I showed the guy the Auto Zone web page of the item I was there to get. He said, "Aisle 3." I asked."Left or right side." He said, "I don't know." I found the item. The online price showed the price of $15, but the shelf tag said the item cost $95. I went back to the same guy and mentioned the issue. He walked to the item and took one to the register and scanned it and said, "That will be $17....", that included the sales tax. He never spoke to me in any fashion that indicated he wanted to be there. I'm sorry if I was a bother to him. He needs to have more training in how to engage customers.

Great customer service I thought my starter gave out on me but the employee tested the car and found out it was the battery he changed the battery in less than 10 minutes I believe his name was Micheal great service will come back again xx

It’s a good place with good people working. A worker named Johnny helped me with picking a battery and installed it for me without any inconvenience. He was very nice, helpful, and comfortable to talk to. Pricing is very well and staff is very friendly and easy to talk to.

I have never met a good manager like Johnny V. He goes above and beyond customer service. He even helps out when he doesn't know some things but he still does his best to figure it out and help you out in every which way. Keep up the good work!

Horrible experience, workers don’t want to work at all? Went for 1 item, took me 30 minutes for me to check out! They had 4 employees only 1 was running the cash register Should really consider bringing back self checkout!
