The attendance that run the place are very rude and nasty temper toward me. Our use the dog wash quite often which I spend about $70 per trip they have turned off the soap dispenser in the machine took my money and they would not replace it. The manager I dealt with he had a very nasty attitude. Now every time I go up to check and see if it is working there is still no soap in the dispenser. I asked him to turn it on he refuses. Please do something about this, as I am a breeder and I do use the washer often. Not only that when I go onto the car wash part it is usually filthy with mud, people throw debris out of their car into the bays. They do not do anything to clean up out there. Thank you

High pressure soap didn't work. High pressure rinse didn't work. The dryer/blower didn't work. I brought it to the attention of the attendant. He told me to move to another bay. I asked about my $5 lost. He refused to credit $5 on the new bay and he refused a refund. BTW-He never closed the bay so I'm sure others were ripped off also.

Great vacuums as long as you use the ones in the front of the wash which are always taken. The wash itself is a joke. The last two times I have been there I've had to come home and clean my windows again from the residue left on them and the tire shine onlys covered about a third of the tire. Don't waste your money.

One of your employees was recording us as we were cleaning out two of our vehicles, blamed us for “leaving boxes of trash” there when it was our first time there. Talked to us with the ugliest attitude so we left & didn’t finish cleaning the cars, because he made us feel uncomfortable since he watched us the entire time we were there. Wouldn’t be complaining if he would of been nice about it and not stood there & recorded us and my underage daughter.

Last year I could get a regular wash with wheel wash and wax for about $9.00. Yesterday same thing was $12.00. With wax added price is $16.00....seriously?? Also the wash did not do a very good job. The front grill was not cleaned very well either. IMO none of the wash selections should be no more than $10.00. Also, the vacuums do not have strong suction... they never have had strong suction. I have been using this carwash for over 10 years now. Guess I'll wash my car at home myself from now on. They are going to price themselves out of business!

Very nice dog wash station. However, it needs a door. If a dog takes off from the wash station, Jesse Jewel is right out front , could get hit by a car or by a car in the actual car wash lot. Sign said no change ! $3 for 5 minutes so if you don’t have correct change and don’t see that little note you lost some cash. I almost put in a $20 . Some coins are kept or kept falling back out, but not registered so dropped an extra $1 in change for it to finally work. Spent $4.50 instead of the $3 charge. Tried calling, voicemails full. Dryer blows cold air but water is too hot for a dog bath other than that I’ll go back a lot if it gets fixed.

It's a car wash. It has DIY bays and an automatic, as well as vacuums, but they aren't free unfortunately. It's a standard options car wash, you have the $8, $12, $16, plus options blah blah blah auto washes. I assume the DIY bays are reasonably priced cause they were packed with people waiting. Got most of my car clean but missed the roof and trunk, but they let me go back through a second time and hand scrubbed it hard beforehand. My car is clean, but it took 2 tries. They will honor the "it should be clean after this" rule, so points to them for that. One star off for not having a free vacuum after a $16 car wash. Come on.

This used to be my favorite car wash ,I've been coming here for years. today I had a man aggressively wrench my car rug that I had accidentally got stuck in the rug cleaner out of it and fling it away from us on to the pavement. He was constantly coming around and staring at me, stalking almost. watching every move I made with the most horrible , meanest, look on his face. the customer who was in the parking spot beside of me told me that that man sure "had it out for me " and he couldn't keep from glaring at me. another guy who was there vacuuming out his car did not feel safe leaving me there by myself with the way that man was acting .. he actually took his time washing his car, and made sure that I washed my car and left before him ..so it was not just myself that saw this others did too and I did nothing to this man all I did was show up like I always do to clean my car I did not feel safe I felt very threatened and I felt very vulnerable this man does not know how to approach females And he does not need to be working around them at all

Nice car wash, friendly helpful staff, and they have enough vacuum spots so you never have to wait. I go there at least once a day for a wash as I thought they did so good I got a membership.

The free vacuums are great. All the bays for the wash are always good. I have never had any problems while using this place except for waiting for a bay to open up on the weekends. It's never to long of a what though.

