I went in and a kind slightly older gentleman helped me find the bulbs I needed for my headlights and then installed them for me! It took like 20 minutes in total, and was reasonably priced. He also gave me a recommendation on how to clean the headlights without breaking the bank! This is the best experience I've ever with an auto zone so I definitely recommend going to this one!

Go to a different location. Staff blatantly ignore you and refuse to even acknowledge you if you need assistance, based on multiple consistent experiences here. I'm unsure whether they're just rude in general, or if it's because I'm a woman, but higher ups should take notice of this location. I will drive out of my way to another store (plenty of options in the immediate area including other Auto Zones specifically where the staff are actually super friendly) from now on to never have to go here again.

Awesome Experience. Had severe erosion on my battery that was not dealt with by the car dealership during my last oil change. Rick R was able to have all of the erosion removed from the battery terminal and installed a new battery without any issue. Many thanks to Rick R for his hard work!

Stopped at another auto store where they advertise free installation .... however because my battery was under the seat they wouldn’t touch it. I went in for some wiper blades and had some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Pablo was friendly and quite knowledgeable. I don’t know much about the particulars of wiper blades but he was there to help me out. He recommended a brand based on what I told him of my budget, a rain repellent wipe for the windshield, and he even installed the wipers for me. I also want to thank Seth for his excellent customer service as well. I’ll be back here for my automotive needs. Thanks guys!

I just got started to take care of my car again! I Just got started taking care of my car again and I am completely lost! There was three employees , and they all helped me learn everything again! !!! They help me purchase good oils for my car. Break fluid , radiator fluid , engine fluid and gas fluid to keep my car healthy🤪🫣🫢😋! I also bought new windshield wipers. One of the employees put on my whensheldwipers! I tried my new windshield wipers, driving down the road and it was amazing, How bad my old ones were these are crazy , awesome windshield wipers!!!! Another employee showed Me where all the different fluids were in my engine!! He took the time and even drew a little picture of exactly where my fluids go and the names to put my fluids in. I was so stressed. I was so stressed out when I showed up at autozone ! I left laughed, smiling and giggling and confident to take care of my car myself now!!!! And that was due to all 3 employees who went Out other way to help me.!!! I give them a five star autozone , because of those three men! I'm 56, and i'm starting all over again! I want to give a big shout out to all of the 3 men who help me. Thank you for all of your help! I will never forget the 3 of you!!!!!!
