I am thrilled with the help I received from Terrance R. at the Main Street AutoZone. My power steering was getting very stiff, and my mechanic had suggested I try topping up my car's power steering fluid. Terrance assisted me in every way. He looked at the level of my fluid, then determined which product was best for my vehicle. Once I purchased it, he offered to add the fluid, while asking me to turn the steering wheel from right to left. I kept following his instructions, turning the steering wheel, and it started to move more and more freely as he added the fluid. My problem was solved! Terrance is a wonderful sales representative -- friendly, knowledgeable, reassuring and quick to offer help. It is nice to know that people like Terrance are available to assist when I have a question or a problem with my vehicle. Thank you, Terrance, for your help! Update: April 20th —- it turns out that I have a leak somewhere in the power steering reservoir or lines. While waiting for my appointment tomorrow to get it looked at and repaired, I began to have trouble with my steering once again. I therefore drove back to the same AutoZone location, and while Terrance was not at work that day, Roosevelt was. Here was another fantastic employee who came out to my vehicle with expert knowledge and a friendly desire to assist. He recommended a fluid that helps stop leakage while you wait to get the car fixed. Roosevelt was a great help, and another reason why I would gladly return to AutoZone in the future if I need help with my vehicle! Thanks for your help today, Roosevelt!

I bought some brake discs for the front and they gave me the ones that go in the back, they give you the parts that are not the ones you ordered, then I bought an oil to change the oil and filter, so I buy it, I go home and when I open the oil was not new, it was recyclable oil, I do not recommend it, I prefer to go to the one in Elmwood

i simply asked to use the bathroom after school and the lady was rude and snarky and said that i couldn’t use the bathroom and while leaving she said something rude under her breath. and as a black lady i feel discriminated

The customer service was great. I have no issues with the employees. The only issue I had was the $150 battery for a 2008 buick lacrosse. My car is 15 years old and on hospice. Why would I spend that much on a battery when my car most likely won't make it through the winter. The employees helped me out the best that they could, and also understood my side of things. I'll definitely shop there again. Hopefully, it will be in a newer car.

I Needed a tail light for my vehicle. Matt was extremely diligent with locating one after searching it in the computer, and not locating one in the store. The system said the bulb needed to be ordered, but he kept working to find out that there was one in the store. I truly appreciate his thoroughness.

Great products but overall experience was lacking, online order for store pick up of 3 items hadn’t been started after 3 hours of passing, ended up just going to the store prior to close so I could get my order. Store looked a little ran through and chaotic, the workers were nice and helpful though, but will probably choose a different AutoZone in the future

I went in for a new wipers. KAWIKA immediately offered to help me find the right blades and also offered to put them on my car. He was done in no time and friendly. It would’ve taken me probably 30 minutes or more to figure it out myself. He was done in less than a minute. Thank you so much!!!

Exemplary service was given to me on the afternoon of February 22nd 2025 by Eric, he truly went above and beyond during my first trip there, and as we all know, one trip usually doesn't do the trick, Kawika helped me on my second trip and once again I was extremely impressed with the knowledge and customer service I was provided. These gentlemen should be promoted above their peers due to their great customer service, and knowledge and efficiency. I was literally in and out both times. I will be returning solely on their performance and my confidence in their knowledge. Thank you for hiring people like them who knows what they are doing.

Every single time the website says they have an item in stock at this location, the employees working have repeatedly told me the item isn't in stock with zero effort trying to find the item. They even refuse to look up the item on their own computers to verify its out of stock. Even though i can go online and buy the item at the same location. Extremely rude, unprofessional and uninformed gen-z staff. They need to clean house and hire new people at this location. The current manager is likely the issue. Just use because its a short walk when working on my truck. Wish it was an Advanced or O'Reilly's. Much more knowledgeable staff. Dont even bother if you have either of the other 2 stores close to you.

Took my motorcycle battery there because it was empty. Forgot to mention that I said hi to the first guy there but he never replied , then I went to two others . The guy was leaning on the counter and the lady was typing . I said hi and I literally got the hand from the lady saying “give us a minute”. Anyways the next day I went to pick up the battery and he came back with a sticker on the battery that said bad. I’m lucky they didn’t had the same battery because I would have bought one. I took my old battery to the place I bought it (it’s in Blasdell, that’s why I didn’t go there from the beginning). He cleaned the poles and he said my battery is fine! I connected to my bike and it turned on like that 🫰

Terrible. I bought a headlight bulb and needed it installed. I was told that as soon as he installed a battery for this couple in front of me that I would be next. People kept pulling up and asking for help. He helped them and left me waiting. Almost an hour. I went inside to complain. He was helping customers in the store and ignored me. Finally he came over and said ok. I can help now. Took an hour and 20 minutes of waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. I am beyond missed. There is no excuse for this at all

Went this afternoon around 3:15pm. The guy who rang me up and put on the wipers was friendly and helpful. There was a black female working the counter who i had to say hello to twice. The first time she just looked at me. She kept patting her head like she had an itchy scalp. Very unfriendly and not a good look, working at the front counter
