The ice cream is alright. It certainly doesn't taste premium. I'd much rather suggest one go to Kilwins downtown. The service has been indifferent the last 2 times I've been here with my girlfriend. It's almost like they didn't care or were bothered by our presence. I'll go to TCBY across the street from now on when I don't want to go all the way downtown for frozen dairy desserts. Original post june2016.. update July 2017. It has changed ownership at least twice in that time. I have given this place several chances at redemption. No more! The service was horrible and rude and the place was literally falling apart. The two ladies behind the counter seemed bothered that our party and the few after us were disappointed by the lack of waffle cones. Their attitudes we're bad throughout the transactions. The ceiling tiles were falling in and there was a constant and steady drip of water in the middle of the parlor. Pics below. It should have been fixed immediately. It presented a safety and health hazard. The trash cans catching the constant streams of water were full of trash as well. If this is how they handle this problem how can you trust them to handle other health and safety matters.

Older gentleman served us. He was super nice and friendly. Went out of his way for my family. Best and friendliest service ever. Peanut butter chocolate, chocolate almond, and the raspberry love potion are all fantastic. He gives very generous scoops as well. Highly recommend.

We tried the Spicy N' Spooky flavor of the month. It's white chocolate ghost pepper flavor ice creamwith blood orange flakes and black dark chocolate ice cream swirls. And yes it does have heat but not difficult to eat heat. The dark chocolate actually brings a fantastic balance to ghost pepper. It's a fun treat to try out

Step into a time machine made of ice cream at this spot that takes you back to the delectable days of the '80s. Sparkling clean inside, they have an extensive variety of flavors as well as pioneering treats such as birthday-themed concoctions and ice cream pizzas. I opted for a solitary scoop of cherry jubilee perched upon a cake cone - pure bliss for just $3.79!

We are new to this area and live almost 30 minutes away, but this is the closest location to us now. My daughter and I have always grabbed quarts of our favorite flavors from BR to take home and enjoy. Her flavor is not stocked in the freezer so we have to pay extra to have them prepare it, which is not an issue. My problem is that every time we have gotten it from this location, they are not giving us what we pay for. The quart cups are supposed to be filled to the brim. We have been cheated out of at least two quarts now with as often as we get this. We have never had this issue with any other BR.

The location and variety of ice creams and products is the same as any other, but I gave this location 5 stars because of this gentleman. I didn’t want to ask for his name because he was very busy and I would’ve taken from him time. He took such good care of us; was patient and allowed us to try some of the ice cream before ordering; waited for us and stayed around answering any questions we had while we decided what to have. Not only took care of us, but every single customer that came after. He had people coming in and out, and helped every single one of them, with the out most professionalism and integrity. I hope management sees this post because this gentleman deserves recognition to say the least. Very happy with this visit and his service. Hope as well you run into him and see yourself.

Went in looking for the flavor of the month, but changed my mind as Rocky Road is my favorite. I started to get two scoops, but for a little bit more money I figured a pre-packed quart was a better deal. I got a single scoop of the icing on top flavor and it was delicious. Good sized amount of ice cream and even though I didn't ask for a lid the server was happy to apply one. Great customer service as server placed quart, single scoop, and spoon in a bag to make it easier to carry.

Love it. I have one flavor that is a special order. I’m not going to say the name bc I don’t want anyone else to get it. That sounds horrible I know but I love it THAT much! The owners here are awesome people and even if there is a little line of people here, it moves Really fast. People LOVE this place. That’s for sure. For National Ice Cream Day, I went a different route with so many accolades already pouring in for my local favorite in Wilmington. I chose to enjoy a childhood past time favorite of mine...Baskin-Robbins 31 Flavors! This location is owned by a delightful franchisee & I knew I could still support a nostalgic, local business. They spared no expense with the generous scoops of Rocky Road & Cookies & Cream piled into a chocolate-dipped waffle cone, rimmed with pulverized peanuts. Mrs. enjoyed a cake cone with scoops of Very Berry Strawberry & Chocolate. Although we had to eat these as fast as Joey Chestnut in Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest due to the sweltering heat, I felt like a 6 year-old kid again for a few minutes! Thank you again for great ice cream & friendly service...even though the 2 young gentlemen working today, had no clue it was National Ice Cream Day. Lol. UPDATED SCORE: 4.8 STARS!

BEWARE EATING HERE!! Their “C” SANITATION RATING should be on public display. Every restaurant/establishment is required to have their sanitation rating on public display. It is a violation not to. I searched it up and just this past year they got a “C” on their health inspection. Anything below an “A” or even a high “B” is a major health concern. The owner who I met in person (“Sun”) has lied and told me a fake name over the phone before (“Lee” ) when I brought up some concerns about my order. There is no one named “Lee” who works there. Please be careful consuming any product from here. It seems like some very shady stuff is going on in this establishment.

We absolutely love this Baskin-Robbins. The owner is incredibly kind, and the staff is always friendly and patient. We come here for the sundaes every time — the hot fudge is the best. The whole shop just has a warm, welcoming feel to it, and it’s become one of our favorite places to stop for a sweet treat. Highly recommend!
