Very sad to say, but seems like customer service has really declined in the past few months. Last few visits have been worse than the last, waited a while to post a review hoping that the staff would've improved, but sadly they have not. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

I've been going to Autozone locations for decades. First time one has ever made me feel like a criminal. Great work guys! I won't be returning unless reassured basic customer service training has been completed with the whole staff. Worst part is the manager was part of the conversation and let the employee execute this type of service. Just disgraceful, at least there are 2 other auto part stores at the same intersection to do business at.

David Sierra is the best! he went above and beyond 08/07/22. He came to the side of the hwy to help jump my car and get it to the store and replaced the battery. He is an asset to the company for sure!

They were great! I don't think I've ever been to another auto parts store (other than advance in okc) that was so unbelievably helpful!!! I had a vacuum leak in my expedition and was having a slightly hard time finding out what all I might need to narrow it down to certain things it might be and fixing it. They listened to what I told them and provided very good advise on what to check! Anyways between all of them and my bf and YouTube I figured it out and got it fixed!!! It runs beautifully now so I appreciate all the help they gave me (well theirs and my hubby's/youtube too that is). I will be eternally grateful on how much easier it ended up being than people described.

The staff here are knowledgeable, friendly, and always look out for you.. I live in autoparts stores and this one is worth the drive if you have a choice. They are always fully staffed too, so very little wait.

I bought a water pump at AutoZone About 6,- 7 months ago and it's already bad, it should last longer than that it has a year warranty on it I believe, but I don't have the receipt or the box for it so I'm screwed right 👍

I go to this AutoZone because it's near my apartment. Admittedly, I know very little about cars in general. But whenever my car has broken down (07 Prius) which has happened about 3 times in the last few years, Ive managed to fix the issue myself, after spending many hours researching it online, and running diagnostic scans with the car connected to my computer and utilizing a Toyota specific application called Tech Stream. Most recently, my car started misfiring, so I've had to make several trips to AutoZone to buy parts. Every time I have gone there, the workers have all been friendly, and more than willing to help me answer questions about my situations and the parts I needed. Most importantly, even though my questions were probably very basic in nature to them, they never once made me feel dumb or embarrassed by asking them. In fact, it was the opposite. One person in particular, who may be the manager (I wish I would've asked him his name, but he has black hair and didn't wear the regular staff shirt, like everyone else), really went above and beyond, and is pretty much the reason why I'm taking the time to write this review. Whenever I came in and asked him questions, he always knew exactly what i was talking about, and showed me the parts I needed to complete the work. He was also an excellent resource and really helped to let me know if I was going in the right direction, in terms of approach to fixing the issue. His friendliness, wealth of knowledge, and willingness to help out really made an impression on me. It's rare to find a store that does customer service as well as this AutoZone does, to the point where a person with obvious knowledge gaps like myself, felt completely comfortable going in and asking the really dumb questions without fear of being looked down on. And even rarer to find people like this man, who do it so well, that it leaves an impression, enough to turn a shopper with no preference into a loyal customer. I've said this before, but it's people like him who really build brand loyalty, moreso than anyone in the C-suite, and really should be paid accordingly. AutoZone would be wise to really take care of this man, because if he started working for another store, I wouldn't hesitate to stop shopping there in favor of where he goes. And I'm sure I'm not the only one.

The gentleman that helped me without hesitation and led me directly to the battery I needed. When he told me the price he humored my response and also told me about the warranty. He had great customer service and reminded me that the warranty was 90 days . I'm glad I chose Auto Zone and will definitely return .

Just go to oreilys. These guys offer an ob2 reading but have no idea how to do it. Then when you ask a question they can’t answer, they come up with straight up lies. Looking at other reviews I’m not surprised at the lack of customer service.

Went to the bonforte location to get oil and a filter for a used/new to me vehicle.asked the counter guy how many quarts and what type it took.He quoted me 5 quarts.Go home,drain the oil.looked more than five quarts after I drained it.So I googled how many quarts it took and it said. 7.7 confirmed it on multiple sights.Had to hitch a ride from my neighbor to the nearest parts store which was car quest because I live out in the county a ways and wasn't expecting my neighbor to drive all the way in town.Called the location to tell them how they hung me out to dry mith bad info and asked if I could get some money back from what I spent for the inconvenience.They told sorry nothing we can do.So that will be the last time I purchased anything at a autozone

Worst part store in pueblo. You get more attitude out of most of the employees then actual help. The female employee in the morning is the worst, and definitely needs to learn customer service skills

Very poor service ordered a part and paid for it they sent it to the wrong store and then tried to make me pay for it again its a good thing I saved my recite or they would have robbed me of 25$ When I walked in to get it the same people that ordered it for me said they had no idea what I was talking about and then this last time I went in their I was just looking around like I always do at the auto parts store and I was aggressively approached by two workers asking me if I needed help obviously they were trying to see what I was upto but out of all the auto parts stores I’ve ever been in this has got to be by far the worst they need to fire that whole crew and start over if they knew what was good for them

I had a very difficult part issue that I needed assistance with. I worked with David, the manager, for about a week on it, figuring out what parts were needed and getting them ordered. David provided excellent customer service and really made a very stressful car repair issue much easier and less expensive than I thought it would be. He and his staff are very friendly and have been my go to for all my DIY car repair and maintenance needs.
