set foot there. Lesson learned. I'll wash my car tomorrow.

Update: had their top (most expensive) detail... not a good job. Though they were willing to go back over any area I pointed out that was not detailed (and there were many), you already had my vehicle for over an hour... I left and came back so I didn't have to wait while you did the job (right the first time). Will not be back. Original: They do not do a great job on the lower priced washes (in the $30ish range or less). I did have them do a higher end wash once and that was much better.

Next time I need to let them know to wipe under my rain guards after the wash. Other then that , it was fast & cheap. My car looks great for just a 10 dollar wash + wax & tire shine!! Everyone was super friendly. I will be going back for them to detail the inside of my car !!

By far the best car wash in Jacksonville. This place does such a good job every time. Doesn’t matter how busy they are, they still take time on every car and pay attention to detail. Staff is extremely friendly. I only bring my car to get washed here now, you actually get what you pay for.

Our car was serviced right away and soon the detail people were drying the outside and windows. They even vacuumed under the van seats. Three people worked on detailing the car. Grandchildren had visited for two weeks, so it needed a lot of work. Good job guys!

Usually great, didn’t expect my car to be perfect after to going to the beach. My wife purposely left her keys in the door holder, no one even picked the keys up to clean it out. Just seeing that makes you look around, and there’s sand everywhere still.

Came in on a Tuesday morning for a 'works' care package. I received excellent service immediately when I pulled in. I was able to enjoy a complimentary coffee while three employees tag-teamed my vehicle. After only 25 minutes (and $50), my car was completely transformed, and now it looks nice and shiny!

Do not ever go here. I paid close to $30 and put a $10 tip in the box, and they did a horrible job. Didn't even touch my driver's door and for the extra $6 for the air freshener you get two tiny pieces of paper that you can only smell if you put them right up to your nose. I will never grace this place again, and from now on I'm not tipping until I see the work! Update: they've tried to pacify me with almost the EXACT SAME APOLOGY AS ON EVERY OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEW! OF WHICH THERE ARE SEVERAL! If you're the longest running carwash in Jacksonville then you should know what you're doing by now! Why should I have to tell them to do their jobs right?! NEVER SETTING FOOT HERE AGAIN! And I suggest you all do the same

I love taking my car here. I'm pretty nit picky if I'm going to pay someone to do something I can do myself. The crew I had today did an amazing job. They deep cleaned my car and they were so thorough. Moving seats to get under them and moved basket of kids' toys. Our grass sheds so much in the winter and gets all on our cars. Not a blade of grass to be found. They went above and beyond. Super thankful. It feels "worth" spending my time and money here. The employees are always great.

Could have done a better job. Paid $41.92 for The Works... From reading other reviews it doesn’t appear to be an occasional problem. It seems to me that it should be your responsibility to make sure that cars are cleaned properly. Your customers shouldn’t have to inspect their car thoroughly before leaving. The work should be done right in the first place.

If you're not open on mondays or if this site is permanently closed, you need to update the information on google.So no one's wasting their time driving up there for nothing. ---------- The owner responded, so I've updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars. However, even if your business depends on the weather, it only takes a few seconds to update your Google business listing to reflect that you're closed for the day. My point is that maintaining consistent and accurate business hours online is essential. Other car washes remain open during rainy weather, so ultimately, it's your responsibility as a business owner to ensure your posted hours are accurate and up to date.

I called this past Saturday (01.31.26) and spoke with April about an appointment for this coming Monday morning for a hand wash/car wash and detail. April advised morning appointments are better for hand washes; anywhere from 8:30 am- 10 am. I scheduled the appointment for 8:15-8:30 am and informed her my husband would be brining the vehicle. She took down all my information and said I was set to go. I even asked April about the cold front and if that would be issue- that I could schedule a later time or different day; she advised it wasn’t- but they would call if there were any issues. My husband arrived early and sat for over a half an hour-40 minutes and nobody arrived to the store. Even for their opening hours of 8:30 am. He sat, waited, called the number and no answer. 2 other cars pulled in looking just as confused until eventually leaving. Just disappointed this was our first interaction with this location- I was really looking forward to having my car detailed with them.