The vacuum broke and when I was cleaning my car out some man that works there said that was enough. I said," Excuse me what do you mean?" He told me me that , that was enough trash I was throwing away. Now mind you it wasn't like bags full of trash just a few water bottles and papers that got thrown in the car. I said what ever and had my music playing as well not loud like another customer had and told me to turn mine off but doesn't say anything to the other person. I'll never come back here again . So rude and I mean this place was meant for me to clean my car but apparently I'm not allowed to.

I visited this business today (01/14/2017) was utterly disappointed when I drove off a felt my truck tires rolling bumpy. I stopped in a shopping center parking lot to find that my right back tire was flat. I called for help and the tow truck guy asked what happened, and I said, it must have happened at the car wash because that’s the only place I’ve been to since leaving home. I spent about an hour cleaning out my truck and going through their wash (Today being a nice day there were a lot of people washing their cars too). The lines were long, but steadily moving. The PROBLEM that I have is when I went back to discuss my concern with the owner (at least he claimed his family owns the car wash). He did not allow me to complete my claim before rudely interrupting me with there is NO way the drive through car wash could have flat my tire! Wow, was he saying that I was lying? Then he proceeds to say if you went to Wal-mart, would you say they had something to do with your flatting tire! First of all, as a business owner you should listen to your patron who patronize your business, and secondly, I did not go to Wal-mart to have my car wash! I can say DO NOT patronize this business because they have poor customer service. I would have had to buy a new tire one way or another, but when I pay to have a service done, and it cost more than I asked for, then that’s a problem! Moreover, having to deal with an insult to my intelligence too was the main reason I cannot spend my money with this business in the future. Yes, I had to buy a new tire, but it's all good. They actually deserve a "Zero," there wasn't an option for it!

Im here right now and aggravated on how their their two “shampoo&vacuums” in the center when you come in don’t work. They both took my money. At least put “OUT OF SERVICE”. It is what it is

I really like washing my car! Well, I like washing the OUTSIDE of my car, the inside not so much... Getting into all the little crevices with a vacuum cleaner sort of wears me out. I know if I wash the car myself at a place like Bamboo Express, I'm going to do a more thorough job then just running it through an automated car wash. The system here is simple, you can use cash or a credit card. You scan your credit card and for $5 you get 10 minutes of car washing. You can add more time at the cost of $2 for an additional 4 minutes. Once you pay, there are an assortment of wash options you can select from a wall panel and there are various brushes guns and other things you can use to clean your car. I feel like the price was good. The water pressure was great! I was washing a 13-year-old SUV that's been sitting outdoors for most of its life and it needed some serious TLC. Love the foaming brush, high pressure soap, high pressure sprayer, tire cleaner and tire shine...not quite sure what the bug wash did but I tried it out too. I really like the smell of the pink foam that comes out of the foaming brush! I was a little frustrated at one point because I put in extra money to use the high pressure air dryer at the end of my service and then discovered the air dryer in my car wash was not functioning. After giving the outside of my car a thorough scrubbing and wax, I pulled forward where they have many bays where you can vacuum out your vehicle. This service is free which is much appreciated! There are also trash cans if you have bigger things you need to toss out of your car. The industrial vacuum tubes had great suction and cleaned a variety of crazy stuff out of my ancient vehicle. It's nice to have a drive-thru car wash when you're in a hurry, but having a place like this to get the nitty gritty off your vehicle is really a pleasure!

The only self serve car wash open in North Georgia on a freezing day. Literally went to 10 car washes before going here. We drove from Helen. Worth the drive. Plan on waiting in a line for self wash, but you can take your time when you get your turn. No pressure to hurry. They have everything you need.

Great car wash with affordable monthly plans. I'm meticulous about the cleanliness of my truck and this gives me a chance to keep up with it at on a budget. They have towels, vacuums, window cleaner, and air guns included. Thanks for helping me keep it clean guys.

The self service portion of this place is honestly the best within a 20 mile radius. They take card, everything has worked every time i’ve been, and they have every option of wash available from tire cleaner to bug off to blow drier. the soaps aren’t too heavily watered down like other places and each one is unique. give it a go and you’ll see what i mean.

I would give it a complete waste of time if zero stars were an option. I even used the foam brush and my car really was not that dirty but it's white and you can see everything. After using the car wash it is maybe worse than it was before going because now you can see the lines from the nasty foam brush. I am 100% positive it did not remove a single piece of dirt that was stuck on my car before arriving.
