Steve, the owner, is on top of things. He is easy to reach and is punctual. He arrived when he said he would and did the work exactly as promised. We have a 38' 2007 motor home. When Steve was done with our RV it looked like new. He arrived in a self-contained vehicle, with water, wax, buffers, everything he needed to do a through job. When completed the paint was nice and shiny, the headlamp lens were buffed and were as clear as brand new. The drivers side mirror housing that gets the hot afternoon sun was buffed out and looked brand new as well. We could not be happier. AZ Quality Detail will be our go to RV care provider.

Normally I handle the polishing and waxing myself but I have neglected the unit for too long and have been too busy. Time to call in the professionals. This team was working on the RV next door and I approached them for a quote. Our trailer is 44' long and has the decals removed. The decals were ghosting pretty bad so the entire unit needed to be cut, polished and waxed... a really big job. They quoted me a fair, not cheap, price. Took the better part of 5 hours to accomplish but the unit came out really good. To my surprise they washed everything first, including the roof, and then got to work cutting, polishing and sanding. Our unit has the filon exterior which is a thin fiberglass like surface. Care needs to be taken as the surface is thin and can be easily damaged. They did a good job and earned their pay. I can recommend them with confidence.

I live in Iowa and am a snowbird to Arizona during the winter months - I have called on Arizona Detailing for Washing , Waxing and Buffing my RV for the last few years now. I am so confident on the quality of work - I do this even prior to my arrival the 1st of November before I arrive. I would highly recommend that if this is a job you need completed at any time - do not hesitate to call them. Highly skilled and work always at perfection in the job as if what they are detailing belongs to the personally. On-time , friendly service- you can bet they stand behind. Great people.

I called AZ Quality Detail to have an interior cleaning of my wife's car done. I spoke with Steve who was able to get us on the schedule within 2 days! They sent our Jerry who spend a good amount of time cleaning the interior of the car as well as giving the exterior a full body wash and wax. From start to finish we got A+ service. Communication was awesome as they let us know when to expect them, called upon arrival, and let us know what we needed to do after cleaning was complete. AZ Quality Detail did an immaculate job, especially for the condition the interior was in because of our lovely children LOL! I didn't take any before pictures, but like I said it was in VERY rough condition. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

We have used Steve in the past and had good results. So when we got our new to us 5th wheel, we decided to use him again. The results were very disappointing. There were swirl marks all over the camper as well as wax residue all over the trim. We arranged for him to come out and go over it. The results of the second time were even more disappointing. For $1000 I expected to have had the wax residue cleaned up. When my wife got in touch with him he was polite, but extremely condescending and basically said we are on our own.
