Lack of communication. I order my part at 10am and arrived at 1pm. The guy told me he’ll call me once it arrives. Waited until 3pm to give them a call and for the 3 time they put me on hold for half hour. Walked into the store while still waiting and everyone just talking and eating in front of customers. Very unprofessional service.

I go to AutoZone often and Yadira is always a pleasure to work with. She always takes her time to ensure that I receive exactly what I need so I don’t have to make multiple trips. Sometimes this location is a little wild but employees like Yadira make it worth coming.

Been here a few times. They are often busy but staff will help you with whatever you need and if you've got an easy item (stopped in recently for a snow brush) you can often just use self-checkout as many customers don't use it.

Store employees were friendly. Came in for a backseat cover for my Elantra on 9/24/20 but the one cashier said the product (Body Glove) wouldn't fit. Well, as you can see, it fits just fine. I wish I could thank the 2 employees there properly cuz I don'tknow their names (Spanish guy with tied up hair and the lady with him) for letting me purchase with a refund guarantee if it didn't fit.

My check engine light came on, I brought it here they checked my car. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Although, they didn't have my replacement part in stock, I was able to locate one at another AutoZone location. Would recommend them to my friends.

I never met a more respectful and more helpful person then Julian this kid went above and beyond to help me get the wipers I needed and even helped me install them. As he installed them he made conversation and made it a great experience overall. I will continue to shop at this AutoZone thanks to Julian and will recommend this AutoZone to all my family and friends. Manager was very rude didn't want to help me check my check engine code because there was other people in line I waited in line for 20 minutes. He told me to go somewhere else because it's a free service and he has to help customer's first

Absolutely horrible. 20 minutes in line and never moved. Seem like a hang out for 10-15 friends that didn't work there. I let and went to advanced auto parts. No wait and very pleasant employees. Place was extremely dirty also with trash all over at entrance. Avoid at all cost.

When the manager lets other people cut the line and when you call them out on it they decide to make you look like the bad guy. Then proceed to tell you he has no problem with fighting you and use faul language! Yeah fun times! Definitely will not under any circumstances be buying anything from this location again! STAY AWAY from this place!!

The staff here is always friendly, respectful and helpful. They also have excellent bilingual staff to assist those who are Spanish speaking only. They always try to move fast and make things Easier for customers. They're open until late which is convenient for those who work 8-5pm. I recommend this place 👌

The employees look like zombies working in slow motion as if they didn't want to be at work. You can't see the energy to work and they are not friendly. Today is the third time I come for an item on different occasions and in line after waiting more than 20 minutes I put the item back where it was and go back home.

I was denied a part at this AutoZone even though their own computer showed they had two in stock. The employee who refused to help me smelled strongly of weed and treated me very differently from the other customers. The interaction felt openly discriminatory and completely unprofessional. I recommend avoiding this location altogether.

When I’m there it’s all good. Great customer service. Very helpful. But no one ever answers the phone or if you are on hold they never get back on the phone. In there defense, they are always extremely busy so.. it is what it is. But who wants to travel all the way across town for a question?
