Sitting inside at the moment I have been sitting inside with my four children for the past 20 minutes. When we arrived to the store I said I was trying to get help I told the associate everytime I turn off my car it has to get jumped off to start, she said she could test the battery I said would she be able to jump the car she said she was new and I told her I will wait for someone who knows how she goes get someone this big tall girl walks to the front the girl tries to explain but she tells her to go ahead the big girl that came from the back with the black and red dreads went outside to help another customer. She talks for about 2 more minutes mind you were done it’s hot I have a 12, 11 and three year old twins in the car HOT she starts to jump the other customers car THE SHXT DEAD the newer employee so polite ask if we would like to wait inside we come inside after about 3 minutes now we sitting twins running around another employee calls out did u put it on the charger guess wat she didn’t “my head exploded” but I gotta stay calm in front my children my kids been chasing the twins for bout 5 mins now it’s on the charger. I wasn’t going to leave a review but boom now she off the clock could be helping but she’s off now but a old friend walks in so guess what she’s doing she’s catching up with a old friends I am livid I’m suppose to be getting my battery fixed to drive to Georgia photo attached my bad kids the other employees where great and did there jobs no complaints there★☆☆☆☆ 4 months ago

Customer service was A-1 at this location. (2-27-2024 between 3-5 pm) I started out at the Perkins and College drive location with my wife driving, attempting to exchange a broken “starter”. Every person in that store was very rude or either on their cellular phone. I was rudely told that, “‘the starter that I walked into the store with was not purchased from “Autozone”. I tried explaining over and over and over again to these workers that I had just purchased it a few months ago and asked them to check their system for my previous purchase of this “starter”, THEY REFUSED and processed to address me very unkindly while looking at their cellular phones them staring at me. I was then asked to leave the store and told, “take that starter and put back on whatever car it came off because that’s not our’s”. The manager then threatened me with calling the police. The manager then walked outside to my wife’s car and asked MY WIFE to “come and get me before there is trouble”. I walked out of that store very upset and had my wife drive me to the Florida Blvd location. Upon walking through those door in Florida Blvd. I was greeted and asked what my problem was. I explained to the employee what my problem was, she along with the manager looked it up in the computer, found my purchased date, from the serial number on the starter found out it was a Autozone STARTER, tested it and then made the exchange. Great service at the Florida Blvd location. Thank you D. Parker and your manager who was very professional throughout. College drive location, HORRIBLE!★★★★★ 11 months ago
