Well this was the first and last time that I was at this store. Sorry but this was the first Bath&Body Works that had employees not greeting me or any following customers at the door, instead there where five ladies right by the door talking and laughing. As I tried to find an item two employees passt me did not ask if I needed help fining anything. I than finally found the area with the item I was looking for, but it was out of stock as they later told me. The shelf was right behind the five ladies still talking and giggling not asking me or the other customer if we needed help. At that point I really tried hard to be nice and ask all of them excuse me were can I find this particular item? And the lady I looked at an I ask just gave me a look like why u asking me? And an older lady who was on the other side helped me and informed me that the item was out of stock at the moment but she helped me find some other items that I was looking for. Remember this store might be really small but I never been in there before. For some of you maybe go there once a week or whatever but I only go once a year if even so I didn't know where stuff was.

Was @CTC so I stopped in to grab hand sanitizer. Wow…Three for $15. Very nice staff, I tried to change my address on account but was instructed to call the 1800 customer service number. Changing your address isn’t so easy on your bath and body works account. However, I’m still Missing my monthly coupon and my all BB works sales.

I took my girl in there cause she liked the scented candles. What I liked was the scents for men and I was able to get the gift set that consisted of body wash, shampoo, and body spray for $25. The ladies that worked there were very polite and helpful. Such a great atmosphere!!!

I was checking to see if there were any good sales. I do not order because no matter how much you order, still a shipping charge. B& BB has great scents but as soon as I find one I really like they discontinue it.
