Horrible service with no body answering the phone and lines out the door. Workers leaving to go home/lunch, when there's a ton of people in the store but they don't care.

The store is fully stocked. They only let 6 People with masks on in the store at any time. This is stupid but it is what it is. They are just complying with the Monterey county health department Communist rules.

My Malibu's lowlights blew out! O no! Fortunately, AutoZone is right across the street. Their professionals gave me sound advice and we're able to locate a part I needed to get my lights repaired. The part was set to our local store for next day pick up. I had a very pleasant experience at AutoZone. If you want to get it done right oh, and you don't know anything about cars really, go to AutoZone. They know a lot!

Once again... Auto Zone came through in the clutch! Needed spark plugs, bought em and installed them but car still was throwing a missed cylinder code.. was short on cash and needed the ignition coil. Without me asking, Josh the manager hooked me up with a discount (10%) so u could afford the part. Both Josh (the worker who looked up the item) and Josh the manager were kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely love my local autozone and others near and far.

Called and asked for jumping cables, and was told they had some for me to borrow. Once I get there a guy who had already declined my spouse to borrow some, tells me someone took the only pair they had and never brought them back since the other day and they supposedly never brought them back. That’s not right!!! They shouldn’t have to lie and say that and have people waste their time. I literally had to walk 1hr to get there and back to the car in the heat.. that’s bs that they always lie……

I came in because my car wasn't turning on. Junior offered to check battery and it tested bad. He took me into the store and showed me the prices and options offered. Once I bought it, he even installed in within a few minutes. This store in general has great customer service.

Maria the manager is rude. I walked in last Monday from some threadlock and she was following me around the store as if i was stealing or some thug. Not the way customers are supposed to be treated.

My car battery died while I was at the nearby Circle K. So I walked to AutoZone to buy a battery charger and ask for help, but the person in front, I think he goes by jr, offered to help by jump-starting my car with his jump box. He saved me a lot of money; imagine if I had called someone for a jump start. I offered to tip him, but he refused, saying he was just happy to help. Excellent service. Thank you!

This is one of the best Autozone stores. It is always clean and you find what you need most of the time. If they don’t have the part you are looking for, they will order at no extra charge. Most of the parts and tools have warranty which is why I like this store.

I stopped by AutoZone to grab oil for my car, and the experience was honestly great. I wasn’t totally sure what kind to get, but one of the employees helped me figure it out right away. She even made sure I had the right filter and explained how much oil my car takes. She also mentioned an air filter deal, which came in clutch because mine was so neglected and dirty. The store was clean, organized, and everyone was super friendly. Definitely coming back here for my next oil change supplies!

Thank you for helping with my favorite help y'all did a long time ago which was dealing with my check engine light that saved me thousands and got me spent only hundreds with parts you guys had that I needed.
