The service department used to be good, now its horrible. Ive called and left messages so many times I’ve lost count and no return calls. I had a rattle in my roof so I was told I need to come leave my vehicle there for 24-48 hours before they can even look at it. What company does this? Who can afford to leave their vehicle for up to 2 days without it even being looked at? And why is there not an appointment time instead? I can easily drop my vehicle off at an appointed time when they can look at it, fix it and be on my way? Since I bought my vehicle there I asked about a loaner since they seem to need my car to sit up there for up to 2 days. He said they were all out with customers so I said can you call me when you have one available and Ill come in then. He stumbled through a non coherent answer and said he would call me right back. That was / 1/2 weeks ago. Clearly, they dont need returning customers or people willing to pay out of pocket for service. This place has gone downhill and until I hear from management with a solution to this madness this review stands.

Worst service department ever!!! Want answer the phone, want give you upfront pricing, will not return your calls. I would have never bought a vehicle from them if I knew there would be no service after the sale. I bought an extended warranty as well, I don’t know what that going to be good for?

I had appointment to have my truck fixed it's now been six business days and they haven't even looked at it they're having to repair the rear end second time but they say they don't think that's it so one they don't know what they're doing into the service is horrible avoid this dealership at all cost

The service department has set the bar to be the absolute lowest in the business. Guaranteed not to call you back after you leave multiple messages, guaranteed to avoid you when you call, guaranteed to over price you, guaranteed to charge you $188.86 for only diagnosing your vehicle, and will absolutely treat you like you are not worthy of being associated with them. The technician left panels off, screws, and wiring hanging from under the dash as well as a mess in the floorboard. If you’ve read this far, here is the trick to getting someone from service on the phone. Call the Sales or Parts Department, they’ll at least answer the phone but don’t expect those Service folks to respond quickly to their queries either. Great job at setting the bar as low as possible Monroe Banner Ford Service Department! Great Job!

This goes to the vehicle sales department and the management behind it. We have a 2023 ford expedition with barely 30k miles. We have our oil changes done through them as we only have a powertrain warranty anyways. I am mechanic by trade so I know bull crap sales pitches on vehicle maintenance when I hear them . My wife goes to get an oil change from there and a lady recommends that she needs an ac evap cleaner and fuel injection cleaner ran through her car . My wife not knowing anything about what they are saying as she has zero knowledge of anything to do with anything mechanical . They did not break it down to her as to why why she needed it or how much it would cost or anything like that . My wife goes to pay and her bill is over 600.00 and she was expecting it to be around 120 as it always is because she never said anything to them about wanting them to even do it because they gave very little detail . So she was shocked and told the lady that she isn’t paying for all that because there was nothing really agreed upon since she didn’t even know what they were saying . So the lady at the desk apologized to her and stated that “it was her fault because she should have gave her more info behind all of that knowing that my wife was confused from the beginning but still pursued to do the “work” anyways . The lady then offered a discount which was only like 10% and it put our bill at 568.00. I personally called the lady and confronted them about the very unprofessional situation and she stated it was her fault but ford does recommend to have that done at that mileage interval , I stated to her that it’s fine to recommend but she should have made sure they were both on same page. She knew she was wrong cause why else would you “offer and a discount” and yet such a small one at that. Our AC blows super cold and fuel system was fine as we still retained the same fuel mileage and had no signs of fuel issues. I told her if it’s broke then why fix it. I tried reaching out to managers about this twice and I get no response or call back. You all may can fool other people with no knowledge to vehicles but you won’t get over on me with or my wife since yall took good advantage of her as most mechanic shops do to almost all women. I have bought two new vehicles from yall and even recommended to several people to buy from there and they have. If I can’t get the same good service from one department to the other at the same place, then I will never recommend banner to anyone else and at this point I’ll take all my business and money else where .

Was lied to about the price of an alignment I was told it was 49 plus Tax after they had replaced a couple of recalls well I guess they're going to get their money any way they can . I would have never paid agreed to pay $165 for a front end alignment that is ridiculous when I could have got it for 69.00 in Oak Grove never again will I nor my family and spend another dime here whether it be parts, labor or buying a vehicle at this place I warned everybody not to come here.

Took my truck here after Take5 Oil destroyed the engine to my truck while trying to perform a simple oil change. I sent it to the dealership because I expected them to know what they're doing and help me with the insurance process. After a couple weeks they replaced my engine with a new one and charged me $2,000 so more than the amount that the insurance company was willing to pay. The service agent, who was fired before I had my truck back, assured me she would talk to her service manager, who was also fired before I got my truck back, and make sure I only pay the amount the insurance company gives me. She lied, and did not inform me that I would be paying the full amount till I was there, telling me "the only way you can get your truck out is by paying the rest of the money." She ended up getting me to sign up for a $2,000 loan from Sunbit within 20 minutes of me coming to pick up my truck finally. I pay the money, drive away with my truck, and the first time I take it on the interstate, it won't go over 50. Take it back to Ford. 3 months later they discover that my turbos were destroyed during the failed oil change of Take 5 as well. 3 months. Now I can't get the insurance company to pay because it's been to long and the only way to get them to pay is through a time consuming legal process, and what does ford do? They have their new service manager from headquarters, whose taking things over to "fix things" call my dad and threaten to have him arrested if he doesn't return the loaner truck they had lended us immediately. (The truck is in my dad's name). Finally we end up paying a discounted amount to get my truck out. Terrible experience, run.

