Terrible place. Lack of knowledge I asked for an air filter for my car, and i was given the wrong one. In 30 minutes later, I went back to return it, and they asked many questions, even for a receipt. Noe days every body is "paperless" and he knew I had just bought it and he didn't give me a receipt.. Stupid people, don't trust them. Ie will be better to look at the book before purchase and ask for a print receipt

Mark and Rice are outstanding gentlemen they helped me with exactly what I needed. We ran into a few problems and they took the time to figure out exactly what needed to be done to handle the situation. If I owned my own business those are the kind of guys I would want working with my team thank you AutoZone. I will no longer be going to the AutoZone on A st anymore.

Had issues with my headlights and didn't know if I needed to replace the assembly and the lens on my 2010 Pilot was fogged over. Aaron was energetic, customer oriented, and replaced the Running Light Bulb and advised how to clean the lens. He was cheerful, informational, and professional. Thanks Aaron!

Davon at Automotive Antioch location was AWESOME !! My first time getting my new battery installed. Ran into a couple issues with how the battery was placed and he didn’t leave me hanging he made sure I got out with my new battery installed correctly and efficiently. Saved my car and my time. Whoever is the store manager here should get fired. The two times I've been here last month, the store closed early because of employees quitting. It was a huge inconvenience and I couldn't get the parts I needed. I also went to buy a battery and noticed that there were only 2 employees working. They looked stressed, overworked, and were rushing to get through the long line of customers. This is not the first time I see them understaffed and I come here once every few months. Sometimes there's only one employee. Management - get your act together. How can you let you allow your employees to work in these conditions? This is not leadership. You have a big "now hiring sign" on your door so why aren't you hiring more people? This incompetence not only affects their well being, but also impacts customer satisfaction as well. I had to wait longer because managementwion't do their job and hire more people. I will be having a talk with corporate about this too. Absurd.

So I went to a big box store to have my oil changed and my battery looked at I knew my battery was bad but they told me it was good and told me if I wanted a second opinion to go to autozone.. coming to my local AutoZone just a couple miles down the road I walked in and was immediately greeted by Mark working behind the sales counter. Told him my situation he grabbed his tester went out immediately spotted my battery had an issue even though I questioned it he tested it again and still came out bad. I told him the type a battery I was looking at and he offered something very comparable and got an upsell out of me I think it's going to be a perfect match.. he got the old battery out got the new battery in way quicker than I expected I appreciate this old school sense of customer service thank you Mark and AutoZone

Writing a review on service I experienced today at Autozone @ 4036 Lonetree Way in Antioch, CA. I came in this morning @ 11 am needing to replace the battery in my Yukon XL Denali and I was in a hurry! Christopher A., the Parts Sales Manager greeted me, identified the type of battery I needed and swapped the battery out with a new one all in 10 minutes (not kidding!). He was so helpful, kind, professional and knowledgeable - he took charge of the situation and like I said, I was out the door in 10 minutes. I will always bring my business back to this particular store because of the outstanding service I received! Thank you again Christopher, I really appreciate the kind of manager that takes pride in his work and care of it's customers - this is how it should be but it isn't that common anymore these days!! You're the best at what you do and I appreciate everything you did for me today! John

There are not enough words to say how Keri helped me out. She went so far out of her way to change the battery in my 4runner when my wife unexpectedly delivery our baby sooner than we had planned! Keri came to the hospital and change our battery right there in the stork parking!! I do not know what we would have done. I was in tears for the amount of stress lifted from my back. This will always be a story attached to the birth of our son. Keri, I will never forget! Thank you, thank you, thank you. And I will always be an AutoZone customer. 😄😄

The store manager, Jesse, does an EXCELLENT job. I went in without a receipt for an exchange of wiper blades, she found my transaction, recommended something that worked, and helped me put them on my car! She was calm and helpful with her assistants, dealt with issues of the store transaction electronics, was helping another customer in the parking lot with his battery when I left. Please give her a raise!

Phenomenal team at this store! Went in for an ignition coil replacement and spark plugs and the front desk team were amazing in not only helping me find the right ones, but also installing them and showing me what to do in the future. Everytime we’ve been to this store we get excellent customer service. I should have left a review before so apologies to other staff than should have been recognized but I don’t have there names. This particular day Pattie and Eathen went above and beyond. I had to go to another parts store for a battery because it was on warranty. I hadn’t purchased the bad one there it was in the car when purchased. Well I just thought they would help me removing the old and putting in the new. Nope. They said they couldn’t do it. Called AAA who had sent out tow truck to jump our car..Nope. Called the towing company Nope. I felt awkward calling AutoZone because we hadn’t purchased there. Pattie was so extremely nice and didn’t hesitate to have us to go in to see what they could do. Long story short Eathen checked our car and the other store gave us the Wrong type of battery!! We ended up getting the AutoZone battery and Eathen installed. They made a very bad morning into a great afternoon! Kudos to this store!!
