Total rip off. This location has gone to crap since they switched over to Auto wash. Pay the 20 some dollars for an auto wash and 1 didnt even clean my car 2 the blow dryers didn't even go on 3 was supposed to get an under carriage pray down and that didn't even go off 4 had to go to the self was and finish/ actually clean my car. I wont be back to this location

I just stopped for a moment to try and use the vacuum since I was nearby, but since it was cashless I tried to download and use the app. It was so unbelievably difficult, I had to verify my email AND phone number, give my personal information and address, sign for terms and conditions, and the end result was an app that I could barely use since pop ups kept me from navigating it. Awful experience for something that seems like it could be so simple.

Nice fancy New screens that work like shit. Was it tried before installed? Obviously not. Won't be going back to this car wash which I used to use often. Go back to a dial to switch programs.🤦

Touchless Automatic!! Much better wash than Breeze Thru and the other car washes that rub all the sand and debris into your paint. I switched to this company after my paint on a new vehicle was damaged by the brushes at the one mentioned above.

I'll start by saying, I am an old man with limited tech skills. Very limited! I really enjoy washing my vehicle at the Thompson Valley AutoWash location, but I have had to use your customer service staff on multiple occasions due to my deficiencies in navigating the sign- in procedures to start my wash cycle. Calling multiple times did not annoy the person I had to ask for help. Instead, they always greeted me with patience and a smile (I could tell). AutoWash is the only car washing service I use now because I know my vehicle will not be damaged unless I'm careless and that would be my fault. I used another service for some time, but it's washing process seemed like it was capable of damaging my car. I never felt comfortable using it. I had no control over it. Now, I look forward to washing my car at AutoWash. No worries. And I know, when I run into trouble at the start up screen, I have a friendly person that I can call to get me started!

Touchless car washes are the way to go. Ive been washing my car here for almost a year & it doesnt disappoint. My car always comes out almost perfectly clean & thats only with the standard option. With a membership you can get a car wash everyday! So worth it!

Nice car wash! One of the only truly touch less auto washes in the area! Also has newer graphine and ceramic products! Does a great job. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is that it's a bit pricey! Would probably subscribe to monthly membership is price dropped by at least $10

Good touchless car wash with self service as well as dog washing stations. However this particular location tends to have issues with the function of the car wash both in self service and automatic wash. Example limited water pressure, soap counting even when choosing the rinse option, and frequently the dryers don't work hardly at all. As of 2/6 The dog washing stations don't work! One of the screens are unable to read and the other one, after scanning in from the app to start the wash nothing happens! Even the attendant couldn't get anything to work on that machine that already took my money. Was offered no refund and was told they just don't work at this time.

Fantastic car wash and great customer service. Gets the car really clean compared to most. I have a dark green vehicle and I used to wipe it down after every wash to get the film off. With Autowash I can go 4-5 washes between wipe downs. I have the Basic Wash plan and am no longer stingy about washing my car. I just wish it came with a small burst of air to get the big droplets off. Very happy customer.

Honestly place has gone way down in quality since autowash took over abd the prices have rocketed. I had some doodles on my car from friends and wanted to wash it all off. Everything is still visible and there is still a layer of dirt over my entier car. So thanks Autowash for the waste of $20 ***to clarify, prices have jumped from when this was not apart of a chain and quality has only gone down since being taken over by the chain. I paid for a wash and expect it to get the "wash me" graffiti in one go.

This one was great, but just like every single other location, they just can't keep it running. Saturday, beautiful day, 1/3 bays open. I wouldn't consider Autowash unless you have an hour to spend on your wash.

I needed to clean salt and road grime off of my snow plow and ATV. The water was nice and warm and I didn’t freeze to death even though it was only 24° out. Fair price. Good equipment. Nice and clean.
