We were on a long trip and had a cheap replacement car charger blow a fuse.. leaving us with no way to charge the phone for navigation.. the young man at the counter was very helpful. He helped my husband locate the fuse and we bought our items and were back on our way!! Thank you so much!!

This is one of those chain auto stores that the staff makes the store fantastic. Stopped in for an alternator since pep boys wanted to charge $650, they ordered one for pickup, and helped me get the belt back on the next day (I was stuck in the lot overnight). They were super nice and overall a great experience compared to most auto shops. Go here if you need stuff nearby.

Fantastic customer service! Dropped in around 7:30 on a long road trip home. It was dark and cold outside and we were left with two headlights out as well as a turn signal. A young man helped us replace all the bulbs from a Fiat 500 all in the dark parking lot. He even helped us with returns as well! I wish I got his name but he knows who he is. He went above and beyond. Saved our whole trip and even educated us on how to replace a bulb!

Yall are top tier. I came in for a set of windshield wipers and Karen set me up. Told me what to expect and kept my safety and budget in mind. This location is really lucky to have an employee like John, who is the best. The first time I had a problem with my truck, I had no idea what to do or what to expect; fortunately, he was there and knew exactly what to help. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and informed, which was a huge relief. He even gave me some pointers for the future. Thank you, John, and keep up the wonderful work.

Automotive trouble stresses me out so badly, but I was really grateful that Levi was there to help ease the burden and make sure I had the right parts for my car. Excellent customer service, even when it was close to closing for the night. I wasn't rushed or dismissed! Consider giving him a raise because that level of customer service is rare these days!

Came here on a Monday evening after jumping my car's battery. Called the store to have someone come out to check it. Chris came out and began testing. He was very informative about the current battery I had and what might be going on. I know nothing about cars and have felt that past workers in the auto industry take advantage of that, so I was fully prepared to bite the bullet and get a new battery. Chris was thorough and suggested he take it out and try to charge it with the store charger. I agreed. Not 20 minutes later he called and said unfortunately the amps on my battery were bad. He gave me my options for the new battery and installed it moments later. A sudden dead battery can be stressful but Chris at this location made it as easy as possible and ensured I had exhausted my options before committing to a new battery. I recommend him and this location for anyone in need of battery assistance!

I went there to get my car checked out. I believe his name was Joshua M. Or W? Should've wrote it down. He was amazingly helpful. Told me I should try an oil change before I do anything else. It worked. Probably save me hundreds of dollars just from the diagnostic fees. Def will be coming back. He knows his stuff. Give that man a raise. He worked on 12/2/24 around 3:30pm at store #3936

This location does not foster a team-friendly environment. While I understand that learning on the job can be challenging, it’s unacceptable for team members to abandon a colleague during a busy rush, especially when multiple customers are waiting in line. At 5:40 PM—peak hours—there were employees who could have been assisting customers instead of focusing on other tasks, yet the line remained unnecessarily long. Employees will publically bully their newer coworker instead of supporting them. The lack of teamwork, poor customer service, and overall disregard for both employees and customers make this a location I would not return to.

I had an outstanding experience thanks to Hubaib! He helped me with my timing belt kit and was incredibly professional and well-mannered throughout the process. He represented the store in such a positive light and really stood out with his excellent customer service. Not only was he on top of everything with my timing belt, but he also went above and beyond to assist me with my battery replacement. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and genuinely helpful.