The complex itself was very clean and well taken care of, not only that but this was by far the best service I've had with purchasing a new vehicle. If you plan on going here I absolutely recommend asking for Shea, by far the nicest guy I've met in salesmanship and the reason I drove off with a new car that day!

Just disappointing. Had to wait for a sales person after the one we came to see went to store/ had another customer was what I was told. Truck was gross and stinky inside once we did get to look at it. Beat to hell and back. Tires dry rotted. I fell getting out of the truck and not one person asked if I was okay. Guy told me it was cleaned and it’s insulting to lie to my face when it obviously wasn’t cleaned and had toe nail clipping in floor. Plus dirt everywhere. Wasn’t looking for a expensive truck but even the cheaper vehicles should be cleaned.

They don't even know what's on their lot. Half the cars shown online as being at this location are at their other site in Mandeville, La. And they dont know themselves whats there. Edit: to clarify, we went inside with website pulled up on my phone. We showed the salesman the truck and the inventory number. He had us walk around in the heat for several minutes with my 5 yr old while he looked for it and then came to the conclusion that it wasnt there.

Was looking for a new truck for my dad, ended up getting assistance from salesman named Shae Wood. He was very helpful and I didn't feel like I was being excessivley pressured into anything I didn't want. Probably best car buying experience I've had. He called and checked in on us later after the sale as well. Great customer service.

Where do I start????? The first visit to Banner was related to the transmission and had to replace the torque converter and all was good with this transaction. Well I took my ride to have the oil changed at local business about 2 weeks after the torque converter was replace. Once on the rack the mechanic took me to look at what he had found, and on the trans cooling line was a pair of Snap On hose clamp. OK!!!!!!! So I brought it back to Banner and they said it should not hurt the trans!!!!!! So now lets fast forward to the monitors. May 24, 2023 is when I dropped of the Expedition again to have some issues resolved and most of the issues where fixed, but they stated the monitors where fixed, but they wasn't. Took back the ride in Aug for the monitors and more excuses. I was told that they didn't know what the problem was and had to bring it back at a later time. WHY? If you can't fixed it now, how is later going to help??? I called Ford Customer Service and that's a joke too. They did reach out to Banner Ford and they called and told me to schedule an appointment. So I decided to take it to another dealership and they looked at it and replaced a cable and found something broke in the monitors and they refused to work on it any further and told me to take it back to Banner. So I do take it back once the kids are out of school and for 3 weeks they are no closer to finding an answer. They say they can't work on it because of the software hack, but what about the 2 weeks before the hack? The quality of work from Banner is substandard and I have spoke to the Service manager Aaron Davenport and said he would make it right, but I am still waiting on that to HAPPEN. I have a few pictures from the dealership that refuse to work on it and some parts don't look new, but not sure what was replaced, but I am going to reach out the Attorney Generals Office to see if they can help.

I dont ever leave bad reviews, but If i could leave zero stars i would. The sales department at Banner is good, but God forbid you need something from the service department. We bought a brand new car from them 3 weeks ago, and my wife had an accident in it after owning for 5 days. literally cant get anyone to call me back and give any updates other than them calling my wife (when i am the one who has called and left voicemails) and basically telling her they are still waiting on parts. Ive actually called other ford dealerships and they tell me they can have the parts in 4 days... we are going on 2 weeks with no parts. I cant even get the service manager to call me back. i have never in my life experienced service so bad. even if all they have is bad news they could at least return a phone call or keep us somewhat updated, or try to go a little above and beyond to get things done. Bottom line, Banner Ford is good at taking your money, but terrible on anything after the sale.

I normally don’t make posts like this, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I brought a vehicle to Banner Ford of Monroe today for a simple programming, and instead of just fixing the issue, it’s reprogrammed BUT the motor was locked up while in their care. Was charged over $200 on top of it.. Unfortunately, I was given no clear explanation and no accountability was taken. I want others to be aware of this situation so they can make informed choices about where they take their vehicles for service. Please keep in mind vehicles turned over before if had got brought there. The customer service is absolutely unprofessional and neither the service writer nor the service manager want to answer anymore. Beware who you bring your stuff to. The dealership is denying responsibility, but the issue happened during their work. I very much don’t appreciate how i’ve been treated. The coolant was full when i brought it in as well but got it back empty ?? my lawyer will love this .

Recently bought a Honda pilot here. The sales person, Cody, was absolutely fantastic. I was pretty up front and honest about what we needed and he was honest about prices and will to deal. Was by far the best experience I’ve had buying a car!
