I called the store at 8:34 saying as soon as my daughter got off of work, I would come to the store and I’ll be in there the last few minutes before 9 o’clock they looked up the battery for me online said that they had it I said I just need to test the one I have and buy the one that they have in the store that I would only be in there for a few minutes Understand I would come right before close. I got to the store at 8:57 PM and the door was locked. I could not enter When the man came to the door at 9:03 he said that they’re closed. I said yes, sir but you closed before 857. If you had told me you were gonna do that I could go to a different auto parts store that stays open till nine, but I was guaranteed that y’all knew I was coming and I got here before nine There was two other young men here that knew somebody that worked inside the store. They called his personal phone to come to the door. I am I said is it typical that your store doesn’t honor at 9 o’clock close? He said that I was working on the back on the computer and they were closed down when you got here three minutes before nine. I said well I told you guys I would be here. I got here before nine. You should’ve told me you weren’t gonna honor my arrival because I could’ve gone to a different auto parts store that would’ve stayed open

Richard N from this auto zone was super helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the type of wiper blades my Ford needed. He explained everything and helped install them. It is very hard these days to find people so passionate about their job but Richard is one of those guys. Keep it up!

Walked in and two guys working behind the counter talking to each other never once looked up to acknowledge my existence in the store. I looked around for the product I intended to buy, but was not able to find it. Phone rang twice while I was in there and the two workers didn’t hesitate to answer yet still ignored existence in the store. Finally, I walked out right pass them and still nothing. Not sure if this is because they don’t care to do business with those that don’t look like them, but it sure sends a LOUD message when one chooses to answer the phone and ignore the customer in the store ready to buy. Get your business in order!!!!!!

She came out, looked at my car, helped me find the information for the back tail light I’d need fixed, showed me how to order it, how to install it and offered to help install it if I needed any help when it came in. My wife’s car battery died and left her stranded. She got some help to get it started and took it to auto zone at 1535 Florida Ave. they told her they would sell her a battery but they “didn’t have time” to install it. This was before 6pm.. I told her bring it home and I would take care of it. I took it to auto zone at 6925 hwy 98 ( just a few miles away) and Josh was happy to care of it for me. Auto zone almost lost a customer today
