Manager was cool. Ethan, on the other hand… not so much. I drove 55 minutes to this AutoZone after confirming online and through their in-store inventory that they had a specific oil in stock. When I arrived, I couldn’t find it on the shelf, so I asked Ethan if they had any in the back. He flat out told me, “That’s all we have, nothing in the back.” Something didn’t sit right, so I called the manager. Lo and behold, they DID have it in the back. So what’s the deal? Either Ethan didn’t want to help, or he had no idea how to do his job. Either way, this kind of lazy, dismissive service is unacceptable, especially when customers are driving long distances and trusting your inventory system. AutoZone, please train your employees better. A little customer care goes a long way. This experience was honestly infuriating, and it raised my blood pressure for no reason.

I came in to the store needing help with my car battery. Their store rep Caden not only helped with my needs but also informed me of my battery leaking. He also quoted me a much better price on a new battery through AutoZone than the price I received through Walmart. I would strongly encourage anyone to visit this store if you're in need of any automotive assistance. They're outstanding and provide great customer care.

Update: Tuesday January 13, 2026. I like this Autozone, it is a newer and fully stocked store. I went there to buy a PCV valve. Yes.... I went to the cooler to buy a diet coke. And YES.....they were expired.... not recently expired.... I'm talking October 2025 expired. I will stlll get my auto parts from this store but the manager and staff need to be more attentive.....especially when it comes to foodstuff. Not about the auto parts.....it's about their drink display. A month ago I bought an alternator and wanted a diet coke....they were all expired. I told the cashier and he assured me he'd let the manager know. The next day I went to get a serpentine belt that I'd forgotten..... yep....the expired diet cokes were still there. I told the manager and he removed them from the display....saying he'd take care of it. A few days ago I went to get some parts....and ....lo and behold all the diet cokes were expired...... I let an employee know...once again....and I left hoping the third time is a charm.

Front desk person was obviously in a bad mood and taking it out on customers. Acted put out that we were asking questions. Poor service and overall negative experience. Corporate should take a serious look at this store. Will not return to this location.

Employees here are wicked helpful. Gourdon I believe his name is was very helpful, anyway I ordered a trans pan from them and put the pan on to find out it had the wrong washer for the bolt that comes with the pan. being that I was pretty upset Gourdon took initiative and helped me out free of charge, no up selling no arguing just straight up listened to me and the problems I was having and didn't hesitate to help. Definitely will be going here again for my parts.

Had a super fun dead battery surprise today when I got off work but after a jump from a friend I went by the AutoZone on University and they were able to test it and swap in a new battery for me. But my review isn't about that (although that is an excellent service!) its about the two young men who helped me. If I had remembered to catch their names I would have called and told their manager how great they were, but since I didn't I figured I would post here. They were both so friendly and helpful, and in addition to the battery they also really cheered me up a lot when I was fairly anxious. I had to wait for a very short time and one of them even got me a chair from the back so I could rest in the a/c (I am disabled so this was a very big deal to me).

Stopped in to get a code checked out and a battery replaced in our f350. Johnny H was extremely friendly and helpful with a ton of knowledge on diesel trucks. We were extremely happy with our service. He was able to let us know that the codes that our truck was throwing were due to lack of battery power. Got the battery replaced and codes cleared and made a buddy in the process!!

Came here this morning ! My battery had died on me so I stopped by to get my battery tested and my check engine light tested. The staff was amazing and very helpful. I had some corrosion on my battery that was the main cause of my issues. One of the workers helped cleaned it off and reset my check engine light. My battery is as good as new now. Thank you to the lovely gentleman with the eyepatch who helped me ! I will come here always.

A couple of days into the big winter storm, and my car found itself with a drained my battery. My car did not start, and I thought I was going to be without a moving car for a bit. I was able to use some jump cables to bring it back to life so naturally, I went to AutoZone to get a replacement. This is where my boy Reggie comes to the rescue. It's around 10:15 PM and rather frosty outside. He told me that he couldn't change the battery at the moment and we would have to wait until the morning... I explained the situation and upon inspecting the car's battery, he told me he would give it a shot. I purchased the battery and he went to work changing it out. I was quite impressed with not only his expertise, but his work ethic as well as his personable demeanor. He's an incredible employee and AutoZone is rather lucky to have such a devoted employee who's willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Reggie, if you reading this, thank you so much. You made my life in that moment that much more simpler, and for that, I'm truly grateful. -DGCIII
